• Christine (known as Tina) (6/5): It was a pleasant stay and Sheringham is a lovely place to visit, very interesting. - The location was perfect, so near to all amenities including a short walk to the beach. The parking at the property was perfect so we did not need to use the car. We were disappointed that there were so many ants in the garden, so we couldn't sit in the garden. There were too many trip hazzads with all the matts and particulary by the side of the bed as the floor was also uneven. The front of the house was quite dark. Cleaning was only average.
• Graham (7/5): Not "superior", or 4*, but..... - .....a well located spacious apartment with off-street parking, a work in progress, rate 2*+ as seen, with potential to restore original features, improve furnishings, maintain higher standards generally, to justify online descriptions/ratings seen when booking. Hosts "welcome" advice........."water pressure is not great, so try not to have showers at the same time, also, when the dishwasher/washing machine is in use"?.......it seems water usage in apartment(s) above, served by the same aged communication pipe, may be reason for being unable to use showers first morning, although subsequent mornings not a problem? Anglian Water visit next morning confirms pressure lower than expected, saying will arrange for their section of pipe up to front boundary to be renewed, host then to reassess. Suggest consider if internal pipework airlocks between guests?
• Richard (9/5): Great value for money, perfect location for accessing all amenities - Size of apartment and layout. Location in Sheringham close to sea front and high street shops. WiFi was week but it always has been in Sheringham
• Gary (10/5): Fantastic stay and definitely booking again - Property was situated in great location. Central for everything and bonus of a parking space. Host was fantastic, very quick to sort out such a minor problem that we encountered. Property was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed for our stay was provided.
