• Marco (8/5): Appartamento con vista sull'oceano, buona fornitura di utensili in cucina - Vista sull'oceano La lavatrice era temporaneamente guasta, ma mi è stato proposto un rimborso in caso di utilizzo di lavanderia a gettoni nelle vicinanze.
• Giulia (9/5): Centrale e comodo - Monique è disponibile e gentile, la casa ha una bellissima vista sul mare da cui si vedono dei tramonti spettacolari. La posizione è centrale, si trova sul mare, nel centro di Los cristianos, e a pochi passi da Playa de Las Américas, sono una ventina di minuti a piedi. È vicina alle attrazioni di Tenerife sud.
• Melanie (9/5): Sonne, Strand, grandioser Ausblick und alles was man hat ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterku - Die Lage war großartig! Der Blick aufs Meer, den Sonnenuntergang und La Gomera waren fantastisch. Monique war sehr nett und hat uns alles gezeigt. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Alles in allem eine wundervolle Unterkunft ❤️ Das Bett ist hart und knarrt bei jeder Bewegung, das war aber auch unsere größte Kritik ☺️ Nachts ist es etwas laut, da in der Nähe eine Disco ist. Das hat uns an sich nicht gestört, wir waren müde und bei geschlossenem Fenster hat man nur noch wenig gehört.

• Alona (9/5): Добре - Вид з балкону чудовий , наявність всього необхідного на кухні, є пральна машинка, фен. Нам подарували кошичок фруктів. Була знижена ціна, бо бронювали за день до заїзду. Немає кондиціонера, вентилятор його замінити не може, а при відкритому балконі дуже чути шум з диско клубу, гуляють там до 4 ранку, пізніше шум з вулиці. Якщо з дитиною приїхати, то буде проблема зі сном. Була брудна підлога, прийшлося помити, сушарка для одягу ржава місцями. Якщо поставити кондиціонер і добре прибрати, то буде супер.

• Jeff (4/5): Great location and views but poor overpriced accommodation. - The situation of the apartment was excellent, but we knew that as we had stayed previously in a different apartment in the same block. Both my wife and myself had the impression that someone was living at the property prior to our arrival as the apartment was poorly prepared for us. For example, dirty bathroom floor mat and the anti-slip bath mat, broken toilet and filthy washing up sponge. The decor was also very poor, with large holes in all the walls. The clothes drier was rusty and has stained some of our towels and swimwear. Overall, the flat was very dated and much in need of major refurbishment particularly the kitchen units. Externally, the balcony lights didn’t work, and the substitute solar lantern didn’t work either. We cannot recommend this apartment to anyone .
• Alex (8/5): Overall, we had a very good time at Monique’s apartment. 🙂 - Fantastic location, beautiful views over the ocean, and you’ll find the kindest of hosts in Monique. We booked this place super last minute, so we’re lucky to have rather favourable pricing, which made the overall experience even more worthwhile. Whilst the apartment is not without its fault (see below), considering the last minute nature of our trip, the price, the location, and ease of communication with Monique, we were happy with our booking, and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a nice little apartment at the hear of Playa de las Vistas. 🙂 Given its location, considerable noise from neighbouring establishments can be an issue for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. Whilst the balcony doors do an excellent job at keeping out most of it, the low decibel sound, ie the beat and the bases, can be disruptive. As there’s no air conditioning, it is likely that during the hotter season people would want to keep the door open. Despite having fans in the apartment, they merely move the air, rather than cool it. So, get some air plugs as those will help. Another thing to mention, though this is likely to be specific for our stay, is that the toilet was not exactly fully functional. We only found out about this upon being shown around the apartment. In our case, this was not a major issue, though it would have been nice to know about it beforehand. Lastly, the bed frame is very crackly, which will likely annoy some people. It took us some time to get used to it, and as the retractable sofa is very uncomfortable, we had to stick with it. Of note, the mattress itself is great.
• Przemysław (10/5): - Przecudowny widok z balkonu na plażę i ocean , na pewno nigdy nie zapomnę porannej kawy krora piłem na tym balkonie, szum fal to pierwsze co słyszałem po przebudzeniu. Niezapomniane. Blisko do plaży , do sklepu i wielu restauracji. Blisko również do Hard Rock Cafe i innych fajnych miejsc gdzie można zabawić się wieczorem. Polecam

• Viktoria (5/5): Very bad and not friendly service - The only thing I liked was the view from the balcony We booked this apartment 3 weeks in advance and warned that we would arrive at 15:00, I called the landlady at that time and reported on arrival, she said that the cleaner Carmen would come and bring the keys, we waited 10 minutes, but no one came, then I called the landlady again, she said, that Carmen forgot to clean the apartment and we can leave our suitcase and go and wait for 2 hours somewhere while the cleaning is going on. It's strange that the cleaner didn't know what she had to clean the apartment. I was very tired after the airport and got a little sick, I wanted to rest as soon as possible. We waited for Carmen for another 15 minutes and she came. Carmen said that she had not cleaned our apartment yet and she did not allow us to come in and leave our suitcase in the apartment, she was not hospitable and not friendly, of course, no one even apologized for the inconvenience. We tried to explain to her that we need to change clothes and leave our suitcase and then we will go somewhere for 2 hours, and then come back when the apartment is cleaned. She didn't speak English at all and was standing in the doorway trying to call the landlady. In the end, she let us enter the apartment to change clothes and leave the suitcase. The start of the vacation was ruined and it caused me a lot of stress. Instead of checking into the apartment at 15:00, we had to wait until 18:30. I don't recommend this place. The apartment needs renovation, the shower head works very badly and is not attached to the wall.
• Martin (8/5): Excellent stay & value. - Excellent location, easy walk to the sea front & beach. Plenty of bars & restaurants etc nearby. Half hour walk to Las Americas/ further on. Everything you need in the apartment is there, cooking/ washing machine/ iron etc. Excellent WiFi no issues. Maybe extra pillows!

• Masa59 (5/5): Quite ok...´cos of the location. - Good location,close to everything.The views were great. Hot inside,no air conditioning. The tableware was so and so, frying pans were old and broken. The bed wasn´t very good and there weren´t sheets for blankets. This apartment has already seen its best days...everything was either old or broken.
• Jeralee (5/5): Passable - The view is outstanding. Perfect location, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. So I read that many didn't like the upkeep of the apartment, this is true, it definitely needs someone to go there and give it some love. It didn't bother me until I used the shower. It doesn't fix to the wall, so you have to hand hold it to shower. It has 0 pressure, so good luck if you need to wash your hair. Also, I was shocked that the owner expected me to buy my own toilet paper..... I've stayed and travelled in many places, and that's a first for me. Overall, great for the view, but that's about all

• Aleigha (8/5): Perfect solo trip - Perfect location for the beach literally walk down 3 sets of stairs and boom sand! Walk to the right you get "commercial" Tenerife with all the big shops like Zara etc and walk to the left you have all the little sellers and cute shops! My only concern would be if you are a light sleeper there's a club/bar that plays till really late every day so keep that in mind.
