• CocoDragi (10/5): Athen ist eine sehr hippe Stadt und das Apartment ist perfect für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip. - Gute öffentliche Anbindung. Ron hat alle Informationen vorab und rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt. So war alles klar und einfach zu finden. Sehr empfehlenswert und würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, und antwortet zuverlässig und schnell. Kein Aufzug vorhanden, daher etwas anstrengender hochzukommen in das Penthouse. Für ältere Personen eher ungeeignet. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft :)

• Marwan (1/5): I don’t recommend at all this place as you have to climb à very steep long stairs and it is very narrow space. The area - I didn’t like anything about the apartment as The ad and photos were deceiving. it is a garage/street store that they transformed into an apartment. It is a very deceiving advertisement and I informed the management that I can t climb the stairs due to a disability in my back and they offered another apartment on the street level but it also had stairs inside to climb to the bedroom (it looked like a cave with no windows and had steel covered doors similar to the prison doors). It seems the building is in a bad neighborhood as I was told by people on the street (graffiti all over and some empty buildings and unoccupied stores. It is close to EXARCHEIA square which is considered the anarchist area in Athens). After informing the management that I am not able to use this apartment due to my disability they showed no sensitivity about my medical condition and would not refund my money as their main concern is to deceive clients and take their money

• Κόντρα (2/5): - Ο χώρος είχε αισθητική. Βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία στην Αθήνα Αναφέρομαι σε ένα από τα ισογεια δαμερισματσιΔε είναι σπίτι. Προέρχεται από αλλαγή χρήσης για αυτό δεν υπάρχει κανένα παράθυρο στο χώρο. Είναι καταθλιπτικό και μη αεριζόμενο. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι βρίσκεται στο πεζοδρόμιο, ένα στενό πεζοδρόμιο,με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει τρομερή φασαρία από το δρόμο καθως είναι πολυσύχναστη περιοχή. Πολλοί περνάνε από έξω και χτυπούν το βράδυ τη μεταλλική πόρτα . Δεν κοιμηθήκαμε από τη φασαρία. . Στο εσωτερικό,στο πίσω δωμάτιο και στο επάνω ,ακουγόταν ένας μηχανικός θόρυβος πάνω από την γυψοσανίδα. Ήταν περιοδικός . Δεν καταλάβαμε τι ήταν. Το μπάνιο έχει ένα μικρό παράθυρο για εξαερισμό, βρίσκεται κάτω από επίπεδο του δρόμου αλλά δεν τολμάς να το ανοίξεις γιατί δεν υπάρχει σίτα ,και φοβάσαι μη μπει ποντίκι.

Nicht genügend Bettwäsche aber schnelle Abhilfe. Eine kleine Flasche Wasser für 50 Cent wäre schön gewesen. Dafür gab es allerdings Kaffeekapseln.
• sakis (10/5): Σωστή φιλοξενία. - Μείναμε μια βραδιά ..... οικογένεια,με δύο παιδιά.....ήταν μικρός ο χώρος αλλά πολύ άνετος κ ευχάριστος.. είχε πολύ καλές παροχές ,πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι κ πολύ άνετο καναπέ. Η περιοχή, πολύ κοντά σε όλα . Μπράβο θα πω. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ . Δεν έχουμε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε! Θα αναφέρω δυσκολία στην περιοχή στο πάρκινγκ.

• STEPHANIE (8/5): Séjour rapide et logement agréable - L’agencement intérieur avec les 2 couchages. Bonne literie et des couvertures supplémentaires .La kitchenette avec machine à café et capsules. À moins de 10 min du métro omonia . Entrée sécurisée .accueil en autonomie avec une assistance disponible. Le manque d’espace pour s’assoir sur les toilettes . La porte d’entrée étonnante et le store ne permettant pas d’être dans le noir pour dormir. La rue est passante donc bruyant (la chambre du fond est sans bruit)

La anfitriona muy atenta , las pocas dudas que me surgieron las aclaro de forma inmediata. Idéntico a las fotografías. Las explicaciones para el acceso no podían ser más claras.

• Łukasz (10/5): Highly recommended, not only for a short stay. A truly unique place. - The host is a unique person. He is committed, helpful, and clearly cares about his guests satisfaction. The apartment is perfect for a few days stay. In winter, we had two large terraces at our disposal, which was magical. Great location. All the most important places are within a 30-minute walk. There are many restaurants in the area, which has its pros and cons. The neighborhood itself is safe. The building has been nicely renovated. Minor details: - we had problems with the coffee machine, but luckily there was also instant coffee available, which didn't cause any major inconvenience. - The card with the Wi-Fi password is out of date, so it's better to remove it from the room :) The current password was in a detailed message from the host sent before our arrival.

• Hadrien (9/5): Long weekend en famille avec enfants (9,11) - Bel appartement, bien situé ( tout peut être fait à pied ) et bien équipé. ( Climatisation, cafetière ect ) Et surtout très propre ! Personnel très arrangeant pour l'arrivée / départ et les valises. Parfait. Le métro n'est peut être pas à côté, à côté mais sinon ras.

Beds and the couch were veryy comfortable. We loved it! Oh and location was great too! Due to the structure of the apartment, it had no windows. Sound from the street wasnt very blocked out

• Cheng (1/5): Do not stay here. - Nothing. It claimed accommodate for 6 people , but one sleeping on a couch, not even a sofa bed. The other is a cheap folding camper bed. The bottom of that camper bed followed apart. The bedroom “upstairs” has a very low ceiling and the metal stairs are very steep. Dangers for older people. NEVER AGAIN.
