Very pleasant work area. Staff effective and professional if slightly less welcoming than what one is used to in the UK.

- Natalie (10/5): Great stay with kids - Pool was great. Rooms were nice. Good variety at breakfast. The kids loved the pancake station and the breakfast staff were happy to help with anything. If I was to be really picky, the lift sometimes was busy and you had to wait. You have to go to reception to get a pool pass (separate to your room key) which was slightly inconvenient. Neither should put you off this hotel.
- Edda (7/5): Schon nochmal - Das Zimmer was mit einem Kind geräumig. Wasserkocher, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und Tassen ließen etwas Autonomie zu 😉! Das Frühstück war natürlich sehr Englisch aber der Frühstückshit war die Pancake Maschine. Schönes Hotel aber auch schon an den ein oder anderen Stellen deutlich abgelebt.... Anbindung an die Öffis wat super! Für den Pool musste man tgl. neue Slots buchen - natürlich arrangiert man sich damit aber nervig war es dennoch! Internetstabilität war nicht dem heute zu erwartenden Standards angemessen.

If there are any issues the managers are quick to resolve. Road facing rooms and I think the cost of breakfast is a little too high.

Very nice and well priced breakfast and a nice pool, sauna and gym. Was unable to stream my phone to the tv or connect it to the speaker, although this is a minor issue

- Sarah (10/5): Great location for Twickenham and brilliant value for money. - The room was a great size for the 4 of us. The girls used the pool a few times during our stay there, this was a bonus for us not having to find alternative activities for them to do outside of our event. The breakfast was fantastic, a good choice of everything and as much as you wanted. Location for Twickenham was fabulous for us also, and rather than go into London City on our departure day, we were given complimentary late check out and stayed in Brentford, which was lovely down by the river. Found a lovely pub for a Sunday roast before we headed back for our train. Everything was great for us, there genuinely isn't anything I would have changed about this trip.
