• Mayuree (9/5): We had a great time here. - The apartment Jungfrau is a graet place to stay. We had a great time here. View from bedrooms and living room is beautiful. Living room and dining place is comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. Location is good not far from train station but so quiet. The kattle was leak. One of the bathroom is quite small but not a big deal.

• Carolina (10/5): Highly recommend! - The apartment is clean, big, really comfortable with all the appliances necessary and the view to the Eiger mountain is breathtaking! We were travelling in 4 adults and 2 kids (1y & 6Y) The staffs are really kind, we arrived earlier and left the luggages in the storage room. We also add the breakfast for CHF15 per person, and it was good. Not many option, but honest. We also could buy the ski tickets at the reception desk. I love our experience and will definitely come back! Nothing
• Signe (3/5): Not a pleasant stay at all. - I enjoyed the mountain view. We arrived at 15:15 but the apartment was not yet ready, although I had notified the hotel in advance of my arrival time. The Receptionist was not friendly at all. The apartment is grossly overrated - it was cold, is worn out, very dark, the TV in one of the bedrooms did not work, the sewage from the bath did not work properly, the beds were not comfortable, the bedlinen were hard, not the comfort you could expect for CHF 550.00 per night.
• Pasquale (10/5): Great place to stay - An extremely large and spacious apartment for our family of 4. Great views of the snow filled mountain right across from our extremely long balcony. This place was truly awesome. We can highly recommend it. It was about a 10 minutes walk uphill to the main street/railway station. Everything was great. Only thing I could suggest is that a brighter light would have been great in the middle bathroom, but other than that, the accommodation and staff were fantastic

• GWINAM (10/5): - 아이거북벽은 보이지도 않을 정도로 집앞 풍경에 사로잡혔습니다. 내가 제일 좋아하고 바랬던 스위스풍경. 식사하고 차 마시는 순간순간이 행복했습니다. 직원분들 친절하셨고 숙소도 깨끗했습니다. 조금씩의 흠은 있겠지만 전혀 신경 쓰이질 않을 정도의 풍경입니다. 다만 우리가 4인가족이라 아쉬웠는데, 8인가족으로 다시 가고 싶습니다. 쓰레기를 우리가 버리고 와야했는데 이미 알고 있었고 쓰레기봉지도 편하게 묶게 되어 있어서 별로 힘들지 않았습니다.

• Tuan Jun (3/5): Wouldn’t wish to stay here again - very dim and old apartment - We stayed in the apartment which has 4 rooms. It was a very disappointing and terrible stay. The apartment is very dim and old - as compared to the photos advertised on Booking.com. The bed, pillow, towel were not clean and comfortable at all. The kitchen is also very small but well equipped. In addition, there is NO washing machine being provided in the apartment despite being advertised on Booking.com. It is only available at a cost in another floor. Marcel, the receptionist did admit the hotel made a mistake, and offered a small bottle of wine as compensation. When checking out, it was very disappointed that the hotel didn’t want to provide us with the shuttle service (10 CHF) as they only provide it if we are to go to the train station. As we need to transfer to another hotel, which is very close to the train station (~2 mins), they didn’t want to provide this service. While we understand this to some extent, it felt a bit harsh for us and not very hospitable, as the receptionist seems impatient to even help us phone the taxi which we ended up taking for 20 CHF. Everything to be honest. The apartment is very poor in quality (I would suggest not to trust the photo advertised - they are heavily photoshopped). Overall, it was a very terrible stay for us that we are so happy to check out once our stay is over.
• Azam (10/5): A very comfortable and a pleasant stay indeed ! - Ideally located in a more peaceful location of the town, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive staff. Very clean and tidy. Not very far from the train station and a 100m away from the bus station. We had a very pleasant stay !! An amazing view of fairy tale Grindelwald!

• Shimrit (9/5): - מיקום מצויין דירה מעולה מרווחת נקייה מתאימה מאוד לשתי משפחות קיבלנו דירה בקומה 1, מאוד נוח להגיע, מאוד מרווחת. 2 מקלחות , מטבח מאובזר בסהכ , מקרר בגודל מצוין, מיטות בשפע, מכונת כביסה-בתשלום. יש חניה ממול-נוח מאוד. צריך לפנות לבד את הזבל-קרוב ובסדר גמור. יש להשאיר דירה נקייה . אין מזגן אבל באמצע אוגוסט נעים שם מאוד. להחליף כריות ופוך לשינה. יש היום מצעים הרבה יותר קלילים ומזמינים. גם מגבות לרחצה-לא נעימות. רצוי להחליף את כל המגבות ללבנות וחדשות.

• Ivy (10/5): Good choice to stay in Grindelwald - The Jungfrau Lodge is a fantastic choice for us especially looking for a spacious and home-like atmosphere. Its proximity to the center makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the spectacular view of Mount Eiger is simply breathtaking. It truly feels like a perfect retreat! The staff is helpful and suggest ways to explore Grindelwald. Our family is having a really good time here. I will choose to stay here again.

• Mark (9/5): A wonderful stay with breathtaking views - The apartment was a great stay with everything you need in terms of comfort. The kitchen was excellent and the rooms were a very good size. It was very warm and cosy when it snowed. There were 4 of us and you can fit another 2 rooms if needed. Didn't use breakfast facilities in the restaurant. Would love to come back and the views are very very special. It's a great place all in all. Some of the interior is chintzy and a little bit dated, such as duvets and beds probably need updating. If upstairs are running around, it can be a bit like elephants stomping, but I am nit-picking. Well, be back.

• Nina (8/5): Well located appartment! - The apartment is great, with a fantastic location. It has everything you need and is perfect for bigger groups! We had a great time here. However, we do have some feedback regarding the handling at the reception. On one occasion, we experienced being met in a very degrading manner by a receptionist when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, we felt that the staff member was both judgmental and condescending, and while language differences and cultural variations may play a role, we did not appreciate being treated this way. Even when we provided feedback that this was simply rude behavior, we felt that there was little understanding in response. Apart from this, we have been very satisfied with our stay, and the apartment is lovely.

• Jayoung (8/5): Exept the terrace door, our family had good time for 4 nights. Its good location to visit Jungfraujoch and First. Also, - It was 5-7 mins walk from Grindelwald station and about 20mins from Grindelwald terminal. Its having a stunning view of Eiger north face! Don’t need to go to any cafe for the view because the terrace itself has the best view. We were 7 people which we rent a 4 bedroom apartment with terrace. But first two nights, terrace door wasn’t locked which made random people to come in our property to take photos or smoke. Even though I asked lobby to lock the door they said its not possible. But maintenance people was able to lock the door on the third day. It wasn’t pleasant experience people kept coming into our terrace.

Would love to come again. - Great for a big group of friends, spacious and the place is very well equipped including a racelette grill and two (!) fondue sets. Absolutely perfect for a bigger group. They know how to host which is visible from the fact that there is recyclingbins, dishwasher tabs, enough garbage bags, etc. pp Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nothing really. Only thing to note might be that you either have to drive or catch a bus to go to the ski lift as it is too far to walk with skiing boots. In summer, distance is totally walkable.

The bunk bed room: ceiling is too low and it was impossible even for a kid to sleep on the upper bed. So they states it’s a 8 beds apartment, but only 7 beds are ok. Price expensive, would be good to have had at least breakfast included (15chf adults)

• Nancy (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Grindelwald - We stayed the first night in the Jungfrau lodge and the second night in the apartment (both in the same building). We wished we had booked both nights at the apartment as it was incredibly cozy and felt like home. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It was nice having two bathrooms. We especially enjoyed having a large living room with a sofa to lounge around and hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook your own meals and it was a nice treat to have a coffee machine with capsules. The buffet breakfast is not included but available for a reasonable fee. The gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The pillows were too soft.

• Wendy (2/5): Very poor - good location. I booked a 4 bedroom and two bathroom apt for myself and 3 friends. We arrived and were given a 3 bedroom and one bathroom apartment. upon speaking to the staff we were told we had been given a large discount by using booking.com and this was what we were getting. We eventually managed to get another bathroom opened in our apartment which was behind a locked door. BEWARE and double check what you are actually getting for your booking. I would have went elsewhere had I not paid prior to my arrival.

• Ram (7/5): An OK Apartment Hotel - Reception person was very nice and explained everything. The apartment was big and ready for us with all beds made up for our arrival. Location is good and close to the center (10 min walk). It was clean. there is no soap and no shampoo in the apartment (we knew it and brought with us but why dont they provide it). We came in late and all shops were closed so had to ask for some soap for first night. Note there is no air condition in the apartment so during summer it might get hot. Parking is scarce, we had a spot every day but take notice of that during high season.
• Hatim (8/5): Very good for large families - The apartment is suitable for family of 6 and the kitchen had all the necessary equipments. The location was amazing. Room Cleaning is not free. There are no double bed in the rooms. Twin single bed were provided. Rooms are little bit small.
• Qi (8/5): Very good - The property at good location and view. open the deck door, the view is fabulous! the apartment has lots spaces. The staff there is really nice. The smell in kitchen is really bad, not sure where the smell comes from, if they can fix that. this place would be really good!
