• ליאתר (9/5): - מיקום - הדירה נמצאת מחוץ ל-ZTL וסמוך לתחנת רכבת למרכז העיר מאוד נוח להגיע לדירה ברכב ולקחת ממנה רכבת למרכז העיר, הדירה נמצאת במתחם חדיש וכוללת חניה. בסמוך לדירה יש קניון עם סופר גדול. הדירה עצמה - דירה מרווחת עם 3 חדרי שינה וסהכ 5 מיטות. הדירה חדישה ונקייה. הריהוט מעט מינימליסטי. האמבטיה שצמודה לחדר הורים מאוד מרווחת האמבטיית ילדים מעט קטנה. קבלת הדירה - מרגע ההזמנה התקשורת מול בעלת הדירה הוא בוואטסאפ. שולחים לה צילומי דרכונים והיא מעבירה סרטון איך לקבל את המפתחות לדירה. את המיסים מעבירים בפייפאל או בהעברה בנקאית. אמבטיית ילדים מעט קטנה, את המפתחות צריכים לקחת מתיבה על פי סרטון הדרכה שהמארחת שולחת.

• Ana (9/5): Very nice apartment to enjoy Firenze and other nearby cities. - Very comfortable and super well equipped apartment. Located outside of city centre but very practical for us since we stayed in Florence as the hub for our tuscan trip. The hist was extremely helpful, and the apt was lovely. The first day we arrived the apt was a bit cold. But the rest of the days the temperature was perfect!

• Frank (10/5): Perfect location for a city trip to to Florence - easy to reach and to get around - A beautiful holiday apartment! It is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Florence. The location is very close (3min) to the GEST tram 2 station (San Donato - Università). The tram runs every 5-10 min to the railway station / Unità (city center). YOu can tap and go with the credit card or buy tickets for 1.70 Euro. The appartment also comes with a dedicated underground parking place. This makes it very convenient to get there and to get around in Florence. We also really appreciated the suggestions for delightful restaurants. We especially loved the Gelateria La Carraia and can highly recommend it. There are also two supermarkets / shopping centers close by. N/A
• Rather (9/5): We’d stay here again! - Being together. Easy to book a taxi or take the tram. ATM nearby. Very responsive landlord. She also gave us tips on places to eat and transportation. The first day there was a problem with the master a/c. The landlord promptly told us how to fix it.

• Theodore (4/5): Disappointing! - Location was great! Check in was confusing, host wasn’t friendly, AC didn’t work for most of the time so was a very uncomfortable stay. Disappointing!

• Johannes (8/5): Very good - The property is very nice and well located. With check out the key box was full and we could not lock the key. The host made us feel terrible about it as if it was our fault.

• Gergana (7/5): Good - The apartment is good. The living room is narrow. The chairs around the table are very uncomfortable, small and soft. They are made of braided nylon. They are suitable for a garden. They are intended for short and thin people, a tall and large person cannot use them due to the shape and profile of their seat. There are the necessary things, but if you need something extra, it is not provided. There is a problem with heating when it is cold and there is no central heating season. I guess there will be a problem with the cooling of the rooms, because there are fans installed everywhere. There are no shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathrooms and you have to put them on the floor while you shower and you have to squat all the time, which is too inconvenient. Especially when you have a back problem.

• Beckwith (9/5): A beautiful place to stay with all the comforts of home. - The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with all amenities. The location was close to the tram that takes you to the city centre - very convenient! The apartment was very clean and the host was attentive to any needs we had. The building was very secure so we felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with or family on our first trip to Italy! The only problem was the air conditioning that was not working during our stay. The weather was quite hot for October and opening the windows was not a great option due to bugs coming in to the apartment. The boiler was being drained and affected the entire condo complex is what we were told. We were given a small monetary credit for this inconvenience which was very thoughtful of the owner.

• Cherish (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - Alice was very nice and explained to us everything. Beautiful apartment. Quiet and located close to the tram station. Lots of good food recommendations from Alice. The bed is squeaky when you move during sleep.

• Grzegorz (10/5): Modern, newly refurbished, 2 bathrooms - has it all! - Modern, newly refurbished, done to very high standard, spacious 3 bedroom, living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms (one really big), all appliances you could need (expensive brands with American style fridge freezer), air-con in every room, own parking space in underground parking, coffee machine, large balcony, wooden floors - really nice, hard to compare to anything we have been to Italy before. Two beds a bit squeaky, not a big deal though.
• Shaltout (10/5): Incredible - The apartment was amazing , well equipped to every last detail and super clean. The size was a plus too, with 3 rooms which were spacious .Even the smaller one had enough space for everything. A nice jest was the tea bags , coffee and sugar all left for our use. There was even shower gel and shampoo in each bathroom.The hostess Alice was very kind, letting us drop the luggage before 3 o'clock and letting us do late check-out. She gave us suggestions to different restaurants. The tram stop is a few steps away , as is a mall with different restaurants and a huge supermarket. All in all we had a memorable stay and would definitely come again. Nothing

• Roger (7/5): Great option for staying outside the center of Florence - Plenty of space for 4 adults; large master bathroom. Clean, simply decorated. Hostess, Alice, is very pleasant, patient, and accommodating! Very nice having a washer and dryer; both located on the narrow balcony. Alice had coffee and tea available and two large bottles of water. Coffee machine is simple and easy to operate. Very close to light rail station to central Florence—only about 20 minutes away; very easy to navigate and ride. Secure building; safe. Very difficult to cool the apartment; without window screens many mosquitoes entered the apartment so windows needed to be closed despite the cool evening temps. AC unit was not functioning in the master bedroom and the rest of the apartment remained warm (not comfortable). TV kept switching channels by itself; extremely annoying. Not the most comfortable mattresses; but okay for a few nights. Despite Alice providing us very detailed video and written instructions for how to park the car and enter the apartment, we found it challenging to figure out. We needed to call her and finally figured it out. Need to carry 3 keys and a remote control; but, this does provide a good sense of security. Be patient when checking in and review the videos carefully. In the kitchen/sitting area there is only on small sofa; challenging for 4 people to sit around comfortably. However, kitchen chairs are surprisingly comfortable

• Vonn (9/5): Superb - Clean, kind and always available owners, very spacious, and free Brut. Distance from the city center. But we were by car, so it wasn’t that much of an issue.
