• Mollie (6/5): Nice stay could be better. - The property is spacious and well equipped. There is a parking space and good seating areas outside. The hosts always answered my questions within reasonable time and they were kind enough to give us late check out due to problems experienced at the property. We found the property wasn’t very clean, the sun-beds were slightly outdated and there wasn’t enough hot water for the 5 guests we had whilst staying in the property. Not much within the surrounding area so definitely need a car.
• Sarah (7/5): - Large villa. Hosts left some wine and sweets which was a lovely touch. Towels and beach towel Ac was not working in downstairs bedrooms. We were unlucky with the weather when we busted and house was cold. Some extra bedding is needed especially if ac needs fixing.

• Dawn (8/5): We loved our house and garden, and had a wonderful winter break. - Spacious, comfy beds, lovely pool and gardens. Everything in the kitchen worked and there was enough of everything in there. Convenient for the town, walkable, nearby supermarket Hyper Dino very good. Lots of garden furniture, loungers, table chairs etc. The address is wrong! It is 2 Calle el Mattorral which is a turning off San Pedro. We drove around the one way system for a hour before we rang and were then sent photos which would have helped had we been given them at the start! Key locker doesn't open door near it, but does open front door, not obvious. There is no Wifi upstairs. Until we realised the aircons would make heat we were frozen, a/c in twin room never worked, not enough blankets, no duvets. Only 1 loo roll in each loo. We had to buy more. Insufficient shower gel for a week. 2 light bulbs missing in lounge, one spotlight doesn't work at all. Pack of cards incomplete.Upstairs bedroom door does not stay shut.
• Pilar (9/5): Un lugar ideal para disfrutar y relajarse - La casa estaba impecablemente limpia y muy espaciosa, perfecta para disfrutar en familia. Las camas eran muy cómodas y el proceso de check-in resultó muy fácil y claro. La zona del jardín con la barbacoa nos permitió pasar unas veladas nocturnas muy agradables y relajadas. Destacamos también la excelente atención: siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier momento (aunque, afortunadamente, no fue necesario). El detalle del set de bienvenida fue todo un gesto que apreciamos mucho. En resumen, una casa preciosa, exactamente como aparece en las fotos de Booking, y una experiencia muy positiva. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

No tengo ninguna queja de la villa en cuanto a los dormitorios y los baños.La cocina también tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax. Bueno la verdad es que ha sido decepcionante la experiencia.Llevamos alquilando villas en Lanzarote muchísimo tiempo.Nunca habíamos vivido una situación tan lamentable.De los 5 días que alquilamos la villa y no fue barata, estuvimos 2 dias sin agua.Una situación que para estar de vacaciones no resulta para nada agradable.No pudimos ni ducharnos y tuvimos que coger agua de la piscina para poder echar en el retrete cuando íbamos al baño.Llamamos a la persona que gestiona la villa y no nos aporto ninguna solución.Nos trajo 4 garrafas de agua y con eso nos buscáramos la vida.Otra cosa más cuando llegamos había una persona limpiando la piscina y ya nunca más la vimos.Como comenté antes nos hemos quedado en otras villas y las piscinas tenían servicio automático de limpieza (depuradora)o en su defecto alguien venía por la mañana a limpiar.Poco más que decir a sido "DECEPCIONANTE"por supuesto no volveré ni recomendaré está villa.

• Selma (9/5): Superb - Great space, nice terrace getting sun all day. Very responsive host. They replied and helped us immediately with Everything and anything missing even on christmas day. Communication was great. Location is also very convenient. The house is old and not all appliances are perfect but they do their job :) alao the beds/couches could be a bit more comfortable. we overall enjoyed our stay a lot. due to the wind the house got quite dusty and the cleaninimg during our stay did not cover this. Also the pool could use a more frequent cleaning. The marble floors are pretty cold. The price is a bit high for what you get.
• Marin (6/5): Property is nice for shorther stays with your friends and family but it is not best suitable for home cooking and grilli - Very nice location, own parking, easy self check in. There was no additional bed linen or blanket for warmer nights. In the kitchen there was lack of pans and pots. There were no liquid for washing the dishes and only one dish clothe.

• David (8/5): Great family location but need a car. - Lovely spacious villa with decent size rooms. The lounge area seating was not comfortable at all , long in the leg and short at the back. Made for an uncomfortable position. Also the lack of plastic glasses for around the pool area .

• Nichola (9/5): Great villa in a lovely quiet location. - Villa was lovely and clean, the villa itself is exactly like the photo and lived up to our expectations. Beds very comfy and the villa had plenty of cups and cooking equipment for if you wanted to eat in. We felt that the villa didn't get overly warm so we didn't need to use the air con much but it was a good addition for if it was needed. Location was lovely and quiet, it was however a local village and nothing much was open past 9pm. A car is a must when traveling to this villa as it is out of the way from the hustle and bustle. The only draw back was that when we arrived there was only 3 sunbeds and one was round the side of the villa damaged. I'm not sure if it wasn't reported to the host or the cleaners didn't pick up on it when they cleaned at the end of the last stay, but we had to wait well over a week to get another sunbed delivered even though we had reported it on the day of arrival. Unfortunately we didn't have great weather whilst we were there so it meant that the pool was rather cold for the majority of our stay, the only improvement I would suggest is potentially in the future they upgrade the pool to be heated. This isn't a fault with the villa as we knew the pool wasn't heated, we just got really unlucky with the weather.

• Emma (10/5): Beautiful & Relaxed Villa - Beautiful, spacious villa located in relaxed town of Tias, only a 5 minute cab into Puerto Del Carmen. Perfect Villa for families, the rooms are comfortable and there is a view of the ocean from the main bedroom, which is lovely to wake up to. The pool / outside area is very peaceful. The hosts very kindly left us some wine and chocolates to welcome us, which was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay again.
