• Sarah (10/5): Monsoon Apartments are the BEST! Fantastic decor, excellent location, quiet and very well equipped! - We loved everything about the apartment. Fantastic location on the Main Street in Port Douglas, with no noise issues at all. Step out and you are in the cr tee of everything. The apartment is spacious with a bathroom for each bedroom and is beautifully decorated. It has everything you could possibly need. The hosts have generously supplied all the basic kitchen needs, going above and beyond with simple things like leaving a roll of bin liners, not just 1 (!), oil, sauces, ample tea and coffee and lots of crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances. We enjoyed the pool. It was a good temperature and not busy. Great people watching from the balcony. Nothing we didn’t like.

The layout was practical and spacious, making it easy to relax and settle in. It was very clean and tidy. The location was another highlight, offering easy access to nearby amenities while still feeling quiet and private. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would happily return!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host Vanessa was outstanding - warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and even shared great local tips that made our trip even better. The location was perfect - close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it anyone looking for a memorable and stress- free experience. Thank you Vanessa for everything. I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the property more.

The apartment has everything! Host was amazing too in every way with suggestions, answers and responsiveness. Absolutely nothing!

The central location was perfect for exploring Port Douglas and celebrating our son’s wedding week. Spacious and comfortable for four adults — it felt like a home away from home. Nothing — everything was perfect.

• Berdino (10/5): Fantastisch en heel relaxed, van alle gemakken voorzien. - De locatie is super! De host waar we contact mee hadden was altijd bereikbaar en heel vriendelijk. We hadden een nachtvlucht naar Cairns en waren al aan het einde van de ochtend in Port Douglas maar mochten toch al het appartement in. Het appartement zelf is geweldig! Heel smaakvol en gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook is het heel fijn dat er aan gedacht is om kleine utilities al beschikbaar te hebben, zoals zeep, shampoo, toilet papier, afvalzakken, thee, koffie, zout, peper, kruiden, olie en nog veel meer! Dat maakt het dat je je direkt thuis voelt en niet gelijk alles moet gaan kopen. niets!

Such a pleasure to come home every day and enjoy the ambience of the property. I can't imagine another apartment in the same vicinity being such a pleasure to stay, enjoy and walk everywhere.

Despite the central location there was no street noise inside the apartment. Apartment was spotless and Vanessa was great with communication. Nothing.

You could tell the owner has a great taste in design. Renovated very recently. Extremely clean. Kitchen fully equipped and very modern. Bathroom was luxurious. Very kid friendly with cot and high chair, our one year old loved the place. Right in the middle of town walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes but no issues with noise. Vanessa replied to all messages within minutes. Highly highly recommend. Nothing

• Leisa (10/5): What a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Port Douglas!!! - Monsoon apartment exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail meant that it contained everything we needed for our stay including access to a fully equiped kitchen, beautifully designed lounge and dining, comfortable beds and two immaculate bathrooms. The location was perfect with everything we needed in town just a short walk away, so we parked our car in the provided undercover car space and explored the town by foot. Our host Vanessa was amazing with her knowledge of the area, providing us with an extensive list of places to eat and recommended activities. The communication we received from Vanessa during our stay was outstanding - very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Monsoon Apartment to those who are looking for luxurious accommodation that will be guaranteed to meet expectations. Five stars to the hosts at Monsoon Apartments!
