Oud gebouw buiten receptie spreekt niemand engels. De tuinen zijn wel erg mooi. Voorzieningen, het vermelde aantal sterren wekt een verkeerde verwachting.

- Mohamed H. ElSergany (8/5): Very good - Staff are very friendly and willing to help with the limited facilities they have. The hotel is suitable for Egyptian Families for a short, relaxing stay. Food portions and quality are excellent as well. The location is beautiful, but it needs outlets and activities. Adding a boat and food outlet will be wonderful.

Breakfast was below average, though the hotel was crowded, breakfast was set menu with limited choices and basic quality. The swimming pool is very small, no hygienic standards, people were in the pool with their clothes and t-shirts.

We took half duck with something and it really was decent semi small half duck and all kind of side foods. Nice. Reception guy was REALY nice, so polite, smiling, understanding everything. Nice. Noisy outside. Broken moskito nets, a lot of..moskitos or bedbags.. I don’t know but three of us four were very much bitten, didn’t look like moskito bites. Might be flies, because cats are on the first floor and if you open window/door, cats come in.

- Ahmed (6/5): Just fine .. if they elevate the club exprience it wil worth a visit otherwise no - The place is fine for a very short stay .. the flat is big and they have good AC in the rooms and the staff was nice and they offer you one extra bed on demand for just 8$.. also the view is on of the beat on Qarun lake. The hotel resturant is ok with good variety of food The pool was very dirty for the kids .. the overall experience in the club was a little bit low .. seems like a local pool not a hotel pool. The day-use visitors really ruin it .. also the toilets in the club were awful all means you have to run back to your room to use the bathroom .. drinks and food are very limited in the club and with poor quality

Nightmare Hotel - Nothing, it was the worst hotel to be in No service at all, no housekeeping so our room was never cleaned, the food is extremely bad and unhealthy we actually all got sick from the food. We also only stayed 2 nights and checked out without getting a refund for the remaining nights

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The view and the location are spectacular. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return.

Noisy Terrace because very near to high way. The two rooms are in different floors. Very dangerous to go inside the hotel by car because the gate is exactly on the high way. The Reception is far from the car park.
