• Abdulcebbar (10/5): Roma tatili için memnun kalacağınız bir yer - Temiz ve Konumu iyi, odanızda banyo, wc, balkon var, 3 odaya ait ortak alanda su ısıtıcısı mikrodalga fırın var, bitki çayları ve kahve ücretsiz alabiliyorsunuz. Yürüyerek Vatikan, Panteon ve çoğu yeri gezebilirsiniz. Karşısında market ve eczane var. Tren istasyonu yürüme mesafesinde. Havalimanından Regionale treni ile 1 aktarma yaparak geldik ve döndük. Ev sahibi gayet ilgili ve anlayışlı, bizi karşıladı ve hem gezilecek yerler hakkında bilgilendirme yaptı hem yerimiz ile ilgili bilgilendirdi. Memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz.
• Christopher (8/5): Saubere und moderne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal – ideal für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Rom. - Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft wirkt gepflegt und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Ausstattung insgesamt sehr gut. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, daher braucht man für einige Sehenswürdigkeiten etwas länger mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.
• Lisa (7/5): - It is in a good location . Paid extra for a room with 2 beds . When we inquired why we didn’t have 2 beds ? Property Manager said since there was only 2 people staying in the room she would not put us in a room with 2 beds . She did not refund the extra money that we had paid . We knew we had to pay city taxes when we checked in nothing said it had to be paid in euros only we thought it could be paid by credit card.

• Leanne (10/5): Loved our stay at VaticanDream would highly recommend - The room was perfect for our short stay and the communal drink making and microwave a lovely added bonus. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and lovely shower room. It is on a noisy main room but I suppose this is to be expected in a busy city.

• Jemimah (9/5): Very comfortable stay and the best location! - This Airbnb was exceptionally clean, the host was super accommodating, and the location was perfect. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Vatican City which is great if you want to get there early and avoid the queues. The train station is less than 5 minutes away and buses stop right outside. There’s also a market and pharmacy directly across the street, plus lots of bakeries, restaurants, and cafés nearby which made everything really convenient. The host was great and very helpful throughout our stay, always keeping us topped up with water and even offering fresh towels. We arrived quite late, around 1am (due to a late flight) but check-in was really easy thanks to their reliable communication. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here! No dislikes! The only small thing was that an iron or steamer would have been helpful for wrinkly clothes after packing, but there are laundrettes nearby if needed.
• iaroslav (10/5): Cozy place with warm-hearted owners - - cozy bed, high quality equipment inside the room, and generally the room looks like a new one - balcony with chairs and table where you can sit and relax - warm welcome from owners and guidance from them on everything - location: 15 mins by bus from city center and 10 mins walking from Vatican Everything was great!

• valefran (8/5): 3 giorni nel cuore di Roma - Posizione comodissima con i mezzi, sia bus che tram. Un po' lontana dalla metro. Comoda anche la stazione di San pietro. Palazzo ben tenuto. Personale molto carino e disponibile. Da tenere in considerazione soprattutto se si visita Vaticano e San Pietro. Letti con reti poco rigide ma nella norma. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

La cama pequeña tenía solo cubre colchón, no había sábana bajera .La limpieza del baño( esquinas y detrás del wc) no estaba limpio del todo . Había algunos bichitos en la habitación y en el baño .

La struttura è nuova, molto pulita e curata, la camera comoda e dotata di un comodo balcone, letto comodo, bagno nuovissimo e asciugamani morbidissimi; inoltre servitissima dai mezzi pubblici, e da servizi vari, bar, ristoranti, farmacie, supermercati....comodissima anche la stazione ferroviaria a 2 passi. • Добромир (10/5): Exceptional - Had no trouble reaching the property. The room was clean. Our host Jessica was very helpful and sweet. The location is good - walking distance from the Vatican City. There is plenty of public transport nearby so you can easily get to the city center.

• Irena (8/5): Good value for money and great location - Fantastic location to visit the Vatican - good restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket right across the street. Nice balcony for smoking. Friendly host. The street the apartment looks to is quite busy, so it can get noisy. Also, the booking stated that laundry service was included for extra charge, but in fact there was no laundry at the property, there are laundry services nearby, but they are not self service (so they are costly) and they are not available 24/7, which for me was a problem as I had planned to do laundry at a certain time.
• Yashika (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the room..very spacious. Balcony was nice, beds were comfy and everything was clean. Staff was super nice.. they even let us checkout a little late. Location is pretty far from Rome centre but its nice to have bus stops nearby the guesthouse.
• Viktoriia (8/5): Despite some nuances, there was nice. The owner is friendly and talkative. - It was nice, the furniture is new and good looking. In a room, there is even a fridge, condition and TV. The owner is a very friendly, and gave us a map of Rome and told us how to get to places. And also we were allowed to drink coffee or tea in the waiting room ) But, anyway I want to highlight a few things. We came a little early (at 13:00) but check-in at 14:00 ( and it was okay, we were waiting ) But, also we were told that our room was cleaning and unfortunately when we checked in the floor was not clean enough. We didn't bring slippers so a few hours later our socks were very dirty.. the blanket was dirty too and was without a duvet cover … Finally, we asked the owner if we could leave our luggage in her apartment, and she agreed. I asked her what time we could pick them up, she said “maximum at 23:40”, which was actually good for us, because we had to be at the airport at 0:00. But then it turned out that it was misunderstood, and we were not allowed to leave them until 23:40, only until 17/18, which was actually strange, because she said that at 23:40 guests would sleep (and I highlight that luggage should be in the waiting room, not in the property)

• Mercy (10/5): It's a very convenient place and the owner are nice - The place was so clean It's walking distance on everithing. So many restaurants around Few minutes walk to st. Peters basilica and all the other tourist destination. There is a bus going directly to colloseum, trevie fountain It's just about 15 minutes away. One more thing the owners Jessica and her partner they warm welcome me. I came too early on check in time but they let me in early. Also they gave me a map where to go around. And explain it to me. I already recommend this place to someone. I definitely will stay here again in the future. Thank you so much Jessica and your partner for the hospitality None

An excellent starting point for the most important attractions in Rome, the Basilica is only a 10-minute walk away. Bus stop right next to the building. The owner of the apartment is a great, helpful person I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a pleasant and stress-free holiday in Rome.

• Blank (10/5): We loved it - We spend 4 days in Rome and stayed at Jessicas Guest House for three nights. The host Jessica was verry friendly and helped us a lot. The room was very clean and modern, also the bathroom was new and clean. The guest house is very close to the vatican. All places of interest could be reached by feet, but there was also a bus station near by. On the other side of the street was a supermarcet and there was a fridge in the room. The room had AC. We felt very comfortable and would defintitely come back.

• Kajsicken (9/5): Top stay in Rome! - We had a great (but very hot!) stay in Rome. The accommodation was perfect, easy to get to, well connected with the public transport and not far from the top sights in Rome, very clean, and modern facilities. The hosts are super friendly, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. I would come back again. It was a bit hard to find, as there was no sign from the street but once you know where it is there is no problem. Just call the hosts and they will guide you.

She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in late at like close to 10pm. The place is very close to Vatican city (12 minutes walk).Public bus stops in front of the building. Carrefour express market across the street. Would definitely send a friend there. N/A
• Angelina (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great - close to the Vatican city. There are lots of bars, cafès nearby. A supermarket and a pharmacy is right opposite the apartment. There are cups, glasses and teabags available. It would be great to have some plates and forks/knives. Nothing.
• Travis (10/5): Exactly what we were looking for. - The location was prime for transportation. The guest house was perfect in every way. The bed was amazing after a full day of walking. The refrigerator and air conditioner were also a very nice feature that were well appreciated. The hostess was very patient and kind. She showed us the best transportation options as well as restaurant recommendations and sights to see. The guest house is also across the street from a grocery store (very convenient). I will return here when I return to Rome. Nothing.

• Nellutla (5/5): good stay with all facilities but ended up spoiling our trip due to misinformation by the host - location was good with all facilities near by , and room was as represented in the picture The host was very money minded , she was a-lot concerned about the electricity and said not to use Ac much and did not give ac remote until we asked , no hot water in the bathe room and very very disappointing assistance from the host which almost ruined our trip , host was more concerned about checkin out rather than mentioned the demonstration held in the city which made us miss our train .
• Dobroslav (9/5): Superb - Great place, newly furnished, bed is comfortable, bathroom is very clean. Terrace and mini fridge are a big bonus. I've been in more expensive places that do not have such. I've also felt the place very safe for your belongings. There is a safe box and two key-locked doors before the rooms, which are also locked. The location is very good - I highly recommend the cafes and pizza place that are around the building - cheap and good, used by locals, not the tourist-bait places you will find near major attractions. You get great personal assistance from the staff. They are very nice and ready to help anytime. Street noise should definitely be a consideration for light sleepers. I think some soundproofing on the windows would do miracles and make the accommodation perfect.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean, great location and you have everything close fast food, bars restaurants, market etc, The owners were the nicest people I have met and they also work with a very nice driver Valerio, they helped us a lot suggesting us to use their own drivers, we did have a delay on our flight and arrived just 4 minutes after midnight and they still did not charge us for the late check in after 00:00, 15/10 would recommend. There is nothing i did not like

Above all, our hosts were amazingly kind, and spoke nice English. They also helped my husband to prepare for my birthday. Highly, highly recommended accommodation! We liked it all!
• Fumen (5/5): Very pleasant host overall. - Very good location to the Vatican City and public transport. Good arrays of restaurants and a 24hr supper market opposite the accommodation. Had to request for the room to be cleaned and bins emptied which was a let down for me. I had expected that to be done daily but that wasn’t the case. The sheets were never changed for the 5 nights we stayed at the accommodation. Towels were changed after 3 days.
• Yanina (10/5): Great option to stay close to the Vatican - A great option for accommodation in Rome and especially if you want to visit the Vatican. The Vatican is within walking distance. The room itself is excellent, new, everything in it is done very comfortably. Interesting shower, there is a heater. And the balcony in the room makes you feel a little Italian :) It is very convenient that in the common part of the apartment there are always delicious and different teas and coffees. In general, there are a lot of pleasant little things, thanks to which it is very pleasant to be in these apartments. I note that the sounds from the street can be heard if your room faces the roadway. But this was the case in all the apartments in which we lived in Rome. But there are electric blinds, thanks to which you can make a blackout. And everything else is a big plus. It is also a big plus that right next to the apartment there is a lot of useful stuff - a grocery store, a pharmacy, a copy center, a pizzeria, restaurants. Beautiful women who met us! In general, my recommendations for this apartment. Would love to stay there again!
