Guest Reviews
- Edison (7/5): -
- OSCAR JULIAN (9/5): Gracias -
- John (8/5): Great management but not a place where you want to walk around at night - Rodrigo who with his wife Maria manages the hotel helped me a lot with the bus system
and with information in general. There were neighbors on my floor talking both nights after midnight.
- Ezi (1/5): Bad - Almost nothing The location is not very safe especially at night. It was quite noisy. The stuff doesn't speak English, the guests have to fill in their information on the notebook which seemed very unprofessional. The stuff was never on the reception, every time when I needed something I had to knock on their door.. there was NO WATER in the morning and when I asked the lady why there is no water and what I can do now, her answer was like "I don't know".. they were just giving gallon of water to "help". Bedsheets didn't look and smell so clean.
- Domingo (8/5): Very good -
- Jordan (7/5): Good value in a good location - The breakfasts were always good, Rodrigo the owner was always around keeping an eye on things so it felt secure, and the location is easy walking distance to la Candelaria and close to buses to go in any direction. The bathroom was very narrow (my knees were up against the wall when sitting on the toilet!) and warm water in the shower was a very fleeting thing.
- Aaron (10/5): Delicious Breakfast, the bed size was very good, Location very good - I really like the location of the facility and the breakfast and they changed the bed sheets. It was good overall They did not change of towels during my stay
- Galvis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Silvana (8/5): Central and friendly hotel in Bogota - Room very clean and newly painted white, comfortable bed. Did not have a window nor a wardrobe. Central location. Very friendly personnel, brought me eggs and a coffee the next after arrival. Could not get hot water
- Sam (7/5): Good -
- Sunderland (8/5): Good for a one week stay. - The service was good, especially from the older man who received my as a guest. He walked with me to exchange my money and was willing to help me out in so many ways. Also, the cleaning lady was super kind and helpful. My private bathroom was outside of my room, so everytime I had to use the restroom in the middle of the night, motion sensored bright lights would blind me.
- Celine (4/5): Not pleasant - It is well situated - even if you need to be carefull as the street is not in a secured area. The personnal did not speak any English.
It was very complicated to speak to someone , to ask questions. The breakfast was complicated, you have to go to the coffee next door, however, it was not opened before 8h30… It’s late when you are travelling. The next day the coffee was closed. I could not find anyone in the hotel. And before leaving to my tour, the guy gave me a plastic bag with a hot chocolate and scramble eggs. This is not what I expect when I book a room with breakfast included.
Shower: water was cold. I did not even told them as they weren’t speaking English anyway. My stay was not pleasant at all. It’s the first time I am having a bad experience
- Catherine (6/5): Good location in the day time - I choose the place because of its location. I liked the fact that there was a breakfast provided and it was decent. The staff was friendly but not very professionnal. The place was very clean. The location was good in terms of distance from the center, but quite soon at night it becomes dodgy. All the shops close down by 6pm and it is obviously not pleasant to go out.
I asked for a room with a window, so was provided a super noisy room, right on the street and with an outside bathroom. All other rooms have no windows !
The room was huge and clean, but there was only a bed and a chair. Nothing to make you feel comfortable (no hook, no mirror, no carpet, no decoration....)
And in that specific room, the wifi was very poor and I had to go out of the room to be connected properly.
- Mphafe (10/5): Exceptional - The stuff was very welcoming, patient and super friendly, great wifi and hot water always☺️☺️
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Clara (10/5): Staff, location, price - Property is close to everything, walking or TransMilenio, the staff are amazing, specially Luisa, always trying to help, the breakfast is excellent, lunch is good and price is good,I came for one night stay for 10 days, they make me feel like family,Rodrigo is there all night, making sure you are safe if you go out.I will go back in a heartbeat.tums up. Everything
- Jesper (9/5): Great value, super breakfast - Super friendly staff, great value, right in center of town. Amazing breakfast Since you are right downtown in Bogota you have to be a little bit careful at nighttime, nothin different than so many other big cities.
