• LIPING (9/5): 地理为止极佳，离梵蒂冈超级近。公寓很干净，住得很舒服。 - 房间布局合理、采光很好，沙发床也很舒服。打扫得很干净。从Roma Termini车站乘坐火车约20分钟到达Roma S. Pietro车站, 出站后步行6分钟左右就能到达公寓，别班火车人少、基本准时。这是到达公寓的最佳方式。意大利大城市的公交车严重的不靠谱。 1. 付款方式。2. 三人入住公寓，希望业主能提前问一下客人是否需要使用沙发床。不是夫妻睡一张床总是不太习惯。3. 最好不要让客人倒垃圾（我住了好几家意大利民宿都没有这项要求）4. 提供一些到达公寓的交通方式

• Margit (9/5): Sehr schönes ruhiges - und kühles ! Appartement in super Lage - Super Lage direkt am Vatikan Grundsätzlich schön ruhig aber technische Geräusche die ganze Nacht. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht aber nur eins war bezogen. Der duschabfluss machte Probleme wurde aber behoben

• Julia Tressa Jose (10/5): Book this property and you will be glad you did! - I was very wary of booking any property in rome after a bad experience in my first visit to rome. But this stay was absolutely amazing, and will be my go-to in my next visits to rome. Property: Private apartment with 2 rooms, living area with kitchen, a private bathroom .3 beds , fits 5 people. Modern furnishings, plenty of storage space. Absolutely clean. Kitchen has everything you need. There is Dishwasher , washing machine and dryer. Toileteries , towels , hair dryer- all available. Central air conditioning exceptional with ability to adjust temperature in each room. Such a blessing during the peak summer heat wave. Hot water available as well. Location: Walkable distance to vatican. Easy accessible to public transport, we used buses a lot. Plenty of restaurants. There is a supermarket called pam city very close to the apartment. Area is very peaceful, no loud noises entering the apartment.From the ciampino airport, uber can take you here in about 40euros. Hosts: Very warm, welcoming and always ready to help. Thank you Paolo and Arianna! Absolutely no complaints.

• Ralf (10/5): TOP APARTMENT IN TOP LAGE - Sehr gutes modernes und klimatisiertes Apartment. Sehr gut ausgestattet. das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug. Und die Lage ist perfekt ! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter klappt sehr gut. Für uns ungewohnt war, dass man seinen Ausweis,vorab per WhatsApp übermitteln sollte. Es wurde dann aber auch ein anderer Weg gefunden.

• Diāna (8/5): Very good - Good location, very close to the Vatican, quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store We didn't like the smell of the incense sticks in the house, but we put them on the balcony! The trash can mechanism was broken!
• Sepehr (6/5): Great location and comfort, but some issues affected our stay. - The location of the property was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to key attractions, public transport, restaurants, and amenities. It made getting around effortless and truly enhanced our experience. The decor was beautifully done, with a stylish yet cozy ambiance that made the space feel welcoming. Every detail, from the furnishings to the aesthetic touches, was thoughtfully arranged, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property were excellent, and it was clear that effort had been put into ensuring guest comfort. The beds were also particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Please note that when we booked, the listing stated that parking was provided. However, as of March 2025, it appears to have been updated to indicate no parking. While my review is based solely on my personal experience, I felt it was important to highlight this change. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. First, the listing stated that parking was provided, yet upon arrival, we were aggressively confronted by a neighbour who insisted that non-residents could not park in the designated bays. This (not so gentle) man escalated the situation with shouting, swearing (including racist remarks), and threats to damage our rental car if we left it there. Despite parking being advertised as part of the property, the landlord was unable to resolve this issue, addressing it as an unfortunate reality that this man exists. As a result, we had to return the rental car to avoid potential damage, leading to the cancellation of half our planned trip. This caused significant stress, additional expenses through cancellation fees, and confined our entire trip to Rome. Additionally, while the facilities were mostly great, there was no iron available for us to use, as we were informed that the one provided had broken. This was inconvenient as we had packed clothes that required ironing. The early checkout time (10AM) was also an issue. Our flight was scheduled for the afternoon, yet the landlord was unable to accommodate any extension, forcing us to adjust our plans and spend a considerable amount of time waiting after vacating the property. While the property itself was great, these inconveniences significantly impacted our overall experience.

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and tidy, located in a calm place and at the same time just few steps (5 min) to everything you need (bus stop, good restaurants and cafe's, shop etc.). The host is extremely kind! The only little issue I (personally) had was that my back was aching after sleeping on a sofa, but as I switched with a smaller person from our group to sleep in bed everything was good. * we were a group of 5, I am 185cm high
