Muy moderno y cómodo pena no habernos podido quedar mas Contacto con la administracion demasiado digital que en determinadas personas puede ser un problema. Tiene radiodres externos pero no calefacción
• Juan Manuel (3/5): Odisea con las llaves - Céntrico La peor experiencia para hacer la entrada en el alojamiento. Abrir las puertas es una odisea, después sólo funciona una llave de las que te dejan. Arriba no hay cerradura, es una apertura "inteligente" con el móvil o un chip en el llavero del que uno funciona regular y otro no funciona. El mando del garaje se descodifica cuando quiere y para acceder al garaje desde dentro sólo abre una de las 2 llaves físicas que te dejan. Es decir, que si vais 4 personas tienes que estar jugando a uno entra, otro sale, yo lo espero, abre tú que yo estoy con el coche, no puedo bajar al garaje, etc. Es algo que pueden solucionar fácilmente y no lo han hecho todavía porque leí reseñas que ya comentaban cosas parecidas y no lo han arreglado. Tampoco dejan nada de agua ni café para cuando llegues, obviamente no es obligatorio ni necesario pero también había gente quejándose de esto y respuestas del alojamiento que lo iban a tener en cuenta. Yo dejé una botella sin abrir en el frigorífico para el siguiente a modo de cortesía. En fin, si quieres una aventura ya sabes... Pd: está céntrico y no está mal el piso

Hay de tudo super confortable. Me gustó mucho pero creo que el chekin es muy tarde 16:00 e salida las 11 por lei pagas las 24 horas está super menos bueno lo pague 20 euros 2 horas antes lo entre

• Manuel Ramon (10/5): Piso amplio, moderno y céntrico. - Céntrico. Moderno. Amplio. Bien dotado. Con garaje. Nada. Todo bien. No hay buena cobertura en el pasillo de entrada y la cerradura electrónica puede dar un poco de lata para abrirla con el móvil. Desde la agencia pendientes en todo momento.

• NÉLIDA (10/5): Excelente - Creo que deberían dejar aunque sea una botella de agua para los huéspedes, dado que normalmente se llega directamente del aeropuerto y no se ha tenido tiempo de pasar por un establecimiento a comprar o tampoco saben la ubicación cercano de alguno, dado que en la mayoría de los caos estos no conocen la zona.

• Peter (9/5): La Laguna = Dream Laguna for a Dream Location! - The location in central La Laguna made it very easy to walk around the old town & interact with the local people 😀 Trying to access the apartment & the carparking garage! It was difficult & required 'remote' assistance from the Dream Laguna team.

• Carol (6/5): - El acceso a la vivienda fue algo complicado, ya que la puerta del alojamiento solo se abría con un enlace desde el móvil. En nuestro caso, casi no teníamos batería y además la cobertura en el piso era muy limitada, por lo que nos costó bastante poder entrar. Y también tienes 2 sofás en el salón qué no se hacen cama.

Original sistema de acceso: la puerta se abre con el móvil mediante una página WEB… justo en una zona sin cobertura de Movistar. Las llaves y la tarjeta NFC de apertura están dentro (me enteré por la noche ya que no estaba informado de antemano), por si algún día consigues entrar. Ingenioso, pero poco práctico. Por otra parte la atención a cliente es mediante Whatsapp por lo que si no tienes/utilizas la app tienes otro problema. Me abrieron la puerta desde remoto llamando por teléfono desde la calle y me tocó subir corriendo al primer piso dado que la puerta se bloquea transcurridos 5 segundos. Lo mejor es que para que te la abran a partir de las 23:00 hay que pagar un suplemento según me dijeron.

• Hristo (8/5): - Initially you need internet to open the door. Unfortunately there is no cellular signal inside and the door should be opened while one person is outside unlocking while the other inside opening it. Then you have the keys and you can open the door with it.

Tuve la habitación grande del grupo por lo que no tengo quejas El apartamento estaba un poco sucio y al barrer un poco el último dia notamos aun mas que había suciedad que no era nuestra ya que apenas estuvimos en el piso. Los sofás camas el mas pequeño era bastante incómodo para dormir según me comentaron los que durmieron ahí.

The days before the reservation, I received too many messages from the accommodation, asking me to fill in things and to read instructions about entering the apartment. I have never received so many long instructions from any other place. And then, the entry to the apartment was a nightmare. There is no 5G so the digital key does not work. Had to run back and forth from the building´s window to the door to be able to open. So, half an hour to open the door. And upon exiting, it got stuck and was not closing so another 10min to close the door. Also, I didn't like that they asked a few times when exactly was I going to enter and when exactly I was going to leave, saying that if I did not confirm it, they would cancel the booking. I had paid that booking 3-4 months before that!!! Also, have in mind the sofa is a sofa, not a sofa-bed.

• Melissa (1/5): Absolutely appalling entry system - the location the entry system was completely ridiculous to enter the apartment. it took 30 minutes to enter and having to go in and out of the building as there was no mobile data coverage in the apartment block. key less entry needs to work much better then this. Please do not keep repeating follow the instructions and the apartment number as if the individual trying to enter the apartment is stupid. I was outside the correct apartment door the system was not working and the mechanism just span around. Also not being able to access the garage before the apartment in a city like la laguna with no parking and on a road where there is no where to pull over and wait is a bad set up. it would be far better to have a lock box so you can enter the garage straight away. The main bathroom looks like its been re grouted and all the excess is all over the tiles. you need super human strength to flush the toilets. the toilet roll is almost see through its so cheap. Having glass above a bedroom door allows too much light in when a light is on in another part of the apartment. the kitchen sink tap needs to be looked at it sprays everywhere. Leaving the table set for dinner is just annoying as you keep having to go in and out of the kitchen to the living room searching for cutlery glasses etc as there is not enough left in the kitchen.

• Vesna (9/5): Superb - Clean and spacious apartment, just a few hundred meters from the pedestrian zone. Maybe it would be even better if there were some welcome coffee capsules and tea bags.
• Ludovic (9/5): Superb - The staff is very efficient and reactive. No issue at all to get there. We were guided step by step to make this very short stay very comfortable. If any other opportunity we will book with them again. Some issue to connect the second TV in the bedroom. Not a big problem anyway.
