- Samanta (10/5): - I really loved staying at this hotel, I would recommend everyone staying here. Everything felt very high quality and some details made my stay extremely pleasant. Breakfast offers a small selection of local food and some to order options. I liked the food very much. I am thankful for the welcome drinks, but only one voucher per room was given, which is frustrating because for rooms with 2 guests, it's slightly unfair (is one guest not deserving a welcome drink? I mean, it's either all or no one). The way these tokens that were given for breakfast and welcome drinks was very confusing... we were not sure if we had breakfast for both days or just one. Someone told us these vouchers would be given once per day, but that did not happen. We really didn't have time to chase employees, I'm sure we'd have more clarity if we asked. Finally, the room I booked on booking.com had a bathtub in the room, but I was allocated a different one. I still liked my room, but I think the photos should better match the category of the room one pays for.

- min (6/5): If you want consistent service, don’t stay here. - It is close to many small restaurants. It has an environment that promotes blending with the locals. Their management is terrible. I had a gaslighting checking in experience the second time I stay there, only 6 days after my first stay. They asked me to pay by local methods instead of through booking.com as I have reserved. I refused and they bluffed that I would then have to pay more including a transaction fee. I said as long as they could provide receipt through bookings, I would be fine. Then they did not ask for the transaction fee. Super sketchy. They also gaslighted me saying my first time of stay must be through agoda which I didn’t.

- Christopher (9/5): Great location and cool vibe. - Great location and well appointed rooms. Breakfast is great on the roof as well. Lovely coffee downstairs! The rooms have an odd layout. It would be nice to have more privacy in the toilet as the doors don’t go to the ground or ceiling.

- Ronan (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was incredibly peaceful and the room was beautifully designed. My room was spacious, had a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The cafe and bar attached to the hotel are cute with good coffee and cocktails. Breakfast was varied and staff were so friendly. The street is quiet and a short walk from metro station and easily walkable to popular street food alleys. All in all, no complaints and an excellent place to get to know Chengdu. Nothing.

- Marky (9/5): Excellent option in a wonderful location - Excellent room and service. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t speak English, but they made their best to communicate with us.
- Caroline (9/5): Cosy and clean. - The hotel is near the commercialized Kuanzhai Alley, but where the hotel is located is perfectly close to several excellent local restaurants frequented by locals. I also enjoyed the breakfast offerings and the free coffee/cocktail options too. Polite and kind hotel staff too. No cigarettes smell. The walkway to the laundry area at the rear of the rooftop could be better lit at night. We also thought polishing the floor and countertops could give a more lux feel to style that WEZO is going for.

- Vernon (10/5): Amazing design hotel in central Chengdu - Loved everything about WEZO. First, this hotel is located in the most beautiful part of Chengdu, an area of aligned alleways with much cafés, small shops and restaurants. Second, the hotel is design-conscious with a great attention to details, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast in a serene rooftop setting. Third, staff was extremely helpful, albeit their English language was not good, but as it's common in China, everything works well with translation apps. They have a shop with some design items, as well as a great coffee-bar shop. They also have a spa area, which I unfortunately didn't manage to use during my stay. The only thing I recommend the hotel to optimize is the lighting system in the room. Although all lighting can be switched on and off through a digital panel, I thought that there was no option for a bed lighting that is not too strong. I like dimmed lights in the evening, and I missed that option.
- Lee (10/5): Like a home more than hotel. - Comfortable and spacious. A hotel provided breakfast up to 2PM serving local food, choice of tea time with a cup of coffee or a glass of cocktail at the night before to bed. Cozy environment and surround with friendly staffs.
- Deka (10/5): Coziest stay with all amenities. - The property is extremely warm & cozy. Rooms are super tidy & clean. The best thing about the stay was the staff at reception. They went all the way to help us everytime even though there was a communication problem as we did not know chinese. They also helped us book Panda sightseeing tickets. Super super helpful staff i must say. Also the cafe of the hotel , TableRound was perfect for a cup of tea and coffee. We loved every bit of our stay in WEZO. There is nothing as such .

- Koon (8/5): Cozy, comfy, very nice place. - Great place! I got lost for awhile because I was unable to use Baidu maps - connection crashed. But it recovered thank god. Basically the name of the hotel is Wenzo, Tableround is the name of the cafe & bar. Nevertheless it's very easy to detect the place from a far. There's Lawson convenient store nearby & a michelin star noodle shop just 1 shop away. Breakfast was decent with a good view. Very friendly, helpful & patience staffs. The bed is so comfy, clean and stainless bedsheet which is a bonus point! Very spacious & clean bathroom. Overall good place. I'll be back if i'm ever in Chengdu again. Good job team =) Can't find them on google maps, it leads you to a wrong location. So use Baidu maps instead.
