• Osman (7/5): You get what you pay for do not expect 5 stars hotel - During the reservation, they ask you the transfer money then perform and you physically don't see anyone which caused to create some question marks, don't worry, They are real and not cheater. When they are free they response accordingly. The prosperity has a great location to reach metro Ottoviano, market, shopping street, Vatikan and St Pietro Cathedrale. There are more enough kitchenware. Specially thanks to Housemaker, he/she had mob the floor extra we never faced him/her. I would intended to thank face to face. Also thank you for Invoice finally we got it. The Shower holder was broken and could not be fixed during our stay. The prosperity side replied that t is not a hotel concept and plumber do not come immediately, the fixing can take some time.
• Karine (9/5): Très bon séjour - L'emplacement est idéal,proche du Vatican, du métro et quartier calme. Appartement est très propre. Les 2 salles de bain sont idéales. L'appartement est assez sombre car les fenêtres donnent sur une cour intérieure.

Les odeurs d'égouts provenant de la salle de bain. Le lave-linge ne marchait pas et il n'y a pas eu d'intervention même après signalisation.

• Cornelia (9/5): Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut - Betten sind sehr bequem und für große Menschen bestens geeignet, sogar das Einzelbett war 2 m lang. Viele Kissen vorhanden und große Bettdecken. Die Wohnung ist gut schallgedämmt, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, genügend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Ruhige Lage, zu Fuss ca. 2 Minuten zur Metro, 10 Minuten zum Petersplatz. Die Küche ist der einzige Aufenthaltsraum. Daher wären bequemere Stühle ideal.

• LIDIA (10/5): Doskonała lokalizacja, świetne wyposażenie, wspaniała i pomocna Martina - Lokalizacja znakomita, blisko Watykanu, bardzo blisko metro i przystanek autobusowy, duży wybór restauracji. Przed przyjazdem doskonały kontakt z Martiną, która oczekiwała na nas z kluczami i zarekomendowała znakomity targ kilka minut od mieszkania - Mercato Trionfale, gdzie można zrobić zakupy (m.in. warzywa, owoce, kawa, wędliny, sery) i coś przekąsić na miejscu. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy.
• Martin Charles (10/5): - Udlejer var i lejligheden, da vi kom, og så fik vi nøgler og wifi-kode overleveret. Super nemt. Ligger cirka 10 minutters gang fra Peterskirken lige bag en shoppinggade, så man er tæt på turistområdet og alligevel meget lokalt.

• Elisa (8/5): Comodo e pulito - Appartamento silenzioso. Camere spaziose e ognuna col suo bagno. Cucina attrezzatissima: forno, microonde, macchina caffè a capsule, bollitore, tostapane. In più lavatrice e ferro da stiro. Pulitissimo e, salvo alcuni inconvenienti, ben tenuto. Comodo alla metro Ottaviano in condominio con ascensore. Il problema più grosso riscontrato è stato l'assenza quasi totale di connessione alla rete (tutti cercavano di accaparrarsi l'angolo della finestra della cucina, unico posto dove il telefono funzionava) e l'impossibilità di connettersi alla rete wifi della struttura. In secondo luogo alcune criticità relative alla camera grande con i 4 letti: uno dei letti non era stato preparato per la notte e cercando nell'armadio se ci fossero le lenzuola, i bambini hanno aperto tutte le ante e hanno rischiato che cadesse loro addosso, dato che evidentemente non era stato fissato al muro. Sempre in questa camera la TV non funzionava e la doccetta nella doccia era malfunzionante.

• Grzegorz (9/5): Bardzo udany, miło spędzony czas w Rzymie, grazie mille :) - świetna lokalizacja, jak widać na mapie - rzut beretem do Watykanu, to najważniejsza zaleta lokalu. Spokojna, bezpieczna okolica, w pobliżu dwa markety, metro, bazarek, pizzerie. Wyposażenie: w kuchni wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, nie za duży stół, ale w 6 osób można posiedzieć. Ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, czajnik elektryczny, sztućce, talerze, korkociąg. Jest żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka do włosów, pralka,,, Gospodyni Martina bardzo miła i rzeczowa, pomocna we wszystkim. Super kontakt również przez WhatsApp, brak zastrzeżeń Jeden minus: w salonokuchni, gdzie jest przewidziane jedno rozkładane łóżko, daje się we znaki bojler gazowy, włączający się w nocy co jakiś czas. Zza okien słychać też klimatyzacje sąsiednich mieszkań - byliśmy w październiku, nie używaliśmy klimatyzacji tylko okien i wtedy słychać. Nie są to duże utrudnienia i nie zmieniają bardzo pozytywnej oceny pobytu

• Radovan (10/5): - Veľmi milí majitelia, pomohli v každej situácii. Veľmi dobrá dostupnosť do Vatikánu a mesta peši. Veľký apartmán, veľmi dobre vybavenie kuchyne, klimatizácia. Blízkosť potravín, reštaurácia a kaviarne do 5 minút. Neďaleká zmrzlina bola top (Larena del Gelato)
• Nina (10/5): Отличная квартира в хорошем районе Рима - Отличная квартира в хорошем районе Рима. Станция метро в 200х метрах. Тихий респектабельный район, без проблем можно подъехать на такси. Ватикан и Мост Святого Ангела в пешей доступности. До других достопримечательностей Вечного города на метро 10 - 20 минут. Мы не в первый раз посещаем Рим, и в этот раз сделали правильный выбор проживания не в интенсивной туристической зоне. Хозяйка Мартина была очень приветливой, заранее написала нам сообщение и предоставила подробную видео-инструкцию с алгоритмом заселения. В квартире было очень чисто и имелось все необходимое для комфортного проживания. У нас не возникло никаких замечаний и предложений по улучшению.
• Ulrich (7/5): Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip - 2 Badezimmer für 2 Schlafräume, Unkomplizierter Zugang zum Gebäude und Apartment. Komplette Ausstattung. Saubere Räume. Teilweise schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank. Backofen verschmutzt. Kein Ersatz für Toilettenpapier. Teils unangenehmer Geruch (Abwasser) in den Räumen.
• Lapesa (10/5): Ottima scelta per visitare Roma - Posizione comoda a Piazza San Pietro in una zona gradevole con ampia scelta di locali dove mangiare. Strategica in quanto vicinissima alla fermata metro Ottaviano per spostarsi con comodità. La struttura è accogliente e molto ampia. Matteo è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile per le nostre esigenze. Torneremo! Nulla, siamo stati benissimo

• Markus (7/5): Well equipped comfortable, clean apartment located close to Metro and Vatican City - The location was great and apartment well furnished as we like to cook for ourselves sometimes. Metro literally two streets away, Vatican short level easy walk and some great value for money restaurants. There was also a lift albeit apartment on first floor but still great to have as many don’t and we had lots of luggage. There was 7 of us but only 2 rooms so one double fold up bed had to be in the kitchen which was a little awkward when people are sleeping.

• Deborah (10/5): Perfect time in Roma - Wonderful apartment run by amazing people. The two bedrooms and bathrooms allowed us to be very comfortable. Was able to wash some clothes as well. The location allowed us to leave the craziness of the busy city. Restaurant recommended was wonderful too - we went 3 times! Our hosts were so responsive and friendly.

Tucked away on a peaceful lane yet only a stone’s throw from the town centre, it offered the ideal combination of tranquillity and accessibility. The apartment itself was beautifully presented and immaculate, from the well-equipped kitchen to the crisply laundered bed linen and generous supply of towels. Our host was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to return and wholeheartedly recommend this delightful flat to anyone seeking a comfortable stay in Italy.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Comfortable stay - A very comfortable and well appointed apartment, close to transport and walking distance to the Vatican. It has a lift to make access with luggage easy. We were met by a friendly greeter who gave us good information about the area.
• Alexandra (9/5): Comfortable and cozy stay for a family with children - The location was excellent, in a not too crowded part of the city, really close to the Vatican and many public transport options nearby (bus,metro). We travelled with 2 small children and this was a big plus for us. The hosts were accommodating and took care of everything we needed. There are many good restaurants and a local market nearby where we bought some local food for breakfast. Our only issue was that there were only 4 chairs at the kitchen table and 5 of us, but we improvised. Additionally, the ventilation in the apartment is not great, but overall I can't complain.
• Hon (7/5): The location was convenient, walking distance to Saint Peter’s Basilica. - The location was convenient. The host were welcoming and provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. The kitchen oven was not working. And we had trouble with the toilet shower heads.

• Rosaria (10/5): Spacious and well equipped apartment near Vatican City - There are not many apartments where you are met by the host to hand over the keys, but with this apartment Martina was waiting for us, even took our suitcases upstairs despite there being a lift available to do that. Martina was so very helpful in directing us to a lovely fresh market nearby and good restaurants. The apartment had everything you could possibly need to make it very homey and is conveniently situated close to the Vatican City. Thank you, Martina, for always being so attentive to our needs and for making our stay in Rome more enjoyable. All good.

• Marta (10/5): I liked everything about this place, but I loved the hosts the most! :). - My friends and family stayed in the Family Apartment Vatican for four nights. The apartment is lovely and has two bathrooms, which were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the open kitchen and the possibility of cooking – unfortunately, I twisted my leg, so I could not see the city too much. The opportunity to have good coffee and cook a meal was life-saving. This apartment is very suitable for families but also for groups of friends. We arrived at night and received very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, which made our arrival stress-free. The location of the apartment was perfect, very close to the metro line, with very nice restaurants nearby. It’s approximately a 5-minute walk to the Vatican. The hosts were very helpful and honestly so lovely and kind. They fully understood my situation with my leg and allowed me to stay a few hours longer on the last day. I will definitely return to Rome, and if this apartment is available, I will stay here again.

• Michał (9/5): Nice place with great service! - Nice place for a family stay in Rome. Walking distance to the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station. There are several interesting places in the area where you can drop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can also visit a shop or market and buy ingredients to cook at home (thanks to the well-equipped kitchen). The biggest advantage of this place is the excellent service. They respond quickly, efficiently and help with any issue.
