• Faye (10/5): Great stay perfect getaway location for a family - Location was brilliant, very peaceful and lovely view from the caravan! Nice little area with a great restaurant on site which had delicious food! Caravan was very modern and trendy, nice, clean and comfortable! Big veranda area to sit out on with bbq! Lovely stay for a long weekend as a family! Will defo be back! N/A
• Lorna (10/5): Stunning, relaxing,home from home caravan - The caravan was absolutely stunning, beautiful layout/ decor felt like home from home and the added home comforts like sauces, tea/coffee/sugar etc make the stay even better, you don’t normally get those things hiring a caravan. Also things like Netflix/disney+ on the tv came in handy with the children. Would really recommend this caravan we can’t wait to stay again Honestly here was only 1 issue which wasn’t a major issue and that was the outdoor seating area was covered in birds poo and not cleaned,it would of been nice to be able to sit out there without needing to clean it out self

• Lisa (10/5): Overall great and best caravan stay we’ve had over last few years coming to mersea - Home from home, spacious and all mod cons, tv and good internet and nicely decorated and all linen, towels, and toiletries included which was and added bonus as well as tea/coffee ect Nothing not to like about the property great location, quite but lovely views of the sea and close to beach, local shop, cafe (club house doesn’t have a great food selection) but that doesn’t put us off going back as the caravan makes it worth the stay
• Ciulik (8/5): We had a wonderful time. - Beautiful location, just by the beach. Villa was clean. Kitchen well equipped. There were some drinks and food in the fridge on arrival which was great. Dirty outdoor cushions and no umbrella on the patio.
• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Mersea Villa itself was a beautiful place to stay, very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect, the beach in view from the decking and less than a minute's walk away. The area was incredibly quiet too,, presumably it may be a bit busier during school holidays, but it seems this would always be a peaceful place. We went for peace and the sea, so this was absolutely perfect. I can honestly say nothing was wrong.

• Teresa (9/5): Almost perfect - Position; layout; booking/entry arrangements; TV Deck had lot of sand / cobwebs etc. would have happily brushed it down but couldn’t find a broom; work surfaces were a little dirty; some provisions not available (kitchen roll; dish cloths; etc.). These are really minor ‘niggles’.
• Tandeep (10/5): A brilliantly located and equipped caravan - we love Mersea Villa! - A true home from home, in a fantastic location seconds away from a beautiful beach and a short drive from shops and West Mersea town centre. We loved the BBQ and the view of the beach huts! The kids loved it. A lot of places are walkable along the beach. Nothing that we didn't like, but a sunshade or canopy for the outdoor seating would have made it more comfortable for reading, dining etc.

• Kate (9/5): Well presented and comfortable accommodation, right on the beach. - Villa well equipped and comfortable, furnishings new, plenty of bed linen, towels etc. Very close to beach but location fairly quiet. Neighbours friendly. Selection of basics like tea, coffee, pasta, cooking oil, sauces etc in the kitchen very useful. Everything worked. Slight mix up with cleaning on arrival, caused by previous guests over-staying their welcome, but all sorted out quickly.
