Guest Reviews
- Susan (8/5): Enjoyable, responsive owners, good standard of appliances and decor. - Great location for Whitstable’s attractions. Car parking was difficult as the town was busy with visitors.
- Jason (9/5): Summer break in Whitstable - We have stayed here previously and really enjoyed our time here. Great location not too far from the beach and just a 5 min walk to the high street. The house itself is warm and welcoming with enough space for us (2 adults and 3 kids).Nice seating area at the back of the garden.
We would stay here again. Nothing.

- Simone (10/5): Great few days. - House was clean, very well equipped and great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Very minor, but my husband who likes to cook said the kitchen knives could be sharpened. But the kitchen was very equipped compared to a lot of rentals
- Wendy (9/5): Superb - It’s a great house in a wonderful location and very clean. We felt right at home! Because we were there in a very hot week, we soon found out that is was pretty hard to keep the house cool. The sofas and garden table could do with an update, but it was a luxury to have them.
- Clare (9/5): A delightful house in a great location. - Great location.
- Stefano (10/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - Clean, cosy and well appointed house in a very convenient location. Nice little garden at the back. Very comfortable stay. Street parking wasn’t always straightforward, but we could always find a spot nearby
- Jason (9/5): Lovely break in Whitstable - The home felt immediately warm and welcoming which my family really enjoyed staying here.
We have already rebooked for the Summer Holidays and are looking forward to staying there again. Nothing.
- Jana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bart (10/5): Loved it. - The house was modern and beautiful renovated. Very clean and all the comfort you need. I really loved the kitchen and bedroom lights, we also enjoyed the garden. Nearby the main street and the sea. We also received mails with very nice communication so we felt very welcome. We hope to stay there again. Really nothing!
- Nik (9/5): Superb -
- Alexander (9/5): Lovely weekend away - My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint and cosy cottage, just a stone's throw away from Whitstable's high street and beach. The home was tidy and equipped with modern facilities, including heated floors and a great shower. The lovely garden is undoubtedly a feature to be enjoyed, especially during the summer months. I would consider investing in a pull-out couch for the living space and perhaps relocating the TV to the centre of the wall. These are very minor points, but they could enhance the overall comfort and layout of the cottage.
- Karen (9/5): Superb - Location was an easy walk from the station and handy for the town and harbour
- Tania (8/5): Lovely cottage in central location - Excellent location - very close to the town and beach. Comfortably furnished house and lovely patio garden. The sofa needs replacing in the lounge - quite old looking and not very comfortable.
- Minling (9/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful cottage - The property was beautifully decorated and was extremely comfortable. It is well located and within short walking distance to the beach, cafes / restaurants and shops. Nothing I can think of! Wish we had stayed longer than two nights
- Jonathan (9/5): A comfortable base for a short stay with great access to the town. - Location was excellent. Bedrooms were very comfortable and kitchen facilities were all that we needed. On-road parking was a bit hit and miss but it was free. There was an issue with the bedside lights in one room when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly and didn't impact our stay.
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rob (9/5): Superb -
- Darren (10/5): We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. It was the perfect place to relax. - The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary facilities and worked perfectly. The lounge was comfortable, and the television and streaming facility worked very well. Above the oudoor seating area was perfect for a breakfast in the sunshine. I liked everything.
- Philip (10/5): Lovely cottage with very nice decor and very convenient location -

- Sarah (9/5): fun, sunny, easy. - beautifully renovated and finished, including the garden.
I’ve stayed in a few of these cottages over the last few years and this is the nicest.
bathroom is great. pillows were a little hard for me
- Mike (8/5): Comfy, roomy cottage, very well situated in town centre near the beach. - Roomy, comfortable, very well situated near the seafront. Lots of cooking utensils. Back garden looked nice, but didn't use it as it was too cold. Kitchen sink didn't have hot water, so had to boil kettle to do washing up.
