- Ken (1/5): A police report has already been made on this, I hope booking.com will fulfilled its due diligence. - There is nothing to like about the host or the property, it has several reviews of the host not refunding security bonds and extorting personal details such as credit card and identification. The fact that an organization that predates on consumers are still allowed to operate on your platform.

- Tammie (8/5): Easy to get to and had a relaxing time. - Good area to stay. Close to transport and restaurants. Nice views. Was missing tea towels, need new scissors, some spots on bench felt a little dirty.

Pots were not clean. Scam. Won’t return my $300 bond money. It’s been over a month. Told me they were processing it but now they refuse to respond to my messages.

Call the host serval times and left serval messages before they even get back to you. Had to walk around for 6 minutes just to get the key then walk back to the car and drive to the apartment and there is no parking so had to find parking and pay for parking on the street.

Booked room for my mother and my children, no parking anywhere near room and was told we need to find street parking or park at box hill shopping Centre, entire booking was an absolute nightmare with host, nightmare getting key, more rules and reason to extort money out of you than anywhere I have ever stayed, after payment had to provide credit car or another $300 which I’m still waiting to have returned. I make bookings using this app weekly and am very easy going and never had a problem but I would never stay here again or deal with with this host and I guess the 6.9 company rating says it all
