A casa está muito bem localizada perto de muitos restaurantes, padarias e bares e a curta distância dos pontos de interesse. O anfitrião deixou-nos fruta na chegada o que foi muito gentil. • Marco Rodolfo (10/5): A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Athens - We had a pleasant stay in this flat. It is modern, fully equipped, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent: easy to reach and within walking distance of all the main attractions (the Acropolis, the Agora, and the other key sights of Athens). We also received excellent assistance from the host, who made our stay even smoother and more enjoyable.

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and in a great area filled with amenities, including easy access to transportation throughout Athens. Michalis the host was very responsive to all of my questions and even stopped by in order to help out with a few issues I had. I would stay there again for sure and recommend it to everyone.
• Adam (10/5): Wszędzie blisko i wygodnie ale do tego cicho! - Lokalizacja, cisza mimo umiejscowienia Brak widoków za oknem ale zgodnie z opisem. Przez to że okna były od podwórza nie było hałasów.

The owner was very responsive and had great recommendations and was very helpful. We would definitely come back here.

• Nuala (9/5): Good for a short stay. - Stayed here recently for 4 nights. Good location, close to metro,cafes,restaurants. The property is on the 4th floor of the building. There is a lift. The 2 bed apartment is fully equipped with everything you need . Good shower. I found the mattress a bit soft but that is a personal preference. Good communication from the host. Overall the apartment is fine for a short stay.
• Moana (8/5): Clean with Excellent Location - Communication and check in was easy. We were granted early access which was so appreciated. Thank you! The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 (2 teens) & is well equipped. The owner goes above and beyond with supplies. Umbrellas, ponchos, games, hand sanitiser even spare hair ties. It was clean. The lounge was a little small to seat us all but the office chair is comfortable to sit in. The location is excellent. Surrounded by restaurants, minimarts, supermarket and only a 10-15 min walk and your at the Museum. I would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends/family. The kitchen is small so made working in it a little hard. A bigger frying pan would useful.

• Susan (4/5): I'm sorry to say that it does not deserve its high rating. - The location was good and the host was readily available to help with broken things and missing items. He let us check in early and supplied a 2nd set of keys as requested. The twin beds were terrible. The apartment was dark, bad lighting and the views from the balcony and other windows depressing. Unfortunately we were disturbed by very noisy banging and construction in the next door apartment during our stay so we left early. One more thing..impossible to sit at the dining table as shown in the photos..the chairs are too low!!
• Harriet (10/5): One of the best apartments I've stayed in. - Everything! This apartment was just perfect for a stay in Athens. Well equipped kitchen and cosy living area with an easy to use TV. The apartment was spotless with everything you would need such as shampoo/conditioner etc. The communication with the host was fantastic and check in very smooth. There is a huge desk and comfy office chair with very stable and fast internet so ideal if you need to do some work. I've stayed in this area before and there are so many great little bars, restaurants and cafes at very affordable prices as you're not in the main tourist area, but it is only 10 minutes walk to beginning of Plaka. I can't recommend this enough and will stay for sure when I return to Athens.

• Lisa (8/5): Very good - The unit is in a good area for food and people watching. The Koukaki area is very walkable. I did miss having a microwave. The building is in transition right now, so there are not multiple units, and the entrance could be cleaner and more inviting.
