• Allen (9/5): Amazing view and fantastic place to stay so close to the beach and just around fantastic place. - The views were amazing and the location is just perfect all year round, when it rained it still looked just as amazing as it did when it was clear blue skies. The place was well kitted out with wifi despite the booking.com advertisement saying no wifi, it also came with bedding and towels which again says you need to bring your own. There was even an air fryer in the kitchen. Just my own personal option on this, when somewhere is a pet friendly place, try as you might but you can’t get rid of the damp dog feeling and dog hair in all the carpets and seats where people had clearly let their dogs all over the furniture, despite the best and valiant efforts of the staff that go in an clean after every visit. Even after using the provided hoover several times, my little lad kept finding them in his toys and his colouring books. This shouldn’t take anything away from the property itself though, we lived every minute of our stay.
• nicola (10/5): The perfect place to relax, look out at the sea and simply enjoy life. - The location is simply amazing and I would say this is the best location on the site! It is away from the onsite facilities which suited me perfectly and it is peaceful with the most amazing sea view. The steps down to the beach are just by the caravan and the beach is full of rock pools and fabulous caves to explore. The communication from the owner was timely with very clear instructions on how to enter the caravan. The caravan is equipped with everything you could possibly need including a coffee machine, air fryer, iron, hairdryer etc. it was very clean and fully stocked with lots of extras such as salt/pepper, cooking spices and oils. We had a fabulous time and I really cannot recommend this caravan enough. However I would love to come back and stay in the future so don’t want to shout about it too much!! We had myself and my husband along with my parents and daughter and the caravan had lots of space for us all to enjoy. There was nothing not to like about this property.

• Louisa (10/5): Beautiful coastal Lodge with amazing views - Location beautiful with an amazing coast line view. Lodge was homely, comfortable and superbly clean. Decor was really well done, just a fabulous place really. There was nothing to not like, it was all amazing.
• Stuart (4/5): Disappointing. - The view was brilliant and the lodge is very roomy as it should be for a 6 berth with only a couple staying in it. As you arrive the caravan is a little scruffy, corroded door handle and generally a little dirty on the outside. The site is very run down, there was no furniture on the decking as pictured, the boiler was a nightmare to get going and it was freezing when we arrived. The boiler wouldn't run and kept requiring a reset, it was over an hour before it got going properly. There has been another complaint about this so I don't know why the property owner wouldn't leave some instructions. The sofa is terrible, small and quite a lot of inground dirt, the bed was also awful, very uncomfortable and neither of us had a good night. My partner and I are not fussy and I don't usually complain but for the price it definitely wasn't up to standard.

• Joanne (3/5): Poor experience - The location is stunning overlooking crimdon beach. Amazing sunset views. The caravan is well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay Cleanliness- floors didn’t look like they’d been hoovered - crumbs and food splashes on the kitchen floor. The fridge was really grubby and the salad box had spilt milk in it from previous stays. I had no heating or electricity until 15:45 on one day of a 2 night stay. Was told by owner that electricians were working in the area and he wasn’t pre notified. However I bumped into these men on site and they explained they were carrying out a general inspection and there was definitely notice given. Was offered a free nights stay when I relayed this to the owner, I declined and asked for a partial refund. My request has been ignored, no further communication from the owner- terrible way to treat customers. I also had no heating when I first arrived and had to contact the owner who had to guide me around how to use the boiler - would be helpful to leave instructions for this, rather than customers having to chase. There are instructions for other facilities in the caravan, but not the heating system
• Azida (10/5): Exceptional - The caravan is a very comfortable, clean, and fantastic view. Complete with coffee and tea, also with some food to cook. Definitely will come back to stay here someday. Easy check in and check out. Warm caravan, big size, very comfortable. Highly Recommended. Nothing.
