• Lorenza (8/5): - Molto pulito e a due passi dalla stazione centrale,quindi per noi è stato molto comodo visto che avremmo dovuto prendere il treno alle 6 del mattino. Siamo stati accolti dal signor Alex una persona molto carina e gentile che ci ha fornito indicazioni per andare a cenare. Molto piccolino,giusto per una notte va bene. Nel bagno non si sa dove appendere gli asciugamani in quanto non c'era nessun supporto. Anche il supporto per la carta igienica manca. Si sconsiglia per soggiorni di più giorni L'acqua della doccia era tiepida,ci siamo accorti in un secondo momento che il boiler era spento🤣

• Melissa (8/5): - Amazing location - proximity to central , very clean and very comfortable bed Check in was a little clunky, says 3pm on website but wasn’t ready until 3:30 Hot water didn’t work on first night but good by next morning
• Craig (5/5): - Location to the Centrale train station and metro was excellent. Clean and tidy small apartment. The washing machine was locked and you are not allowed to use the oven. No microwave and luke warm hot water. Shower is a small corner shower that you can hardly wash in.
• Susan (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in a very convenient area - Location was very good. We were met with the keys and showed around the apartment Apartment was very nice but lacked a few basic things. Had use of a stove top but there was only 1 pan to use! Need more than this to cook. Hooks for hanging wet towels in the bathroom would have been useful. We were hanging them over doors and chairs . A tea towel wasn't provided for drying after washing up.

• Svitlana (10/5): Замечательно👍 - Было очень чисто. Установлен без ключевой замок, это было очень здорово , так как можно было не беспокоится за безопастность. Так же в апартаменты приходит уборка , что тоже хорошо. В целом все необходимое для остановки на несколько дней есть👍 Так же отдельное спасибо Alex , он был всегда на связи по любым вопросам

• George (9/5): Room close to the Milan central station - The room is clean and super convenient location, you can walk to the Milan central station within few mins. The staff Alex is really helpful, great communicator throughout WhatsApp to check whether we are ok or need anything else. Could be not using the pictures with the washing machine and the oven to promote this unit as it is quite misleading that renter can use both appliances.
