- Michele (8/5): Highly recommend this apartment has very personal touches - Location, very clean and spacious
Heated flooring was lovely Lounge & main bed were really uncomfortable and hard not favourable for long stay!
- Anke (10/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder ✈️💡 -
- Ana (10/5): Estupenda - Muy limpio y cuidado, con buen acceso a transportes
- Jak (10/5): - Very bougie apartment, high end for London.

- VALERIE (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a quiet area - Beautiful apartment in a very quiet area, just steps from Portobello Market and Notting Hill. Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and transport links nearby. The best feature: it has two bathrooms, which is perfect for families. Excellent value for money. We had a small issue with the electricity, but it was quickly and kindly resolved by the management staff (thank you Abi!). Highly recommended, especially for families.
- Meredith (8/5): We were so glad to have had the chance to use this apartment as our base while visiting London. - The apartment was stuffy but London was experiencing high temps. There was only one key which made it problematic for our party to split up.
- Arti (10/5): - The interiors and facilities were very good
Location was good, 15min walks to either station. . Only one minor thing, it should be mentioned that the bedroom windows are facing the railway tracks. In summers it might be difficult to keep the windows open at night since it becomes very loud.
- Sharon (10/5): Spacious Suite, Sunset Balcony - loved the roomy suite and the two full washrooms, balcony. Having a well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy. Great stay!
- Lea (10/5): London short stay. - Very fresh and clean. Good facilities. No instructions on how to use washer/dryer
- Linda (10/5): Great location, great communication with the owners and fabulous size. - Great size, amazing location It is next to the train line but we didn’t find it an issue - we used ear plugs when it bothered us.
The only thing I would change is blockout curtains in the bedrooms.
- Ljerka (9/5): Great apartment and stay - I would mark it as superb if there was no issue with temperature control. - Location is great, close to Portobello markets, pubs, restaurants, busses and tube stations in a short walking distance. Apartment is nice, comfortable, true to the photos - I stayed there for 10 days with my daughter. Management is super attentive and very easy to communicate with. There was an issue with thermostat and temperature control during our entire stay. We were told it was a problem within the building and the management brought in industrial fans to help with the situation.
Noise from the passing trains was too loud to open the windows. With windows closed, it did not bother us at all.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Modern kitchen with quality appliances. Noise from railway at the rear.
- Julie (8/5): beautiful modern apartment - the apartment was amazing, very modern
very clean
very comfortable beds
both bathrooms were excellent
issue we had within the apartment was quickly sorted
management team available by phone the location was a long walk from tube station [ ended up using the local taxi to and from ]
busy train line under the bedroom window which could be heard through the night
- Astrid (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable apartment
- Victoria (10/5): Beautiful apartment. Excellent top of the range facilities. Beds were so comfortable with extra mattress toppers on too. - The property was spotlessly clean. Great location for our trip and close to Paddington. Little touches like the complementary snacks and excellent facilities made such a difference. Nothing much to dislike. Building work going on at the moment outside but that’s not the apartments issue. Didn’t really affect us.
- Karine (8/5): Very good -
- Lizzie (1/5): Terrible Host - The apartment itself is great. The neighbourhood is the best but then I live there so I am biased! What didn't I like?? The host, the key collection, the lack of heating when it was -4 outside. The key collection was an absolute disaster. It would be much simpler to just have a lock box instead of walking down to the newsagent ten minutes away with a system that failed. The phone number for the host on Booking.com did not work. There was no way to get hold of her except by email which was not responsive. Luckily the newsagent was helpful and gave me the number to ring the company that releases the keys. It took over an hour to sort out.
The apartment itself was freezing as the balcony door had been left wide open as the latch was faulty. It was -4 outside. The heating in the apartment was not on. It was a very complicated system and we had to message the host and ask for instructions. As it was underfloor heating it took until lunchtime the next day to warm up and even then it was still chilly as it wouldnt go very high so we spent the first night freezing in the apartment and the rest of the weekend cold and pretty pissed off. The host said we could get a refund if we left but everywhere was very busy and my partner had been travelling for 24 hours and did not have the energy to move. We did not even get a partial refund.
- Zling (8/5): Very good - Clean and tidy apt. Heater function is good esp. in winter which is very important. The laundry functions well. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Swift replies from the customer service if I have any problem. The location is a little bit far from the underground.
Do not have supermarket nearby.
If the rubbish bin in the apt is bigger will be much better.
- Karen (5/5): Nice apartment but not practical - Apartment was spacious for 2.
Showers were warm.
1 bed was comfortable. Noise: Copious amounts of trains go right past the windows. There are no bedrooms on the street side of the apartment.
Kitchen: Grill pan was dirty and had not been cleaned. No oven trays to heat things in the oven. You won't be very easily able to make yourself much as there are basic things missing utensil/equipment wise. No dish cloth to was up with and no dish towel to dry with. Granted there is a dishwasher but there were also no dishwasher tablets...
Check food in cupboard before you use it. We found eggs dated best before mid October.
Distance from station: It's a good 10-15 minute walk from the nearest tube station.
Bedrooms: 1 bed was not very comfortable and a very very small double. The domed mirror in the bedroom without en suite was very unflattering every time you caught yourself in.
Major construction works going on outside the apartment.
Key nest location needs to be closer to apartment. 10 minutes walk is a long way when dragging/carrying luggage.
- Tim (7/5): Lovely Modern Apartment with a homely touch. - The property was a lovely modern apartment situated in a nice neighbourhood close to Portabelow market and a number of train stations. The facilities are good, cooker, fridge, toiletry’s supply. Generally the apartments was clean however, see below. The staff called to let us know the apartment was available to enter early free of charge, this was really helpful. Train track behind the house however, wasn’t to load late at night. The beds are very small, not really suitable for two people. You have to collect the key from a corner shop about a 10 min walk from the house, difficult with luggage. Unfortunately the bathroom cabinet was dirty and also the shower screens.
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent Nothing
- Guruswamy (4/5): Price should be cheaper for this type of apt as no service is offered - No breakfast in this apt. Very difficult to get hold of host. Called several times and left a message but host did not bother to respond for a call. No house keeping and changing of linen was done during our stay of 6 days. Not worth the price. If we spend same amt. of money and stay in a hotel, the service is much better and they do change towel and linen and serve breakfast. Not attending a call, key collection, no house keeping, price, beds were very small for two people. Host charged 75 GBP for early check-in of three hours
- Frederick (8/5): Very good - Railway was close by New well kept very nice setting
- Eduardo (8/5): Excellent flat, good area but uncomfortable check-in process - The flat is new, very spacious and in an excellent location, with everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The key collection process is a bit annoying, you have to go to a corner shop but they can't give you the keys until the scheduled time, the same for the return. It is also far away from the flat, which makes the process inconvenient.
- Johannes (7/5): Cheaper for two people than hotel rooms would have been. Worked fine for a short trip. - Location in London was good with a nice cafe around the corner One of the beds was pretty uncomfortable. There a bit of noise from the railway line, particularly if windows were open. Getting the keys and returning them was at a shop a few blocks away and a bit of hassle.
- Mohd (10/5): Every thing above my expectations, I requested to extend but was booked already - Modern, new and equipped Noisy from the train lines but few in late time
- Reema (8/5): Good value - Clean, spacious and new. It is near the train railroad so it noisy at night especially for light sleepers.
- Mary (10/5): Very lovely place, very lovely people - the owners were very very accommodating! Clean well maintained condo.
Thank you for your hospitality we are Americans and needed coffee....lol no coffee pot in the unit
- Vedran (9/5): Superb - General apartament - great, clean and on nice location. In one of the room the bed for 2 is way too small. Also, there is no dining table to fit 4 people - a bit confusing. Apart from those 2 issues, all great!
- Wojciech (10/5): Wonderfull - Everything was great - location excellent - next to Portobello Road - lovely street with great gastronomy, 400m from undeground station, and the host was very helpful when I had a personal request.
There was a 2 beds and great mattress automatically inflated for an additional person. The bedding was beautifully scented
In the kitchen was everything I needed - pots, pans, glasses, plates, liquids, salt, sugar, oil, pepper etc.
In the bathroom was the same - high quality towels.
The building, apartament and everything inside was new, modern and perfect clean,
- Nagendra (5/5): Passable -
- Anonymous (7/5): Average to good - Modern classy and comfortable decor There was a full bin of rubbish left from previous guests, with a huge bag of empty Mac Donald’s which stank the kitchen and living room out! The dish washer was full with clean cutlery and plates because nobody bothered to empty it. I contacted customer service but my texts were ignored! Quite appalling considering cost of stay!
- Dr. (10/5): my stay was excellent as I used the apartement to sleep - the location was very good to sleep and a little cold to wait
- Michaela (9/5): Wonderful - Wonderful flat in my favourite area of London (Portobello and close to Notting Hill). Very clean and tidy. You have everything you need. Great decor. There is even a cosy balcony.
The handover of keys for the flat was completely uncomplicated. You are close to the train tracks. But the windows are well insulated. We could sleep well.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zoe (8/5): Very good -
- Ian (10/5): Faultless accommodation. Went above and beyond when I realised I’d left a device behind. Great service -
- Kathryn (8/5): Modern well equipped apartment, conveniently located for public transport. - Location was good, an easy walk to Ladbroke Grove Tube station. A/C appeared to be set to a temperature which was too warm for time of year.
- Brigitta (10/5): I would definitely stay here again. - The apartment is brand new and really lovely and clean with hotel room amenities- shampoo, tea, coffee etc
The area is good, 10 mins walk to Ladbroke Grove tube. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. there is building work going on across the road but it didn’t bother me. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.
The key collection and drop off is at a shop 10 mins away which made it tricky when you have a large suitcase.
- Ahmad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tami (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (5/5): A great apartment, let down by extremely poor check in procedure and inability to get hold of someone if an issue arises - The property was as described. modern, great location and well appointed The check in procedure was the worst I’ve ever experienced. My booking on booking.com said everything was ready for our stay. On the day I turned up to a key collection Point and was found out I hadn’t been given the 6 digit code I required. The man at the key collection point was rude and unhelpful, just telling me to call whoever I booked with. When I managed to get someone to call me back, they were helpful but it still took them an hour to get me the code that I required, after requesting a copy of my ID that they had only emailed me about the day before (stuck in junk folder) the whole time my wife, 6 year old daughter, 9 month old son and all our bags for our stay we’re waiting out on a street as I made multiple phone calls trying to resolve the issue. Hands down, the worst check in I have experienced.
After our departure, we realised me left an item inside the apartment and have emailed asking out retrieval but as yet, no response.
- Amy (9/5): Wonderful, would stay again - Nice, clean, comfortable, well-appointed apartment in peaceful neighborhood. Shower large enough for plus sized people. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. Helpful guide provided with instructions for appliances. We loved the swing chair on the lovely balcony. The washer worked well. Elevator/lift available. Inexpensive groceries nearby - one night we fed 4 people frozen dinners for less than the cost for one person at a typical restaurant downtown. Some extras you don't normally find, like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Overall a great apartment and I would absolutely stay there again. These aren't negatives so much as things to be aware of. A half mile from the Tube (Booking.com shows the closer key collection point, not the apartment location), which is OK but a bit far on tired legs with luggage. If you have mobility issues, be aware the Tube stop has no lift/elevator, just stairs. Only 2 full size towels provided for 4 people, and no complimentary toiletries or bars of soap for the shower (but liquid hand soap is at each sink). We had brought towels and soap so we did not bother to contact the management - they might have been able to fix this had we notified them. We needed to modify our reservation to add a 4th person (originally booked with 3), which was helpfully allowed, but unlike the other reservations we made, we lost the Booking.com discounts, so it was much more expensive than expected. We slept comfortably with the windows open - but be aware there are trains in the back (surprisingly quiet with closed windows, but a little noisier when open), and as of May 2023 a large construction project was ongoing in front on weekdays, which the lovely balcony overlooks. Once complete it will be a beautiful, quiet street.
