• Ioannis (10/5): Για εργασία - Καθαρό όπως πάντα, σε κεντρικό σημείο και πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και σε μέρη για φαγητό. Στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα δε λειτουργούσαν σωστά τα υδραυλικά. Στο ένα μπάνιο ήταν χαλασμένη η ντουζιέρα και στο άλλο ήταν βουλωμένη η αποχέτευση οπότε το ντους στο σπίτι ήταν άθλος. Δε μου έχει συμβεί άλλες φορές, έχω μείνει σε άλλα διαμερίσματα του κτηρίου κι άλλες φορές. Επίσης το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν είχε λειτουργικό πατζούρι οπότε μόλις έδυε ο ήλιος ήταν αδύνατο να αλλάξεις, σε έβλεπαν όλοι από έξω γιατί κουρτίνες είναι διάφανες και έπρεπε να πας σε άλλο δωμάτιο.

Bathrooms are excellent with 2 full showers and lots of hot water and good pressure overall very nice. Only one key not electronic and the beds were pretty stuff although that can be personal preference.

• Anna (7/5): - Terasa, vírivka, byt ako taký, inštrukcie pred príchodom. Zišli by sa inštrukcie k použitiu bezpečnostného safu. Ubytovanie bez mydla v kúpeľni a s jedným (necelým) toaletným papierom na 2 noci pre 2 osoby. Rozbytá časť sprchy.
• Felice (8/5): BENE....poteva andare meglio! - Struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente. Distante 5 minuti dalla metro "linea rossa" con 2 fermate e sei in centro. Ottima la dotazione. Seppur fornita di due televisori, funzionava un solo telecomando. Molto dispiaciuto del fatto che il modem WI-FI non funzionava. Mancava la tenda alla finestra importante per la privacy.

• Luka (6/5): Good location, but noisy - The location is excellent and very convenient. It’s right next to the metro and tram stations, with plenty of shops and bakeries literally at your doorstep. Everything you need is within arm's reach. I was very disappointed with the noise levels in the apartment. The building is located right next to a very busy road, and the windows provide almost no sound insulation. It felt like sleeping in the middle of the street. I even measured the noise levels during the night, and they consistently exceeded 60 decibels. I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for a restful stay.
• Laurent (1/5): Doit s’améliorer - L’emplacement La propreté à notre arrivée et les « mauvaise surprises » les unes après les autres sans compter la mauvaise fois des propriétaires…. Au moment de se coucher, à notre grande surprise le store électrique de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas car littéralement démonté et posé sur le balcon comme si de rien était, obligé de faire un message à la propriétaire qui en plus d’être déjà au courant de la situation me répond qu’elle ne sait pas quand il va être réparé mais que bien évidemment elle me tient au courant ! Nous avons dû utiliser le canapé ds le salon! Et après avoir relancé tout la journée du lendemain (et oui en vacances, on a que ça à faire de gérer l’intendance d’incompétent) nous avons finalement eu la pose de 2 rideaux comme unique réponse à notre mécontentement …. Même pas d’excuses ou un dédommagement de notre 1er nuit. Sans compter d’autre surprises, la douche et son pommeau qui fonctionne pas, le jacuzzi soit disant nettoyé

• Marta (10/5): Wygodny apartament - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i przystanków tramwajowych. W ok. 15 min. można dostać się do centrum oraz nad morze. W okolicy sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie Stella na 3 piętrze. Apartmanent spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Duży plus za 2 łazienki. Bardzo dobry kontakt przez WhatsApp z Liamą. Dobry internet. Brakowało ręcznika kuchennego oraz worka na śmieci w koszu w kuchni. Średnie wyciszenie od ulicy oraz klatki schodowej.

• Giulia (9/5): Lo sceglierei ancora! - Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell'appartamento "Vela". Ottima posizione rispetto alle nostre esigenze, ben servita e a due passi dalla Metro Neos Kosmos. Appartamento molto pulito, curato e accogliente. Proprietaria gentile, disponibile e celere nelle risposte. Lo sceglierei ancora! Nelle camere da letto, una in particolare (quella senza bagno), c'è poco spazio per posare le valigie e questo incide abbastanza sul comfort. Un po' scomoda anche l'assenza di comodini su entrambi i lati del letto (in entrambe le camere era solo su un lato) e di prese vicino ai letti. Un altro piccolo aspetto da segnalare: durante la notte la zona può risultare piuttosto trafficata e talvolta rumorosa. Solo piccoli dettagli che tuttavia non hanno compromesso la piacevolezza del soggiorno.

It is situated close to the metro station Neos Kosmos which is only 2-3 stations away from the city centre and there are supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can easily prepare breakfast or dinner there.

Κατι για να μπορουμε να καθσριζουμε τον χώρο πιο εύκολα οπως το τραπεζι της κουζίνας Οσως 1-2 μπουκαλακια νερο για οταν πρωτο μπενεις στο διαμερισμα μεχρι να πας σουπερμαρκετ Τετοια, που ειναι ναι μεν λεπτομέρειες αλλα κανουν τη διαφορα για μια ευχάριστη και άνετη φιλοξενία

• სალომე (10/5): - The best location, close to the center. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. In a quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Bus, metro and tram stops are nearby. There are very good restaurants in front of the apartment. If I visit Athens again, I will definitely visit you.
• NIKOLAOS (10/5): - Πολυ ωραίο κατάλυμα άνετο...σίγουρα θα το χρησιμοποιήσω σε επόμενο ταξίδι!
• Βαρζή (10/5): - Κλείσαμε το διαμέρισμα Astra και μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως το θέλαμε — καθαρό, άνετο και πολύ προσεγμένο . Οι χώροι ήταν όμορφα διαμορφωμένοι και μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες άμεση και φιλική. Φρόντισαν πραγματικά να μην μας λείψει τίποτα. Το νοικοκυριό ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και αυτό έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει ένα άνετο και ποιοτικό μέρος για τη διαμονή του! Μια μικρή λεπτομέρεια αλλά κατά γνώμη μου απαραίτητη. Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Μια μικρή παρατήρηση μόνο: στην κουζίνα δεν υπήρχαν κουταλάκια και πιρούνια , κάτι που ίσως θα ήταν καλό να προστεθεί για μεγαλύτερη άνεση των επισκεπτών.

• Jacek (10/5): Świetny pobyt – zdecydowanie polecam!l - Apartament Stela jest bardzo czysty, przestronny i świetnie wyposażony. Znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji – do stacji metra można dojść w kilka minut spacerem, a po kilku przystankach jesteśmy już w centrum miasta. W okolicy jest wiele sklepów, minimarketów, restauracji i kawiarni, więc wszystko jest pod ręką. Apartament jest bardzo wygodny dla rodziny i zapewnia komfortowy pobyt. Opiekunka bardzo miła, pomocna i zawsze dostępna w razie potrzeby. Cały pobyt przebiegł bez żadnych problemów. Wszystko ok

• Swiech (10/5): Gorąco polecam! - Apartament z dwoma sypialniami NYX bardzo czysty i przestronny, wyposarzony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Położony jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacja. Do stacji metra kilka minut spacerkiem a później 2 lub 3 stacje i jesteśmy w centrum. W pobliżu kilka minimarketów, restauracyjek i kawiarenek. Christina bardzo miła i superpomocna. Nic dodać nic ująć. Nasza ocena (rodzina 2+2) 10 na 10 Brak uwag.

• manos (8/5): Αξιόλογη Επιλογή. - Καλή τοποθεσία σε σχέση με τις ανάγκες μου. Καθαριότητα, αξιόλογη κατασκευή. Δύσκολο parking, κτίριο μπροστά σε πολύβουη λεωφορο. Δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες.

• Marwa (9/5): Amazing experience in a new fresh apartment in a central location. Helpful and friendly staff. Value money stay. Highly - The location very central with all convinces around the corner. The cleanliness and the new furniture and all appliances. The staff are very helpful. Christina is amazing and helpful. It was only minor thing that the dishwasher didn’t work but they tried to help as soon as we reported. Otherwise all was just perfect and more than we expected.

• Κυριακη (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και μοντέρνο!! Με δυο μπάνια, πολύ σημαντικό για μια οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά! Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση η στάση τραμ, ψητοπωλείο, φούρνος, φαρμακείο, σούπερ μάρκετ, καφέ! Σίγουρα θα το προτείνουμε και θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά! Είχαμε την ατυχία την πρώτη μέρα της άφιξής μας να κάνουν εργασίες κάπου στο κτίριο και να μυρίζει εξαιρετικά άσχημα το δωμάτιο! Με καλό αερισμό του δωματίου καθημερινά ελαττώθηκε η μυρωδιά αλλά δεν εξαφανίστηκε! Θεωρούμε απλά άτυχη την στιγμή. Η συνολική μας εμπειρία ήταν πολύ καλή!

• Gianna (7/5): Tutto bene - Struttura moderna appena ristrutturata con arredamento semplice ma di gusto, vicino a bar e market aperti h24. Non è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi in breve tempo, credevo fosse più vicino ma con un taxi in massimo 10 minuti con traffico ci si arriva. Pulizia sufficiente ma da perfezionare, aspirazione del bagno non ottimale e aria condizionata da manutentare, per il resto tutto ok!

It was spacious, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was excellent, making it easy to prepare meals, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Our hostess Christina was outstanding—always available to help with any questions and making us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting!

• Tanja (10/5): Odličan smeštaj - Udobni kreveti; čisto; nov, moderan i funkcionalan nameštaj. Odlična zvučna izolacija obzirom da je stan na bulevaru. Nedostatak sopstvenog parkinga, ali je isti moguće pronaći u okolnim ulicama.

• Mesud Delagic (10/5): - Great place, highly recommended. Very nice and clean apartment, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, just a few minutes from the metro and tram, so getting around Athens is super easy. Everything you might need is nearby. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

• Josephina (7/5): Schönes Appartement mit toller Ausstattung - Sehr sauber und hochwertige Möblierung sowie Ausstattung. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass es 2 Badezimmer mit Duschen gibt. Leider nur eine kleine Fensterfront im Schlafbereich und 2. Badezimmer was das Appartement eher dunkler wirken lässt.

• Ola z (9/5): Warto przyjechać i zwiedzać Ateny. - Śniadanie możesz kupić sobie na dole w super kawiarniach . Apartament bardzo przestronny z prywatnym wielkim tarasem. Winda bezpośrednio do apartamentu. Dobrze wyposażony ,czysto ,dwa pokoje zapewniają komfort i intymność. Okolica z mnóstwem lokalnych restauracji ,bardzo dobrym dojazdem zarówno na plażę jak i do centrum.

• MUHAMAD (8/5): Once those foresight issues are addressed, we strongly recommend this property. - The property was clean spacious and very well organized and located. - Construction work still going on started using drills as early as 8:00 am. - No cutlery. - No detergents for the washing machine or the dish washing machine. - Tv channels were all in Greek except for BBC. - Curtains were not hung.
• Stefano (10/5): Struttura eccezionale. Posizione perfetta. - Struttura nuova e completamente accessoriata in tutto. Posizione comodissima vicina alla metro e alle fermate degli autobus. In zona ci sono pure supermercati. Per la colazione proprio davanti alla palazzina c'è un bar super fornito. Pulizia impeccabile, cucina accessoriata di tutto (anche piccole confezioni di olio e sale). Materassi comodissimi. WI-FI senza problemi. Host presente e gentilissima. Assolutamente da consigliare. La via sottostante è molto trafficata. Gli infissi sono nuovi e di qualità, ciononostante un po' di rumore si sente, ma sinceramente visto l'alto livello della struttura è veramente come cercare il pelo nell'uovo.

• IGNACIO (4/5): Ruidoso - Ubicación y la apariencia del apartamento Mucho ruido de la calle, nos tuvieron que cambiar de piso porque el primero tenia unas averias que hacian imposible descansar, a pesar de que nos informaron que eran concientes del problema. Aun así nos cambiaron y una de las habitaciones el ruido era muy parecido.

• Siu (10/5): - The apartment unit we stayed at was very modern. The kitchen was compact but very useful. There are two full compact bathrooms. The location was far enough from the touristy areas so it provided a more local experience. It was still by decent food options and only a 8 minute walk to the subway station. It's only 2 stops away from the Acropolis. There are a handful of small local grocery stores to pick up most of the basics if you're cooking your own food. The host contact was so very helpful.
