• PARASKEVAS (9/5): - Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, πολύ καθαρό, σύγχρονο και άνετο. Έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο τραμ για πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας. Σε 50 μέτρα υπάρχει εμπορικό κέντρο με σούπερ μάρκετ και μαγαζιά για φαγητό.

• Eugen (7/5): A modern good located and equipped apartment with a couple of flaws - - The location is good and comfortable, close to tram from airport, park and shopping center. - The apartment itself is modern and good equipped. The host was only texting in Italian, so unfortunately no English (should be corrected on the booking.com site). - We can not understand the other reviews, as the apartment wasn't very clean (compared to other airbnb's), especially the shower area. - Air conditioner was not cooling the room. - mosquito net in the bedroom was defective.
• Ester (10/5): Spotless clean, strategic location, accomodative and responsive host - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was very responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding. The location is super convenient just a short walk to the supermarket and other shopping areas. Plus, the tram stop is nearby, and it only took us about 15 minutes to reach Duomo and Santa Maria Novella, which made getting around Florence so easy. Honestly, the high ratings are well deserved, this place truly lives up to the reviews. It’s perfect in every way, and we’d definitely stay here again! Nothing to complain. Molto bene
• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really great, everything. an add in comparison to other apartments in Florence is that there are mosquito nets in front of the window or/and aircondition, so one can choose depending on the weather or whatever, coffee bars are in walking distance and my most favorite is Pasticceria Silvano e Valentino, i really can recommend. of course there is also a coffee machine at the apartment.

• Marek (10/5): Great location and host, modern apartment - only few minutes by tram from old town/airport - Location is superb - tram stop is 80 metres from apartment, with tram coming 5minutes, 10 minutes tram ride to the old town/train station, 10 ride minutes to the airport. Modern and well maintained apartment in a very quiet area. Very kind and accommodating host, allowing us to check out a bit later. There is shopping centre just across the road. Nothing I could complain about.

• Georgios (10/5): Excellent apartment that meets all the expectations of the visitor! - Excellent apartment that meets all the expectations of the visitor: - Its location, although outside the city center, it is almost next to the tram that takes you there in 15 minutes. Also very convenient and short access to/from the airport and the train station. - The apartment itself was very spacious, richly equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, spotlessly clean, with a large and comfortable bed. Very close by there are supermarkets for shopping. - The owner was punctual to the appointment to hand over the keys, polite and willing, despite the general inability of Italians to speak a foreign language! Nevertheless the communication was excellent! Definitely a place I will stay again when I visit Florence in the future!
• Adil (10/5): Clean and modern apartment - A really nice, clean and tidy apartment that is located in a modern area, just steps away from the tram station and 10mn to the historical center and the train station.
• Istina (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and new apartment equipped with all facilities located in a quiet area. It has a very good connection to the city center (a tram that takes 15' to the center). The host was great, helped us to check-in earlier.
