• gina (9/5): May hols - Great location and villa, large pool. Villa was very clean and had all the ameneties. Close to shops and beach Air con in the double room is very noisy compared to the rest. Single bedsheets on double bed

• Trudy (10/5): Heerlijk - Het verwarmde zwembad, dit was eind april echt top! Dit was voor ons ook de reden dit te boeken. Anders was het voor de kinderen te koud geweest om te zwemmen en wat moet je dan 10 dagen😊 De ligging dicht bij het centrum en supermarkten. Rustige buurt. De bedden waren voor ons te hard, veel latjes zaten ook los.

• John (10/5): Fabulous villa in a great location - Great location in quiet area with fabulous views. Private parking good as really need a car to get about to shops etc. Villa is modern and comfortable. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. Beds are very comfy. The air conditioning was a welcome addition in all bedrooms and the living area. The ensuite and shared bathrooms were more than adequate, showers were powerful and plenty of hot water. Terrace and pool got sun all day. Terrace great for out door living. Pool is a good size deep at one end and shallow enough at other end for nine year old to stand. There was more space around the pool than the photos would suggest. The kitchen is well equipped, had everything we needed for a few evenings meals when we weren't out to eat. I would recommend for group of adults or families with older children (5yrs plus). The host gave very good joining information and responded quickly to enquiries. There wasnt much not to like. The location might be out of the way if you wanted to walk into Calpe itself and to nearest supermarkets. A couple of the sunbeds were broken probably from exposure to sun for a long time. Two things we missed in the pool area were a side table or something to put drinks etc on and some sun shades to hide under now and again, but appreciate that there is limited space around the pool.
• Alison (9/5): Relaxing stay in lovely place. - The space was perfect for my family. Internet was fantastic. A lovely terrace and pool area with outdoor covered dining area and beautiful views over hills. Use of dishwasher and washing machine which is a bonus for a family. Would recommend. I liked everything but wouldn't be suited to anyone with mobility issues or if you had to push a child in a buggy, but that could be solved by hiring a car. We are reasonably fit so hills weren't an issue for us.
• Alan (10/5): Best villa we've stayed at! - We loved our stay at Casa Camilla. It's a beautiful home with everything anyone needs for an excellent stay. Communication beforehand was excellent, key collection was easy. Location is excellent - Calpe is stunning. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Both showers are good. Kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Large TV and reliable fast internet were good. The best part is the outside area. The pool is larger than any other private pool we've had, and was always warm. Looking over the pool toward the nearby hillside and the mountains beyond was joyous. There is nothing we didn't like. Can't wait to return!

Host very accommodating about arrival time. Poor is a great size and sun loungers so comfortable. Very thoughtful little extras in kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent air con. Really enjoyed our stay. Towels and sheets could do with upgrading. Net for cleaning pool needs to be replaced. You would need a car as the area has very steep hills even though not far from town. Calpe is a lovely area. It would be really helpful if host had a list of numbers for local taxi drivers, we found it hard to access local numbers so drove every night.
