• Ilona (7/5): - Linen was ironed, probably after professional laundry service. Good quality brand new dining table and chairs. Warm property. Iron with board provided. Property refreshed: new carpets, some furniture and pictures. Despite so many things to fix in this property, I can tell this is still acceptable to rent. I can book it again. With time they probably fix it all. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 customers, we bought 24 in pack. 4 forks for 6 customers. 4 dinning chairs for 6 customers, disabled person was really upset. Even folding chairs could stay in a corner, or one on the other. A lot of water in dishwashing liquid. The pots and baking trays were left dirty. Spider nets on ceilings. Under the brand new carpets broken floor' wood. No kitchen cloth provided to wipe surfaces. The parking space should be fixed properly, a big risk damage a car. Doesn't have a tomble drier.
• Jamie (8/5): When we arrived very easy to get into the property. Had an issue with the bath messaged someone got it sorted the next d - Very clean property. Very easy to find parking was great There was no bath plugs The 3 floor stairs are really noisy Bath panel was falling off

• Balal (1/5): Extremely Rude Manager. - extremely rude manager, Heather I called her 2 times on different days of my stay, but she never got back to me. Once she replied, but after 2 days and after my checkout time. Provided wrong door code on email. when I called her and complained that you said me that you will call back me which you didn't and wrong code was provided she even not once apologised neither showed any regret instead showed rude and non cooperative behaviour. I was wondering if she was a sincere manager because it looked like she was purposely showing rude behaviour in our 4 days stay to hurt the property reputation. For 5 people, only 1 toilet roll provided. check in and check out times very uncomfortable especially travelling by public transport. I know that for public, they will try to reply to me with a non-sense excuse.

• Ede (5/5): Good property but please host your guest well or maybe I am the only one who went through this - The size of the property Communication with the property management. I made a request which they didn't honor and they didn't get back to me after they said someone was going to do it. I had to chase for it a few times and finally on my last day I was given an excuse why it didn't happen. I should have been communicated this few days earlier.

• Virginia (6/5): Alright, but kind of depressing. - Washing machine Broken bedroom window blinds held up by bandaids No drier. Couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work. Stained carpets.
• James (7/5): Our stay at Winton House was exactly as we expected, being as it was booked for its location near to our wedding venue. - The property location suited us as it was close to the wedding venue we were attending. Off road car parking was helpful and the property was presented in a very clean condition. Beds were comfortable.

• Zacharias (6/5): Pros and cons - Spacious, good location for travelling into glasgow. Comfortable bedrooms. Very incomplete kitchenware, unable to cook in the kitchen because of this. No knives, scissors or cleaning cloth available. After letting accomodation know, it wasnt resolved. Loose carpet on the stairs, and screws coming through the carpet in the bedroom and stairs

• Fahima (6/5): Stressful and too many issues to deal with. - Spacious and privacy. The floor boards creaked. The carpet on the staircase was loose causing my son to slip whilst walking down. Strong smell of urine in the house. Found human hair, wrappers and lots of dust in the bedrooms. The boiler in the bedroom was annoying. Woke us up every time it turned on during the night. My husband had a puncture so we needed a little longer stay (max 1 hour) so he could fix it Flytstay didn’t allow it when asked luckily the tyre didn’t need more than 10 minutes of the checkout time. Was very stressful because you never know how long it could have taken and the company was not willing to cooperate.
