- Janet (7/5): - Good location for Lilleshall. The pub next door has excellent Indian food and convenience store is close by. The studio apartment is modern, clean and quiet. The apartment doesn't have a hob. There was no coffeemaker - despite the staff saying there were pods and a machine. So the plan to save money on meals didn't work out.

- Claire (7/5): Lovely accommodation which was very central and lots of options near by - The kitchen equipment was very useful and supplying towels and the bathroom was a good size. My daughter liked that you had Netflix on the TV My only 2 issues with this room was the bed was quite small for 2 people luckily I was with my daughter but I have travelled with colleges before and wouldn't have liked to share that with them and the lights on the heater made it harder to fall asleep as blue lights were flashing

- Alke (7/5): - It's clean, nice decorated, quite One window didn't work properly and the apartment got quite hot and there was no way to get ventilation or air con to cool it down. The double bed mattress quite poor quality.
- Chloe (7/5): Overall good stay, attention to detail could be improved. - We liked the room. Size was okay for the money and was comfortable for what we needed for a few days. Bed size was good and quite comfortable. We collected our key from the lock box and instructions were clear and understandable. The location was also good for where and what we needed. The cleanliness could have been better as there were various cobwebs around the room and marks on the walls and bedsheets. We also found small hairs on the shower head which wasn’t great. The shower itself was very small and it was a bit difficult to use. We also couldn’t access the larger bins to dispose of our small bin at the end of the stay. It would have felt more secure if the carpark was secured of an evening/night time.

Nobody on site so had to call to get assistance. After a time transferred to another apartment smaller than the one we paid for. Not best pleased.

The facilities were excellent, with an air fryer, toaster, kettle, and microwave, plus the added bonus of a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a really good stay, and we’d definitely come again! The only downside was that the TV signal wasn’t great at times, but other than that, there were no real issues.

- Joy (8/5): Everything fine, as expected. - Breakfast is not available at The Ironworks. The rooms all have kitchen facilities and shops are 30 seconds away so no problems. It is not possible to rate staff as I did not meet any staff. I would like a blind and curtains to achieve a darker room, particularly when staying in a room that overlooks the road as there is some light coming in from the street lights. However, I feel that this is a bit nit picking as a request.

The room only had one small window, which was situated beside an extremely noisy water downpipe. If you opened the window you couldn't sleep due to the noise, if you closed the window you couldn't sleep due to the excessive heat.

This is what I hope for when staying away, which I do, 52 weeks of the year. The apartment was second to none. Better than a Premier Inn any day. The internet worked great. The bed was comfortable. The windows weren’t restricting so they could be opened to let some air in ( it was one of the hottest days of the year, 29 degrees ) I didn’t see any staff, but there was no need. Everything was explained perfectly before arriving via messaging. As explained, when I stayed it was very hot 29 degrees. It would have been nice to have a portable Air Conditioner in the room. A fan was provided and it did help. For the price of my stay I think it was a very good stay. So not much if anything to moan about really
