It’s in a good location and we walked to everything we wanted to see. The host was communicative and gave clear instructions on how to reach the apartment. We would stay here again.

Les hôtes prennent du temps pour bien expliquer l accès et sont très reactifs à toutes demandes et adorables. La chambre est somptueuse, grande, calme (malgré l agitation napolitaine !), propre et très confortable. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment et recommandons à tous ce petit paradis napolitain. Rien, tout est parfait.

• Sarah (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at home piccini, everyone was so helpful and adorable. Great bed, spacious bathroom and the shared kitchen was in good condition. The room is only at 15 min walk to garibaldi station (10 if you walk fast). Despite Naples’ busy nightlife we had no trouble falling asleep thanks to the thick windows. The owner gave us tons of info and recommendations about the city, making this trip so much easier to plan. We will definitely come back at home piccini next time we are in Naples.

Unclean streets and not the best vibe. Wish we stayed closer to the centre or station. If this B&B was closer to the city centre it would be perfect!

• Viktoria (9/5): Luxury apartment great for short stay - The apartment was very beautiful and luxurious. Comfortable big bed and pillows. Stunning bathroom with a bath that easily fits two people. We even had a wine cooler in the bathroom. Also a nice terrace and compliment snacks and coffee. Close to supermarket and shops, however they don’t work on Sundays. Even though there are many pros to the place it felt quite impractical- there was no drying rack or anywhere to dry our towels in the bathroom. The terrace was big but nowhere to sit and enjoy it. The walls are quite thin so you could hear the other rooms. The neighbourhood was quite dirty and felt unsafe. No comfortable transportation nearby.

Nos brindó información sobre que hacer en Napoli, nos permitió dejar las valijas más temprano que el horario del check in y nos organizó el traslado al aeropuerto al día siguiente. Está cerca de la estación de tren para llegar caminado, al igual que del centro histórico. A 10 minutos del aeropuerto en auto. Estuvo todo muy bien

• Yolanda (5/5): A place to spend a night or two if your priority is to be close to the station and plan to ferry to the Amalfi Coast. - Size of room Conveniently located just a short ride to train station and ferry ports to the Amalfi Coast The area where the building is located is pretty rough (particularly at night). The building, an old structure that decades before most had been gorgeous, looks neglected, untidy and unclean. Security might be something that needs attention. I experienced the fellow that owns the store next door giving the entry code to someone wanting to enter the building! Just like that! Not everyone in the building follows the rules. (Be ready to be kept awake by a random birthday party in the middle of the week.)

• MathildecjB (6/5): - Le personnel était arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Les serviettes disposées en forme de coeur sur le lit était une attention mignonne. L'établissement nous a envoyé plein d'informations sur la ville en avance. La literie est confortable. La connexion wifi était mauvaise : la TV avait du mal à se connecter, pareil pour la clim. Il n'y avait aucun savon mis à disposition dans la salle de bain et les toilettes n'avaient pas de cuvette. Quand aux draps, ils avaient été mal (ou pas) lavés... Le quartier n'est pas des plus sécures, nous aurions bien aimé être prévenus avant notre arrivée pour que nous puissions faire attention.

De asemenea, proprietarul a fost foarte de treaba si ne-a permis sa lasam bagajele acolo pentru cateva ore. Patul a fost destul de comfortabil si locatia a avut toate facilitățile necesare (masina de cafea, AC etc) Curatenia, in special in zona de dus a lasat mult de dorit. Am gasit multa igrasie (vezi poze) si par/ praf in camera, pe podea. De asemenea, proprietarul a insistat sa ii lasam un review de 10* daca vrem sa lasam bagajele acolo dupa check-out..

• Kaisa (10/5): Beautiful room with the sweetest hosts! - We arrived at a gorgeous property with very welcoming hosts. The room was gorgeous and felt luxurious, clean and comfortable. The owners are so nice and helpful, they really know the ins and outs of the city and it’s thanks to them that we really saw the hidden gems of Naples. The owners were incredibly sweet and have their heart in the right place. My partner and I really filled up our days, and coming back to our cozy and beautiful room was really like coming home. I asked for recommendations multiple times and they hit the head on the nail every single time. We had a great vacation and we have a big part of that to thank to home Piccini. If you’re looking for a place in Naples surrounded by locals and culture, and a place where you get your moneys worth, absolutely check it out.

• Krystyna (10/5): Czysto, miło, cicho. - To duży pokój z dużymi lustrami i wygodnymi łóżkami, z prywatną dużą ,wygodną i czystą łązienką, należący do większego mieszkania. Można korzystać ze wspólnego, całkiem dobrze wyposażonego aneksu kuchennego, Okno wychodzi na małoruchliwą uliczkę. W nocy było cicho. Na kilka nocy z żywieniem się na mieście to bardzo dobra opcja!

• Ευδοξία (9/5): - Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Μετά αμέσως από την κράτηση έστειλε αναλυτικές πληροφορίες για φαγητό και αξιοθέατα στη Νάπολη. Τις ίδιες πληροφορίες έστειλε και στο What's App την ημέρα της άφιξης μαζί με τις οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα. Το check in γίνεται με κωδικούς που στέλνει ο ιδιοκτήτης και είναι πολύ βολικό. Στο κοινόχρηστο χώρο των διαμερισμάτων υπάρχει καφετιέρια, καφές και νερό.Επίσης του ζητήσαμε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματά μας στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο και όχι μόνο το δέχτηκε αλλά όταν επιστρέψαμε να πάρουμε τα πράγματα είχε και δωράκι πάνω τους. Επειδή δεν προλάβαμε να δούμε όλα τα αξιοθέατα που μας πρότεινες, εύχομαι να επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Νάπολη και να μείνουμε στο διαμέρισμα. Τίποτα.
• Tijana (9/5): Overall satisfied with the booking! - The room is beautiful. High ceilings, very modern, clean and new. Bathroom is stunning with big mirrors and huge bath. Everything is like in the photos. Also has a very good connection with airport if you are flying from Naples. The only downside is the location as it seemed it’s located in a bit dirty and not so safe neighborhood. But we only stayed for 1 day so we explored it only in the evening.

• Diana (9/5): Amazing host with true love for Naples! - Ivan provided a quite list of amazing recommendations for Naples, covering everything from must-see sights to fantastic dinner/drinks spots. Furthermore, all the guidelines for reaching the apartment and navigating the rooms were incredibly detailed and clear. There's no doubt we felt Ivan's genuine love for Naples and his strong desire for his guests to experience the city in the best possible way – this was truly the most appreciated and valuable aspect of our stay. Even though we only stayed for two nights, we felt Ivan's tremendous care and attentive attitude from beginning to the end. Many thanks for that once again! The apartment itself is situated in a beautiful building with high ceilings and inner yard and our room was one of rented rooms within the apartment. The room perfectly matched the description and had everything we needed, especially glad for big bathroom and shower cabin and comfortable bed. In addition upon arrival, we were nicely siurprised to find welcoming candies, and when we departed, Ivan even left for us a small gift. Once again, Ivan truly goes the extra mile for his guests and this is really unique! Overall, it's a great place for a short stay in Naples. While its location outside the historical center means you might walk a bit further to reach certain sights, you'll get a better feel for daily Neapolitan life, with local coffee shops, markets, and pizzerias right around you which indeed provides amazing pizzas! Just a friendly reminder that if you're loud, the neighbors might hear it and vice versa.

• Jitka (8/5): - Klimatizace, WiFi. Objednali jsme si rodinný apartmán s ložnici a obývacím pokojem a byla pouze jedna místnost, kde jsme byli společně. Záměrně jsme chtěli dvě mistnosti, protože s námi cestoval i nas dospělý syn a trochu nas to zaskočilo, protože inzerovali jiné ubytování. Pokoj byl průměrné vybaveny, hezký, v koupelně byla plíseň.

We really appreciated that. They also left sweets and a small gift which was a nice touch. The location was about 15 mins from the station by foot, but there are many things to see along the way. Check in instructions are very clear. The room was cute! For the price paid the facilities met expectations, and the hosts went above and beyond! We thought more attention to detail for cleanliness would improve it. For instance the sheets and towels appeared a bit tattered even though they were clean, so didn't make the best impression.

Il a arrangé le transport pour l'aéroport à 5h du matin pour nous déposer et nous a envoyé plein de recommandations de visites et de restaurants pendant notre séjour. La chambre était propre, confortable et avec des petites rangements pour mettre nos affaires. L'équipement de la partie commune au trois chambre était super et nous ne nous attendions pas à autant d'attention. Tout était bien. Seul petit bémol pour le tuyaux de la douche abimé qu'il faudrait peut être changer!

It is a classic old italian building, fully renovated on the inside, high ceilings and great lightning. The windows are new and they really isolate the room. Ivan and Francesca were both amazing and very hospitable. Except all the gifts, they were full of recommendations and even planned whole days for us. If you're planning a trip to Naples and looking for accommodation, look no more! Nothing

• Mile (9/5): Good choice for a short stay - Nice accommodation, close to the historical core of the city as well as transport hubs. Friendly and welcoming host who is full of suggestions offering heap of hints & tips is available at any moment. Room overlooking the beautiful and authentic inner court yard, peaceful neighborhood. Room clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom spacious and tidy. Good choice for shorter stays. For stays longer than a few days, consider regular maintenance, although we personally didn't mind.
• Warren (10/5): - Friendly staff, excellent communication, we were met at the property by Frederica who was really nice. Loved the room, the balcony and courtyard. Great location for Garribaldi train station. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants near by. Will definitely stay again. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Anca (10/5): - The owners were very friendly and helpful. The mini travel guide regarding food and sightseeing they provided in their welcoming message was very helpful. We tried many of their recommendations and they turned out to be great. The room is nice, clean, very confortable and cosy. The location is close to the historic center, the airport and the train station. Everything you need is at walking distance fron here.

La posizione ottima per noi che avevamo bisogno della stazione vicina, meno di 10 minuti, anche per il centro ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Quartiere non molto rumoroso e letto comodissimo.

I've spent the past few years traveling and staying in everything from apartments to 5-star hotels, but Home Piccini truly stands out as one of the best. The place is impeccably clean, smells wonderful, and immediately gives off a warm, welcoming vibe. It's located just a 15-minute walk from both the main attractions and the train station. Despite its central location, it's nestled in a charming local neighborhood where you can grab fresh food and coffee just by stepping outside. The apartment owners, Ivan and Federica, are by far the kindest and most helpful hosts I’ve ever encountered. They regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and were always happy to assist. • Giovanna (9/5): Appartamento splendido , lo staff sempre disponibile e gentile. Soggiorno consigliatissimo, torneremo presto - L’appartamento è nuovo , davvero delizioso , molto pulito, curato e accogliente.

• MAR (9/5): Buena estancia en Nápoles - El personal, desde que te recibe es muy atento a todos los detalles. Hasta te escriben por WhatsApp dando recomendaciones de lugares que visitar o dónde comer. La habitación es muy amplia y con baño privado y aunque no esté en el centro, está muy cerca de una calle principal. Un punto muy importante también es que ofrecen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, lo que nos vino muy bien porque eran las 4 de la mañana y de otra manera habría sido complicado conseguir un taxi. El wifi de la habitación le costaba conectar.

• Montse Tgna (10/5): ¡Maravilloso y Maravillosos! - El alojamiento es un remanso de paz dentro del hermoso caos de Nápoles. La habitación era preciosa y muy tranquila. La zona común es un buen detalle para preparar algún café. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor del alojamiento son sus anfitriones. El proceso de reserva fue muy bueno, con toda la información necesaria para pasar unos días auténticos en la ciudad. Gracias a sus indicaciones y consejos, pudimos disfrutar de una auténtica experiencia napolitana. Además, es un lugar donde los niños son bienvenidos y muy bien recibidos. No olvidaremos nunca vuestro cálido recibimiento y vuestra acogida. Grazie di cuore!!
