Leonard (1/5): Insgesamt nicht mal 1 Stunde Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, bevor sie bei unzumutbaren Zuständen verlassen werden musste. - Die Gastgeber waren am Ende bereit den gezahlten Preis fast vollständig zu erstatten. Ankunft mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Sehr stickiges Apartment, es fanden sich viele schmutzige Stellen. Auf den Bildern waren die Treppen und Stufen die sich in der Wohnung befinden, nicht abgebildet. Für kleine Kinder sehr unsicher. Die Person die uns die Wohnung öffnete, erzählte, ihr sei davon abgeraten worden ein Fenster zu öffnen. Sie tat es trotzdem als wir in der Wohnung waren, weil es sehr stickig war. Wir verließen die Wohnung und kamen etwa eine Stunde später zurück. Sofort fiel uns auf dass sich nun etliche Hornissen in der Wohnung befanden, die mutmaßlich in der Nähe des Fensters ihr Nest haben. Wir verließen die Unterkunft umgehend, eine entsprechende Meldung erfolgte an Gastgeber und Booking.com. Glücklicherweise zeigte sich der Gastgeber einsichtig und die Kosten (bis auf die Reinigungsgebühr) wurden erstattet.
