- Viona (1/5): Bad - Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On the same day (June 7), after being let down by another host, we booked this apartment as a backup. We were a couple traveling with our 16-month-old baby, exhausted after many hours on the road. No one contacted us after the reservation. I tried calling several times — no answer. Eventually, they picked up and casually told me, “I don’t know why it shows as available on Booking, I haven’t dealt with that apartment in a long time. I should probably remove it.” That’s it. No apology. No solution. Just a complete lack of responsibility. It is completely unacceptable that properties like this are still listed as available on Booking, while the owners have no intention of honoring the reservations. This is a serious platform used by real people with real plans, often traveling long distances — in our case, with a small child. This experience caused us unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a sense of being completely let down. Absolutely do not recommend this property. Booking should seriously review listings like this.

The place was incredibly clean, which made me feel right at home. The host was exceptionally friendly and nice, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.The location was fantastic as well, I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit. I truly enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back again.☺️
