La zona es segura, silenciosa de noche y cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, transporte público y todo lo que necesites. La anfitriona es lo más! Super atenta y amable. Nada malo para comentar. Se contactó días anteriores y nos informo sobre la zona (excelente ), restaurante , supermercado,etc... Amamos el depto. Bien limpio y completo ! Volveríamos sin dudarlo .

• Troncoso (10/5): Excelente - La limpieza, la zona muy linda, el Dpto. Impecable y en especial la atención de Noemi Lopez, siempre tan atenta. De que llegue hasta que me fui. No hubo nada que no me haya gustado.

Cerca de todo, resto, bares, supermercados, colectivos, subte..etc. Dato a tener en cuenta, el balcón del dpto da hacia el patio, no se escucha el ruido de la calle. En la misma cuadra pasa el 160, línea que te lleva directo a aeroparque. Noemí super amable!
• ana (10/5): Excelente estadía! - La ubicación es excelente! Cerca del subte y con muchos cafés en la zona! Nos gustó que teniamos para tomar café y te para desayunar y compramos para acompañar en una panadería que está en la misma cuadra! No tenemos quejas! Todo fue excelente! Desde el ingreso independiente, las instalaciones y la atención de Noemí, todo inmejorable!

A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa desde o início. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a tudo e, o mais importante, uma região muito tranquila, silenciosa e com baixo índice de violência. Me senti seguro e muito bem acolhido. Recomendo demais! De não poder ficar mais... rsrs

LGBTQ bars are within a 10 minute walk as is Palermo Soho.. Noemi the host was exceptional prior to arrival and met me at the property.. Wi-Fi was excellent shower was excellent with the water pressure and the hot water. Bed was comfortable small refrigerator available. It was actually well worth the cost. I was able to move around the city comfortably and felt safe within the apartment and the area location Everything was perfect and as described

Um ponto muito importante é o cuidado, atenção e disponibilidade do Hugo e Noemi, excelentes anfitriões.

• Anderson (9/5): Really good place in Palermo Buenos Aires. Good location. Very friendly host. A place I return to! - Hugo was very clear and assisted me in the whole check in process even before my date of arrival. Good and and clear instructions were given. He was very attentive at what I needed and tried to supply whatever the room lack. The studio was at Palermo. Quiet and private. It has nice asaderos close by and the bus and Subte stations where a few minutes walk. It was a very good price for a place in Palermo and I would not hesitate coming back here. Some of the units need updating BUT they all worked. It would have been ideal to have a washing machine in the apartment (as I stayed for 5 days after travelling for a week before then) but the built-in units did not accommodate for one. But this did not stop me from really enjoying my stay. And since most of my time was spent sightseeing and only got back to eat and sleep and watch TV, the place was beyond sufficient.
• Denizhan (9/5): Superb - Hugo is a very nice Host. He was kind enough to help us with the early check-in and gave tips for the city. Communication through whatsapp flowed seamlessly.

• Desmond (10/5): Super nice host & well equipped property - Hugo & Noemi are super nice and considerate host. They respond to ad-hoc issue and resolve it promptly. We are really appreciated for his quick action. The property is clean, and kept at very good condition. Every small details are well taken care of. For example, there is a plug adapter provided. Situated at a prime location in Palermo. Definitely will return here if coming to Buenos Aires in the future.
