• ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ (9/5): - Το κατάλυμα είναι άνετο κ λειτουργικό. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν καταστήματα για εφοδιασμό με τρόφιμα. Με την βοήθεια του χάρτη και των ιδιοκτητών μπορεί κάποιος να ανακαλύψει, σε μικρή απόσταση, καταστήματα εστίασης που δεν απευθύνονται σε τουρίστες και, κυρίως, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να χρησιμοποιήσει αυτοκίνητο. Μπορεί, κάποιος, να φτάσει με τα πόδια οπουδήποτε στο κέντρο της πόλης μέσα σε 20' περίπου. ΄Ετσι αποφεύγεται η χρήση του αυτοκινήτου καθώς η στάθμευση είναι προβληματική στο κέντρο της πόλης. Επίσης, μπορεί εύκολα να κατευθυνθεί στα περίχωρα της πόλης (Πήλιο κ.λ.π.) χωρίς να χρειάζεται να περάσει από το κέντρο που έχει πολύ κίνηση. Πολύ εύκολη στάθμευση. Η έλλειψη ασανσέρ ίσως προβληματίσει κάποιον ταξιδιώτη. Εμείς δεν είχαμε πρόβλημα αλλά το σημειώνω για κάποιον που αντιμετωπίζει δυσκολίες στην μετακίνηση.
• Argyroula (10/5): - Starting with a very warm welcome, the owner is so polite and so helpful even in aspects we didn't take into consideration. The apartment was lovely, spacey, clean, in a quiet neighborhood and with everything taken care of. Bonus are the two chairs in the living room -so comfortable!! The only thing that maybe was a bit hard was the mattress.

• SOFOKLIS (9/5): Άνεση και καθαριότητα. - Άνετα δωμάτια. Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Σε ήσυχη περιοχή με εύκολο παρκάρισμα. Το μόνο αρνητικό οι σκάλες μέχρι τον όροφο.

• Ioanna (10/5): - Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς! Η κυρία που επικοινώνησε μαζί μας ευγενέστατη και άμεση σε όσα ζητήσαμε! Η απουσία ασανσέρ μπορεί να δυσκολέψει άτομα κινητικές δυσκολίες.

• ΜΙΧΑΗΛ (9/5): Ικανοποιητική - Καλή τοποθεσία άνετη πάρκινγκ 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο με το αμάξι. Άνετη γκαρσονιέρα για δύο άτομα με ικανοποιητικό σαλόνι κουζίνα τηλεόρασεις κ στο δωμάτιο κ στο σαλόνι καθαρό Κακό στρώμα στο διπλό κρεβάτι κ κάθε πρωί και όχι μόνο χτύποι της καμπάνας που όταν ήταν ανοιχτά τα παράθυρα ακουγοταν πάρα πολύ δυνατά κ έντονα ! Επίσης δεν έχει ασανσέρ κ το δωμάτιο ήταν στον δεύτερο όχι το καλύτερο να ανεβάσεις κατεβάσεις βαλίτσες.
• Ramiotou (10/5): Μια πραγματικά υπέροχη διαμονή! - Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε οικογενειακά στο Otium Living (στο Β2) και κάθε φορά φεύγουμε ενθουσιασμένοι! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πραγματικά πολύ άνετο — ιδανικό για τρία άτομα. Η θέρμανση και το ζεστό νερό λειτουργούν άψογα, κάτι που κάνει τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Ο χώρος είναι προσεγμένος, ζεστός και λειτουργικός, με ωραία ατμόσφαιρα που σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

• Sabine (10/5): droom verblijf niet zo ver van luchthaven - Luxueus afgewerkt appartement met nu eens alle voorzieningen die men thuis gewoon is. Reuze flatscreen in living (met Netflix voor regenachtige dag) en flatscreens in slaapkamers. Airco en prima werkende wi-fi. Volos stad niet zo interessant maar ideaal verblijf bij aankomst en vertrek (45 minuten rijden tot luchthaven) Totaal niks wat de eigenaar zelf zou kunnen verbeteren. Enkel af en toe blaffende honden en krijsende katten in de buurt.

• NAKOS (10/5): Άριστη επιλογή! - Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι! Έχει όλες τις παροχές για να είναι λειτουργικό σαν το σπίτι μας , καθώς και ιδανική διαρρύθμιση. Επίσης η περιοχή έχει απίστευτα εύκολο parking! Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν εξυπηρετικότατη και μάλιστα μας έδωσε και κάποιο περιθώριο extra για το check out!!! Υγ πρώτη φορά βρήκαμε τόσο άνετο καναπέ κρεβάτι ( ανατομικό στρώμα) που κοιμήθηκε το παιδί μας! Απο κάποιες τέτοιες λεπτομέρειες καταλαβαίνεις ποιοι είναι επαγγελματίες!!! Δεν υπάρχει κάτι!

• GKLADIOLA (10/5): - Αξέχαστη διαμονή στο Βόλο! Το σπίτι ήταν απλώς υπέροχο! Πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες – ίσως και καλύτερο! Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε παραλίες, ταβερνάκια και όλα τα βασικά σημεία. Η φιλοξενία των ιδιοκτητών ήταν μοναδική – φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και πάντα διαθέσιμοι για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα: άνετα στρώματα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, air-condition, neflix,WiFi με καλή ταχύτητα και μια υπέροχη αυλή/βεράντα για χαλάρωση τα βράδια. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια ή παρέες που θέλουν να απολαύσουν τον Βόλο και το Πήλιο με άνεση και στυλ. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

The rooms were absolutely flawless, clean, with clean sheets, towels and a lot of treats in the kitchen! Location was amazing, great neighborhood, easy parking.Everything was excellent and the owner, Mrs. Athena, was more than helpful, hospitable, super friendly and nice. We felt like home. Thank you so much! We'll be back! Nothing not to like. Everything was excellent!

• Natasha (10/5): Perfect house :) - The flat was wondering and we felt like at home : nothing was missing. Everything was cosy, clean, confortable. Water in the fridge and fresh air to welcome us. The owner is nice & polite. Supermarket is close to the flat. ¡Thank you for your welcoming! The localisation, when it is so hot as this week, it's hard to walk around, and we had no idea how/where to take a taxi or bus. It's perfectly possible to walk until the beach or the port (+-25min walking) but with this weather (hot hot hot), we were stucked at home.
