• Adrian (2/5): Poor - Free on road parking and excellent transport links. A nice London street. 1.5 hours before check in we were told the property was not available due to a boiler usdye. We were redirected to another property but this had no hot water either so no showers all weekend
• Anthonyau (3/5): An very bad experience! - We were assigned to another old broke house. The supposed checkin time is 3pm, but the property was not ready until 6.30pm. Property with bad smell and moisture. Poor maintenanced.
• Anthonyau (4/5): Not Responding! Helpless, as they got your money. - At the last few week before checkin, owner contact you and suggested you to cancel the book or offer an older property for you. They won't respond to your enquiry, unless they want to. The nothing you can negotiate. I was a 2 families group with 6 children, it was too complicated to change the plan in the last moment. Final, we checkin to another property which is an furnitured and broken property. Very disappointed.
