The house was extremely spacious , neat, and well set up. The house is located close to the bus stop, making it very convenient to travel in and around places.

• Spalding (7/5): Nice Clean Apartment, However 2nd Bedroom too hot in summer months. Far from Metro - Martina very nice. Nice facilities, clean big apartment mini splits very dated. no ac for 2nd bedroom so we needed to sleep in living room. main bed rolls to the middle, very uncomfortable. Far from metro. requires bus + train to get downtown.

• Cate (9/5): Superb - Good location and very well presented, While we were staying there was exterior scaffolding and disruption - we understand that this happens from time to time but it meant that we could not use the balcony or even open the blinds. This could have been flagged up ahead of time, or some compensation offered.
• Clifford (9/5): Enjoyed it. - Clean and larger than most flats. The mattrass in the main bedroom was rolling into the middle.
• Gayathri (10/5): Lovely apartment well located 15-20 mins from Vatican and well connected to the city’s attractions. Martina is a great h - Very clean, aesthetic apartment - we all loved it and it was very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need and the rest of the rooms are well appointed. Martina is awesome and she is there to greet you with the keys and gives fabulous advice for everything from places to busy, to eat and to shop! Everything is awesome - but the building heating only works for certain hours, so the bedroom with the balcony can be a little less warm though the host will happily provide extra blankets. The other bedroom was cosy.

• Perumal (10/5): Location and helpful host. - Location. Martina is a super host. She advised and helped a lot for the Vatican and colosseum tickets. She is very friendly and helpful.
• Graeme (9/5): A lovely gem of a place about a mile from the Vatican - very comfortable apartment - would return! - The property is located on the sixth floor of an apartment block, with a lovely terrace with a view downhill towards the centre of Rome. We had a fantastic long weekend here. Supermarket and local shops within walking distance, buses run from just outside, and the train is a 10 minute walk. I don't have any complaints - Martina was an excellent host and we loved the stay. One tip - we did forget to close the inner doors in the lift once, and the concierge phoned to remind us to do it!
