You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:00. Late check-in fee: EUR 20 from 20:00 until 22:00; EUR 40 from 22:00 until 00:00; EUR 60 from 00:00 until 01:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. For Stay Longer than 10 days utilities (gas, electricity and water) are not included. Readings will be taken at check in and at check out.
