- Victor (7/5): My overall experience was positive, and I'm highlighting areas for improvement to help the owners enhance the experi - Location is excellent: within walking distance of groceries markets, food vendors, shopping and other services Apartment is clean and kept in good condition. Spacious and I liked the 2 levels setup - Entrance level for bedrooms/living room/1.5 bathrooms) - Lower level: kitchen, dining room and spacious guest reception area, bathroom The owners were incredibly gracious and hospitable. When my father lost his balance and accidentally broke a towel hanger, I informed them, and they were very understanding. They didn't charge me anything extra for the damage. 2.5 bathrooms: only one working shower with hot water. Lower level shower did not have warm water. The one working shower did not have a shower curtain to prevent water from splashing to the floor (slip hazard). The washing machine was outdated and lacked operating instructions. We attempted to find a relevant video on YouTube for the specific brand and model but were unsuccessful. None of the windows are securely locked. Although the apartment is on the 5th floor, making it unlikely for someone to break in without being noticed by people on the street or security personnel, I would still feel more
- Cocoack (7/5): Huge apartment in Heliopolis - Huge apartment, just steps away from our race. Many restaurants and shops around the property. Very helpful and communicative host. No WIFI on the property, we were also missing some other things but everything was fixed and replaced after we mentioned to our host
