Apartment very clean, modern, nice decor, comfy bed and loved the ceiling fan as an alternative to aircon as although hot during the day it was cooler at night so no need to put aircon on. Roof top terrace was lovely to sit and relax after a day walking about the city Unfortunately our bathroom, although incredibly clean and modern had an awful drain smell coming from the sink. It really was terrible, eye watering at times… So much so we had to fill the sink with water and leave the plug in to help stop the smell. My only other small thing I didn’t like, there was not enough hangers or drawers for clothes we were there for 4 nights, 5 days and had two hangers and one drawer.

Although we used only the fridge for our breakfast. Would definitely stay again! Unfortunately the swimming pool was still closed (not yet the season) which we didnt know when we booked

• Hans (10/5): Perfecto, recomendable. - A la hora de reservar hay que comentarlo si se desea una habitación exterior. No se pueden reservar. El exterior es una plaza bastante tranquila y luminosa, mientras el patio interior es muy tranquilo pero también un poco feo. Si pasas más que una noche allí es un poco deprimente tener las ventanas por ese lado. Nos gustó todo. Hay vasos, platos, cubiertos... solo para tres personas, pero así evitas acumular mucho para fregar. No hay lavavajillas.

• Sharon (8/5): We’d Return! - The location is perfect for a visit to Cadiz. We picked up the keys at a separate location (a hotel) a short distance from the apartment. The apartment is small with an extremely functional layout. Basci kitchen appliances and equipment are provided as well as some snacks, water, etc. we stayed 4 nights - there is an additional fee for cleaning, extra linens and towels but we didn’t need that for our stay. The apartment was quiet even though it’s located on a busy street. The WiFi and air Conditioning were great. The property felt secure. It’s a very efficient set-up. Our room was a little dark so next time we might opt for a room with more windows.

El salón y la cocina están en la misma estancia y el dormitorio en otra, no está todo junto y eso te permite descansar mientras el otro puede seguir en el salón/cocina. No me gustó que no hubiera un escobero. Siendo un apartamento bonito queda feo que se vea la tabla de la plancha, el recogedor y la escoba. Algún día percibimos un olor muy desagradable en el cuarto de baño, creo que es un problema generalizado en la ciudad.

Como punto a mejorar, la televisión de la habitación, aunque era una Smart TV, no tenía conexión a internet. Esto impedía utilizar aplicaciones como YouTube, Netflix u otros servicios online, además de limitar algunos canales. Creo que sería un detalle importante para completar una experiencia prácticamente perfecta.

Et si vous êtes côté rue il y a les bruits : camion poubelle à 3/4 heures du matin, les gens qui parlent fort tard le soir, sensible aux bruits s'abstenir 😉.

• Christie-Marie (9/5): Un séjour enrichissant et relaxant en famille dans un hôtel de qualité. Cádiz est une merveille ! - J'ai aimé l'emplacement ; l'hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville ! Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied, sauf lorsque nous sommes parties à l'église. Concernant l'hôtel, tout était très beau et propre. C'était vraiment agréable d'y vivre. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et réellement gentil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Ce que nous avons aimé détester : le Primor situé à deux pas de notre logement. Nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps ! Peut-être qu'il aurait été plus accomodant d'avoir un lave-vaisselle et plus de matériel pour le ménage. Mise à part tout cela, c'était fantastique !

Nonostante abbiamo avuto dei problemi a fare il check-in perchè siamo arrivati il giorno dopo, la struttura si è messa a disposizione e ci ha fatto un upgrade alla camera 403 con il terrazzo che era di una bellezza unica. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, addirittura il kit sigillato per la pulizia della cucina, bagno con doccia nuova e pulitissima. Recepetion presso l'albergo sempre disponibile e cordiale per ogni nostra richiesta. Non riuscivo a cambiare in freddo il condizionatore e sono stati gentilissimi ad aiutarmi. Un soggiorno molto molto bello niente sinceramente.
