- christiane (10/5): Séjour épatant quartier calme et emplacement parfait - C est une location qui est extrêmement bien placée au cœur du quartier Latina pour les visites culturelles et aussi tout Madrid à pieds !!! L appartement est très agréable , très bien insonorisé à part quelques petites choses à réparer tout est parfait
- valérie (8/5): Appartement bien situé pour un couple seulement. - Rue calme et emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre de Madrid à pied. Appartement pour deux . La literie est à remplacer (matelas et oreillers trop mous). Le canapé est à rafraîchir. Il manque des prises dans la cuisine. La porte des toilettes est transparente avec une salle de bain dans un lieu de passage.

Прекрасная возможность наслаждаться достопримечательностями. Можно улучшить информирование проживающих об отключении или отсутствии холодной и горячей воды. Когда это происходит. Создать запас воды, на случай непредвиденных обстоятельств.
- MARGARITA D. (4/5): Las apariencias engañan. Resultado negativo - La ubicación Los colchones pésimos, las almohadas muy finas, pedimos otras y nos dijeron que no habían más. El sofá se hundía. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota. El aspecto del apartamento al entrar era muy coqueto, pero el resultado de la estancia fue nefasto.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo dziwny układ apartamentu. Do sypialni wchodzi się przez łazienkę, co skutkuje brakiem poczucia intymności. Materace bardzo miękkie i nieco zapadające się. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni, np. jeden kieliszek na wino. Pomimo ekspresu na kapsułki, nie było ani jednej, żeby mieć cokolwiek na start. Żadnej wody do picia, a w toalecie dwie rolki papieru dla dwóch osób na 5 dni. Wysoki depozyt do zapłacenia przed startem pobytu.

- Svetlana (9/5): Отличные аппараты рядом с дворцом - Великолепные апартаменты! Расположение очень удачное, до Мадридского дворца 3 минуты и рынок в 5 минутах ходьбы. Спальня удобная, матрасы хорошие. Все чисто. На кухне есть необходимая посуда, но нам не хватило терки и капсул для кофемашины. Зато очень здорово после пеших прогулок плюхнуться на мягкий диван с бокалом вина и дать отдых ногам. Ещё очень понравилось оформление квартиры, очень клёвые картины, стильно смотрится. Наличие балкона также большой плюс! Наш отдых был прекрасным, спасибо хозяевам за стиль и чистоту! 1. Нам не хватило капсул для кофемашины. Положите их, пожалуйста, хотя бы за деньги, приезжая на 3 дня, нет времени бегать по магазинам и искать подходящие капсулы. 2. А ещё хотелось бы мусорное ведро под раковину в ванной. 3. И большое зеркало, его тоже не хватало.

- Мария (6/5): Ужасный менеджмент хорошего жилья - Очень удобная квартира, есть все необходимое. Все в центре близко, на улице тихо. Вентиляция достойная, кровать удобная Жуткий менеджмент! Я попросила прислать мне платежные ссылки заранее и всю информацию о заселении. Выпрашивала 2 дня. Прислали. Я все оплатила. Но код от двери не приходит, приложение для дверей не скачивается. Я им отправляю чек за 2 суток, прошу все проверить. Они говорят - ждите, все получите за сутки. Прилетаю, ничего нет. Они опять - ждите, в 15:00 код придет. А я вижу, что что то не так. В 15:00 стою у двери, 30 часов без сна на жаре с ребенком. Кода нет. Звоню. Менеджер невозмутимым голосом мне говорит, а вы депозит не оплатили. Я присылала чек 2 дня назад. Она говорит, ничего не знаю, денег нет. Сидите под дверью, ждите. Потом через 10 минут, ой я не туда посмотрела. Прислала код, не открывается. Открыла в ручную. Даже не извинилась. Дальше - я оплатила позднее выселение. Дверь с 11:00 утра не открывается. Внутри ребенок. Короче, это ужас

- Estee (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect! I wasn't able to contact the host. The reservation assumed I had a mobile phone (to enter the building) but did not mention this requirement during the reservation process. This was especially worrisome since Madrid was experiencing sporadic blackouts during our stay and we could have easily been locked out of the building.
- Natnapin (8/5): Very good - - room is big and quiet, quite clean not so far from metro (sol and opera) the view at the end of the street is also amazing - we have problem getting in the apartment twice with the keycode, the staff were helpful but for the second time we have to call many times until they pick up but overall worth the price
- Juan (10/5): Awesome stay - The location was excellent and very comfortable. Everything was great. The only issue was that we couldnt use the kitchen spatulas with the pans, because it would ruin the Teflon cover.

- Shawnette (9/5): Great location, great value - It was at a great location. It was a five minute walk to the metro. There were lots of great restaurants and bars very close by. We liked that it had a separate living room when one of us wanted to stay up late and watch TV. I loved that it had a small fridge and large tv with Netflix available. It also has a Nespresso machine so I didn't have to spend as much for coffee, also you had to buy your own pods. But it was easy to buy them at Corte de Inglais.The Internet was also very fast and free. We only had a couple of complaints. The shower was a little fiddly. You couldn't open the flow all the way or you'd run out of hot water. The pillows were terrible and we had to buy pillows. It wouldn't cost them very much to replace them. It would also have been nice to have separate sheets for hot sleepers and using on the couch.

No water, no coffee nothing to make the stay nicer which is really odd since I have always booked places like this and the host always includes at least courtesy water and coffee. There was a coffee machine and a tiny soap in the bathroom. There was nothing, almost no toilet paper so for only a few days we had to buy stuff. There was nothing in the apartment related to Madrid like places to go, recommendations, etc.

- Angela (9/5): Charmed by this place, and beautiful Madrid - Great location for attractions, but very quiet at night - in or beside pleasant residential streets. The digital entry system was challenging as activated by a slider on a web page - and too bad if your phone has run out of battery. Also - a bottle of water in the fridge and a few coffee capsules would have been standard.
