Guest Reviews

- Lorraine (5/5): 2nd to 6th March - The location was excellent. Lots of restaurants, bars & supermarkets. Close to underground network. The apartment had two bedrooms, one of sufficient standard. The other bedroom had no electrics that worked, no sockets in the room. Ensuite had only 1 spot light working, shower head kept falling & door to ensuite did not close as hinges broken, cupboard under sink taped up. Didn't contact as I didn't want anyone in whilst out every day. Feel the apartment needs inspected for numerous faults. Bedroom not connected properly, so rolling into centre.

- Cintia (10/5): - Maravilhoso
- Jordan (5/5): Good location, get a better cleaner. - Good location! Dirty (dust, hair left in bathroom from previous guests, cups and glasses were dusty and had previous guests lipstick and lip marks)

- Mandy (7/5): Convenient, roomy and warm but needs TLC. - It is large, close to shops and Earls Court underground. It is warm in winter. It needs some TLC as there were basic repairs that need to be done. The kitchen should be better equipped with a dish drainer and tea towel as there is insufficient crockery to run the dishwasher. Also the crockery needs replacing as several pieces are cracked and chipped.
- MÜŞERREF (9/5): Tekrar kiralanabilecek güzel bir yer - Konumu odaların büyüklüğü iyiydi Odalar soğuktu Kalirifer düzgün yanmıyordu ve asansör çalışmıyordu

- Divyani (8/5): Overall comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location - Location was excellent and the apartment was equipped with all modern facilities The bathrooms were a little small and sink took a long time to drain
- Joanne (8/5): Would come back - Great location. Super clean with lots of character. Great light. Reliable internet. A few small things needed attention
- Sarah (8/5): -
- Heidi (7/5): -
- Ronda (4/5): It was okay after we cleaned the apartment and all the dishes. - The location of this hotel was very good. It was very close to public transportation and some good restaurants. A perk was that it had an elevator. The apartment was very dirty. Hair on the bathroom floors along with black mold growing behind the toilet. Floor tiles were cracked and broken in our bathroom. The dishes were put in the cupboard dirty. We had to wash the dishes and cups. Old coffee still in the cups.
- Vivien (5/5): - The location was good. The apartment living area was very roomy.
As it was very hot it was great to have fans in every room
Shops, bars and restaurants were very handy We couldn't use the wardrobes because they were full of bags of linen.
The blind in one room was broken and couldn't be raised
- margaret (8/5): - Position was fabulous, nice living area to relax after a long day, plenty of eating and drinking options, walking distance to many things A few things were broken or not working. Bathrooms very small
- SAUMIL (10/5): Great place. This will be my first choice for London - Excellent location. Very spacious. Very close to Earls Court station. Nothing really. The roller blind in one of the bedrooms is broken but nothing that a little maintenance can’t fix
- Adrian (7/5): -
- Charlotte (10/5): Great find - loved it - Clean, comfortable, spacious, great location.
- Stephen (7/5): Spacious, Well Equipped, Well Located Property - Good location, 10 mins from Earls Court tube station. An M&S very close along with pubs and eateries. Spacious living room with a large TV. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine. En-suite (with bath) to one bedroom and a main bathroom with a shower. A large TV was also in one of the bedrooms. Very noisy when you have the windows open from police and Ambulance sirens (so bring ear plugs).
No mattress cover on the rear bedroom bed. Also the blind is broken and can’t be rolled up. No chopping knives in the kitchen.
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- George (7/5): Good - Location, near the underground, quite , spacious , free coffee and tea available, receiving the keys was pretty easy, host message us on time all info needed Double beds were really small, bathrooms where not as cleaned as they should be and the fact that I was charged from the very first day (months before that is) although I was provided with the option to cancel free of charge any time (due to currency rates, if I decided to cancel that would cost me more than 10% - not free cancelation that is)
- Matt (8/5): Nice place to stay in Earl's court. - Nice comfortable living room.
Nicely equipped kitchen
Good location
Clear instructions from hosts Main bathroom has a smelly soil stack. Not a major issue.
Some fixtures and fittings are broken (toilet seat in ensuite, lamps in bedroom, window fasteners in bedroom meaning it rattles).
- Laure (6/5): I would not stay there again. - The location was convenient although it was posted as being on a small side street but it was not. Instead it was on a main street. Bathrooms were small and particularly one shower was very very small and not clean.
Kitchen was not useful or convenient with bare minimum provided.
Building was old and shabby looking, lift was old and felt unsafe.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Kim (9/5): Location, location, location! - This flat is all about location. It is a short walk to Earl’s Court tube station and an easy walk to Hyde Park, points in Chelsea, museums and more.
- Linda (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment but when I originally booked it I thought it was at a different quieter address...Gledhow gardens...and not on the junction of earls court rd and old brompton rd which was noisy so didn't sleep particularly well.
Also bath plug wrong size so water leaks out. Otherwise clean and well equipped.
- Bianca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Galli (9/5): Superb - loved the space in the lounge area. access to Netflix in the bedroom. close to tube station. loved the drying rack. the shower recess was a bit tight.
- Morag (9/5): Superb -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - Size and cleanliness Too far out for our activities but not the properties fault
Confusing booking/check in
Pillows we're feather or similar so was up all night coughing and sneezing
- Susan (8/5): Very comfortable stay in spacious apartment - Loved the area, spaciousness of apartment & proximity to tube. No teatowel & coffee machine didn't work
- M (10/5): Wonderful visit to London with my daughters - Beautiful property in an excellent location - steps from grocery and the tube Couldn’t have been better
- Batrisyia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (8/5): Very good -
- Mandy (8/5): Very good - The location was very convenient, a short walk to the underground and shops. Flat was roomy, warm and clean The flat seemed in need of some TLC. Some general maintenance and replacement of cracked crockery would mean that it would have an excellent rating
- Clare (9/5): Perfect space. tastefully decorated - Staff were very happy very large spacious flat, had everything they needed. easy to collect keys, Quiet outside, 7 minutes to work. All good no complaints
- Margaret (9/5): Superb - well-insulated & clothes washer, water filter was a plus no soap in showe
- Kempen (8/5): Stunning place - Great flat in nice area Access on day one was a little complex and difficult to find.
- Avtar (8/5): Clean, spacious and generously equipped, ideal for a short stay, would suit some families. - good location, close to earls court tube and in a safe area, the apartment was good value and spacious, the main sitting room was comfortable and clean, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of it with 2 bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms and a separate WC. somewhere to leave bags either side of check in and check out , in the absence of a reception this was problematic for us
- Batrisyia (10/5): Perfect stay in central london - Very central and near to tube station. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Clean and exactly like in the photos. Living room was very spacious with big windows. Wifi was good. Elevator was small but still good enough for our suitcases
- Ruth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natalie (8/5): Good apartment and base location - The apartment was very clean and had towels, tea towels, crockery etc. All that we needed for our stay. I stayed in the 'pink' bedroom which had an ensuite bath/shower and found it very comfortable to stay in. The apartment was nice and warm for our arrival which was a nice touch and heating was easy to control. Around 10 minutes walk to two different tube stations so really handy to use as a base. Good location, large number of places to eat and drink within walking distance along with corner shops/Tesco and M&S food all within about 10-15 minute walk. The entrance to the building does let it down, the outside is a bit grubby, and the building foyer is quite dull and dated. In the apartment the living room lighting isn't great, there are two lamps, one doesn't light up very well and the other one has a remote control to turn on and off but also seems to be on the same frequency as the TV remote and when you turned the TV volume down the brightness of the light went down which was very annoying!
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Barbara (8/5): Very good -
- Carol (9/5): Very nice place at a reasonable price in London! - Very clean. Everything we needed. As described.
- Ds (6/5): Lovely location and good accommodation - Location is excellent. Mainly, the accommodation was excellent too. Really easy to contact the owners and to collect the keys. Generally, it was great and I'd certainly recommend. Just little things like no tea towels, no plug and no dish washer tabs in the kitchen so difficult to wash up. Also, the window in the smaller bedroom is really quite noisy when the wind picks up. The shower in the en suite doesn't stay where you want it which was a bit annoying. All little things that distracted from an otherwise great accommodation.
- Sue (6/5): Mixed - Location good.
Beds and sofas comfortable Communication - many repeated email, only one of which had the address of accommodation. Confirmation message with map, had incorrect location for pin. No response from phone call
Lift not working, fortunately we were able to climb the stairs to top floor
Hazards :
1. ensuite bath and floor v shiny = slip hazard. No non slip mat provided
2. Small bathroom had sharp edges to corner of floor surround where step out of shower
Limited crockery
- Eein (8/5): Very well located , comfortable and sound value. - Living room was clean, airy and spacious Tiny bathrooms
- Shina (5/5): Passable -
- Alison (8/5): Stunning apartment. Great location. - Wonderful apartment.
Light and spacious.
Lovey beds and bedding. A few small things - there were 4 of us - 2 friends from Australia and us 2 from UK. SO - there were only 3 dining chairs - so we simply couldn’t sit down to eat together. Very sad. This is why we didn’t stay in a hotel.
Very title crockery - mugs and bowls.
No plug in the kitchen so this made it very difficult to wash up - which we had t do all the time as there were so few items.
Also no bedside cabinets in the pink bedroom - so all our items had to be in the floor. Phone, drink, jewellery etc..
- Hancock (10/5): Exceptional - Was a great location just what we needed Would have been nice to have a welcome pack with milk in the fridge but other than that it was amazing
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice flat with a lot of space and clean. Perfect location! There is no device to hang towels in the bathroom.
- Anonymous (8/5): Summer Stay in London - It was very clean and spacious. Also, the property management company tried to help us find an additional place to stay when our flight was cancelled and we would be stuck for days. We ended up not needing it but I truly appreciate the effort. It’s summertime and there were no fans. Temperature was very uncomfortable, 78-80 degrees at night in the apartment. This made it very difficult to sleep as we couldn’t keep the windows open because of the noise from sirens and loud sports car engines (more often than you’d think).
- Kerry (9/5): Lovely apartment in a good location. - Loving area was spacious and bright. Bathrooms were very small.
- Jason (9/5): Great value and location -
- Sianny (10/5): Fab location, lovely big rooms, definitely will stay again - Spacious
- Patricia (5/5): It’s a good place for a group. - Clean and kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for using washer, coffee machine, and lift would have been helpful.
Bathtub is slippery…need a mat.
Noisy street.
- Alexa (9/5): Great location, well equipped - Great location and surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road, updated windows are the key here. Having 2 bathrooms is invaluable when traveling with multiple people. Super comfortable sofas in the large living room. Overall well equipped and the owners were very responsive for any small issue we encountered. Definitely would stay here again. Full bed could use a mattress pad as you can feel any bump and textured buttons on the mattress if you just have a sheet. It would be nice to have a few Nespresso Vertuo pods to get started, as those aren't easy to find (Piccadilly Circus store has everything, but if you arrive late, you may not want to travel that far just for coffee). Overall we were very happy, though.
- Aviv (8/5): Very good - Clean and roomy, 8 min from subway, mostly nice environment. 2 bathrooms is a huge bonus also the living room No coffee tablets for the coffee machine, we ran out of toilet paper and shampoo and couldn't find any in the apartment
- Julie (9/5): A spacious flat with easy access from the city. - The flat was close to Earls court underground so very easy to get into London city and all the tourist attractions and a walkable distance from the museums. The owner was able to let us leave suitcases early as the previous guests had left early. The flat was clean and comfortable and a good size. 2 small shower rooms made it easy for 2 couples. The flat is up a lot of stairs. The kitchen was lacking in crockery.
- Jacqueline (9/5): Lovely place to stat - Lift not working
- Arlette (9/5): Very convenient location and a beautiful flat - The location and the size of the property Beds are too small we were 3 so 2 shared and it was not very comfortable
- Melanie (9/5): Lovely stay in a great location. - Fab location and lovely light and airy property with plenty of space. Some milk on arrival would be a nice touch to make a cuppa.
- Marianne (8/5): Very good - Location 5-10 min walk to Earls Court station, 20 mins walk to South Kensington Station
Comfortable beds and lounge The small shower room could do with a refresh
- Barbara (8/5): Nice place to stay - Great stay in a nice area. Two bed- and bathrooms, great livingroom.
- S (9/5): Great apartment - Very clean & spacious & a good location
- Darko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bridget (8/5): Easy to check in and out. Good flat in a great location. Would stay again - It was a good size in a good location. The mattresses were not the best. Had to search for mugs could do with a few more.
- Luke (9/5): Grand apartment in a premium location. Easy check in. - Grand apartment in a premium location. Easy check in. Lots of room. Kitchen supplies a little limited
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (9/5): Would definitely stay here again, we had a lovely time - Great location, all amenities catered for, didn’t want for anything. Quite a lot of noise and stamping from the apartment above
- Onur (10/5): 10/10 Highly recommend! - The apartment was excellent, larger than expected, with friendly and helpful hosts.
Very reasonably priced too for the season! Absolutely nothing!
- Alexandros (10/5): Very relaxing stay and will definitely book again. - Hosts communicated well and instructions were clear for check in. The apartment was furnished nicely, had high ceilings and a spacious living area. You have several shops nearby and it’s walking distance to Earl’s Court station which was great for us travel wise.
- Khalid (8/5): Very good -
- Sebastian (10/5): Gorgeous Apartment - Absolutely fantastic stay! Everything was as described in the lisitng. Perfect location and the property was spotless. Would love to stay here again really soon!
