• Jonathan (9/5): Perfect for what I required on this short trip. Great value. Will definitely consider again. - Location perfect for the beaches and the nearby restaurants of the Tombs of the Kings Road. Hosts extremely friendly. Nice quiet pool area. Fully equipped kitchen and unlimited hot water for nice bath. The apartment was a little tired, but extremely clean and definite value for money considering it's location.

• Maximilian (7/5): Freundlicher Kontakt, Gute Lage! - Die Lage nah am Strand sowie die ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Sauberkeit ließe sich wohl noch verbessern, die Betten waren allerdings in Ordnung.
• Iris (3/5): - La posizione è ottima e la piscina molto bella. Unica persona davvero d’aiuto è stata la vicina, che gestisce anche un appartamento chiamato “Georgia Apartment” gentile, presente, ci ha aiutati senza doverlo fare. Consiglio lei, non questa struttura. Esperienza molto negativa. Avevamo comunicato tramite la chat di Booking che saremmo arrivati all’1 di notte, e lo abbiamo ripetuto tre volte, per essere sicuri che fosse chiaro. L’host ha confermato l’orario ogni volta, senza mai accennare a costi extra, né a problemi legati all’orario di arrivo. Tuttavia, al nostro arrivo, non si è presentato nessuno. Siamo rimasti fuori tutta la notte, senza assistenza, senza alternative, né indicazioni. Solo la mattina seguente, grazie alla vicina, siamo riusciti a contattarlo. È l’unica che si è preoccupata per noi, ha chiamato più volte l’host perché non rispondeva nemmeno a lei . Quando finalmente l’host è arrivato, ha detto che “non legge i messaggi su Booking” e che “non era un suo problema”. Nessuna scusa, nessuna responsabilità. Solo dopo ci è stato scritto in chat che avremmo dovuto pagare un extra per l’arrivo all’1, sostenendo che fosse “il giorno prima”. Ma questa informazione non ci è mai stata comunicata prima e lui stesso aveva confermato l’orario ben tre volte. In più Booking offre la possibilità di scegliere tra l’1 di notte e l’1 di notte del giorno dopo, noi abbiamo scelto la prima opzione e quindi era ovvio che arrivassimo esattamente nell’orario e nel giorno indicato. Se ci avessero chiesto un extra in anticipo, avremmo accettato senza problemi. Il punto è che ci hanno confermato l’arrivo più volte. Una volta dentro, la casa si è rivelata sporca, mal tenuta, con diversi problemi: - La doccia aveva una pressione bassissima e ci metteva moltissimo a riscaldare. - L’aria condizionata perdeva acqua, la tubatura scaricava nel ristorante dell’host. - c’era polvere visibile in più punti della casa - le posate sembravano sporche e la spugnetta per lavarle era nera. Infine la moglie parlava pochissimo inglese, rendendo ogni comunicazione complicata.

• John (7/5): - The position and sunsets were amazing. Lovely pool. Friendly owners. No pressure in shower. Not too clean. Did feel sorry for owners as they were elderly and had recently had to attend a family funeral so thought they'd not cleaned because of this. Also an ant problem.

• victoria (8/5): King philips - Fabulous people friendly and welcoming.Nice little apartment walking distance to venus beach and lidl along the promenade.Good size pool enough for a cool off and a lovely sunset you can see from King philips Restarant.I cannot comment on the Restarant it's self as it was closed the night I was there due due to illness but im still in cyprus and will hopefully be returning to see the lovely couple and have a meal. X No comment

• Garry (10/5): Loved it, little slice of heaven. - Very large apartment with fabulous sea view. Great sized balcony. Excellent kitchen facilities, modern hob & oven, large fridge freezer. Fabulous WiFi. Swimming pool has plenty of beds & umbrellas. Quiet location, easy access to the beach & Plaza walkway along the sea front. Incredible sunset views every night from the balcony! Lovely owners that do towels & house keeping when requested. Plenty of hanging space in the bedroom, very comfy beds. Apartment could probably do with an update but we loved it. Water pressure to the shower is weak.
• Vladimir (7/5): Good - The apartment was spacious and had a kitchen combined with a dining room and a small TV. The owners were very nice although they didn´t speak english. We managed to communicate via messages. At our arrival, the owner was there, gave us the keys and showed us the room, so everything went smooth. The aircondition in the bedroom worked well and was quiet, so we could use it in the night. It is close to the Tomb of the Kings bus Station, which was convenient to get to the airport and to other places around Paphos. It is also very close to the sea and a coastal boardwalk that goes all the way to the Fort of Paphos. Elysium hotel pier is very close and it is a nice area for swimming. It is a bit older and some equipment could be better (kitchen utensils), but overall it is a good offer for the price. The wifi was not strong enough in the bedroom, but okay in the kitchen. The windows are not isolated so they let through occasional noise from cars/bus and also heat, and they have no external blinds to block the sunshine and heat, but we saw that everywhere in Paphos, so I guess that´s normal there.

• Marta (3/5): I regret staying there, read all of my comment to find out why - The location was good for exploring Paphos. The flat is located near tje sea. The hostess was very nice, altough she just spoke few words in English. First of all, the flat is very old and begs for any renovation and good cleaning. Bathroom was the worst, it wasn't cleaned in a veery long time and looked disgusting. Furniture in the kitchen was sticky from dirt. Another thing is the temperature. The apartament is extremely cold, which might be nice in summer, but is not in April. The only way to warm the bedroom was air condiditioning, but other rooms, including bathroom, were extremely cold and windy. Another thing is that there was almost no hot water in the bathroom, only once (during 3 days) we could bathe in hot water, which is ridiciulous! The top of the top however was the owner. He was extremely rude and aggressive towards us, I've never came across such behaviour from the facility owner. When we arrived, he was not there and we asked the lady and another guy how we can pay and no one knew. The lady said she would ask and let us now (probably, she doesn't speak English well). We stayed in the room for 2 hours and no one came, no one messaged me on Booking or called. After two hours we left for dinner and when we came back, the owner was there. He jumed at us, yelled at us and accused us that we wanted to avoid paying. He didn't listen to us at all, he just repeated that he waited for us 4 hours at the reception (we arrived there less than 3 hours earlier). The peak moment was when he asked us why did Booking charge us so little, in his opinion guests usually pay more. He asked it a few times and expected and answer from us, how sic!! Honestly, after paying we wanted to consider moving somewhere else but after 24 hr journey and me being pregnant, we decided we were too tired to look for something new. Around 1 hr after we paid, "the reception" messaged me via booking, asking us to come down to the reception and pay. What a ridiculous attepmt to make it look like we didn't reply to their request to pay!
• Liga (10/5): Lovely stay close to the beach - Mr. Philip and his spouse were wonderful hosts—caring and responsive. A lovely elderly couple, they are truly a model of marriage for everyone. They have been running their restaurant for 40 years, and you still have the opportunity to try homemade Cypriot meals and wine. We got in easily—just called the number in the booking order. The apartment had two rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub (!!), and a balcony with a sea view. There’s a gas stove, kettle, toaster, fridge, and some kitchen utensils. The property also has a private pool and sunbeds for sunbathing right in the yard. The location of the apartment was great—5 minutes to the small beach of a 5-star hotel, 15–20 minutes on foot to Lidl and the souvenir market in the old town, and 10 minutes to the Tombs of the Kings historical site and 10 min to the bus station Tombs of the kings. All this comes at a very affordable price.

Only 600 m to main bus stop, Kings Tombs, from which you can travel in different location of Paphos. The owner, Philippo, is very kind and helpful, thanks Philippo for this stay. Bur what we liked most was the smiming pool in which we spent a lot of time mostly alone and all this staff close to it. Go there. And I should say like Terminator in a famous movie - I WILL BE BACK !! nothing
• Nenad (10/5): A beautiful experience - A wonderful host, a beautiful location, and a very nice and big apartment with a large terrace with the sea view.

• Liudmila (10/5): We will come back - It was absolutely comfortable apartment. Long balcony with exit from all rooms (there were separate living room, bedroom, and kitchen) and sea (sunset) view! Bed was comfortable and kitchen equipment was enough for us. Pool and and area around were clean and well looked after. Owners are couple of hospitable, welcoming and very interesting seniors. We was very happy to meet Filip and Georgia and we hope to return. N.B. We really liked Kefalos beach: open sea without breakwater, there are some piers and almost no children (if you need silence), 1 minutes from hotel (through fence) or 5 minutes by road around Nothing
• Łukasz (9/5): Good value for money - We really loved the spacious apartment with 2 nice balconies, where we could hang out in the evening. The pool area is really pleasant too. However the highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the host, who is a kind-hearted , open and nice person. He told us some interesting facts from the history of Cyprus, while we were having dinner and drinking home-made wine. Another great point is the restaurant just below the apartments. You gotta taste the wine it's outstanding :) If you're looking for a quiet place, where you relax it's a good place to stay. It's about 2.5 km from the centre and about 1.5 km from a very nice, sandy beach. We had a wonderful time :) The furniture is quite old and it would be nice to have some more kitchen stuff, e.g. like a microvave oven or a coffee maker.

My friend and I were travelling for a nearby hospital placement and the apartment was perfect, we felt completely safe as 2 female travellers. Great facilities, lovely restaurant and couldn’t ask for better. The owners go above and beyond, if I’m ever in pathos again it’s the only place I will stay
