• Andriana (10/5): - Местоположение, все магазины рядом, автобусы, это центр. Красивое оформление, стильно, много пространства, достаточно недорого по аренде, огромное спасибо Немного старый ремонт, изношенные вещи, с царапинами и обломками, достаточно шумно от улицы, из окон и балкона поддувает, Вода горячая в бойлере если правильно поняла и может закончится, но в целом все нормально.
• Maria jose (2/5): Experiencia decepcionante y falta de cuidado en los detalles - La decoración es diferente La experiencia no fue la esperada. La entrada era a las 17:00; aunque no pude entrar antes, lo entiendo, pero a esa hora aún no tenía las instrucciones, que llegaron cuando ya estábamos en la puerta. Las llaves debían estar en un cajetín, pero estaba abierto y vacío. Poco después, dos personas salieron con ellas, algo bastante desconcertante. El alojamiento tiene varios problemas: solo había un rollo de papel higiénico, el sofá estaba roto, una cama sin manta y el relleno nórdico estaba manchado. No había servilletas y la presión del agua es muy baja. El suelo estaba recién fregado pero dejaron el mocho tirado. Una habitación olía a tuberías, los colchones son incómodos y el menaje de cocina y la mesa daban sensación de suciedad (tuvimos que lavar lo que usamos). El botiquín solo tenía una botella de alcohol. La decoración es original, pero en general no lo recomendaría. El ambiente resulta más inquietante que acogedor.

• Abdelhakim (3/5): - Todo en general era perfecto, la ubicación, parking gratuito cercano, fácil acceso a la autovía Lleguemos sobre las 22:30, no había agua caliente para ducharnos, pensamos que quizás al rato de estar allí, se calentaría el agua, en la mañana al querer abandonar el inmueble, de igual forma no había agua caliente para ducharnos, las cápsulas del café no son de la cafetera que había, y en general zona muy ruidosa, ya que hay mucha zona de fiesta y salones de juego alrededor
• Enric (6/5): Pues que decir..... - Ubicacion excelente,piso grande, La decoracion del piso es algo curiosa,cuando ya llevas un rato se te hace mas llevadero,la limpieza es un poco deficiente,la tv de la habitacion no funciona y acumula demasiado polvo para mi gusto.las sabanas sin planchar y arrugadas no te invitan a meterte en la cama por que no se sabe si las han cambiado o no..

• Ignacio (2/5): Mala limpieza todo viejo y roto buena ubicación - La ubicación es buena ya que se puede ir caminando a las zonas turísticas de la ciudad, los servicios de supermercado y autobuses están justo al lado La limpieza de la ropa de cama deja mucho que desear, sábanas sucias con manchas, con pequeños agujeros de desgaste por mucho uso, todo viejo y desgastado. El mobiliario es muy viejo y está sucio y desgastado, roto, da sensación de ser reciclado de la calle. La puerta de la habitación no tiene pomo ni resbalón, no se puede cerrar. La presión de agua es mínima lo que hace muy incómodo ducharse, regular el agua caliente es complicado. El calentador del agua está dentro de la habitación y por la noche hace mucho ruido El sofá debe de tener más de 40 años y está roto por todos lados y muy sucio. El mueble del baño está muy desgastado y es demasiado grande y no te permite sentarte cómodamente en la taza. A las lámparas les faltan la mitad de las bombillas Todo tiene un aspecto de estar recogido de la basura
• maria soledad (5/5): Sitio con encanto, aunque con algún “pero” - El estilo y la decoración son originales, pero estaban descuidados algunos detalles. - Cuando llegamos en el cajetín no estaban las llaves del portal del edificio y nos costó comunicarnos con los anfitriones. Nos dijeron que nos las llevarían al día siguiente y ante nuestra insistencia nos las dejaron la misma noche. - Sin presión de agua. Y cero agua caliente en la ducha. - Uno de las camas de la habitación doble no podía usarse. Directamente acababa el colchón como en el suelo. - Falta algo de mantenimiento y recursos (solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico) para dos noches y 5 personas.

• Lucyna (8/5): Castle-like place with the authentic Cartegena vibe - The decor of the place is outstanding. The small details and the whole feel of the castle-like place. The two double beds were super comfortable. Contact with the owner was easy. Strong WiFi and Netflix. Plenty of sugar,salt and cooking facilities were very good. Loads of towels,good cleaning. We loved the area as it allows us to experience authentic Spain. The cafe downstairs (local 24/7 cafe),the holistic shop, supermarket dia, local pub,and local people. If you are looking for more tourist places you want to be closer to the center but if you are looking for an authentic experience this is the place. It's within walking distance to the center 10-15 minutes. Close to the train station and motorway. Overall we loved our stay and Cartegena. There is a smell coming from the bathroom especially in the evening but we have encountered that on a few occasions in Spain. The single beds mattresses could do with upgrade. The pressure of the water was low so realistically you couldn't use the bath but the shower was good. The area is quite loud at night so bring the earplugs.

• Dania_p. (3/5): Bad experience - The apartment is spacious. It is different from other apartments. It has very good internet connection. The apartment did not have hot water to take a bath/shower during the night. The shower was broken (it was working only in some of the options and without any water pressure). Thankfully it had also a bathtub. There was a laundry but there was no place to hang the clothes except of the common corridor neither a detergent. The large bedroom (that it was the one premade for me that I was one person) did not have shades and the room was very sunny in the morning The check in time of the apartment was 17:00 and the check out 11:00 which means that you rent for 18h not for a day. The owner was not flexible at all to check-in earlier (I asked to check in 1h earlier), even though in the initial discussion he had said according the availability.
• Iulian (10/5): Best apartment in Cartagena - The apartment is super, very well thought, the design is so cool, it's like being in a castle. It had everything that you need. A cool feature is having a bathtub in the bedroom. We don't live so far, we could have visited Cartagena in one day buy we booked this apartment because it's so cool. Very close to all the food shops (Dia, Lild, Carrefour). Parking is in the street, if you are lucky you can find a free spot, if not there is an underground parking very close by. You can walk to the centre of the city. We went at the end of March so we did't use to much the AC, I cannot say if it gets too hot or to cold in winter/summer. It's a cool apartment. Nothing
