- Aaron (6/5): - The location is excellent, sitting in between Fira and Imerovigli. Relatively quiet and away from the busy tourist area like Fira. This hotel is understaffed. We arrived at 3 pm hoping to check in on time. But the reception was nowhere to be seen. We managed to get a hold of the property manager via phone to announce our arrival and was able to check in later that afternoon. No reception either at check out, so left a note with the keys since we had to get on our way. Got the cave room with the hot tub. The room was clean and smelled nice. However, the hot tub was more like a lukewarm tub, unfortunately. There was also water or piping issues that was not communicated to the guests. Tried taking a shower with intermittent water pressure and brown water coming from the shower head. Water was shut off completely thereafter. The breakfast spread is decent, but inconsistent. If you want proper breakfast, then go to a restaurant. Overall, good location. Everything else is subpar for the price.

It was clean, quiet and walkable to Fira in approximately 15 minutes. There is a trail that takes you to Oia or a short bus ride for 2e. All in all it was a beautiful stay in Santorini.
- Kiley (10/5): - Absolutely loved staying here, absolutely beautiful. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was absolutely incredible. I would 100/10 recommend this place to everyone, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
- Connie (8/5): - I received a free upgrade upon arrival which was great. The room was nice and clean but the sink was clogged. After telling the staff, they were very accommodating and fixed the plumbing issue, but this left a slight smell of sewer for a couple of hours. The location is fantastic and very central to everything. The rooms are very close together and rather noisy though. I can hear people from other rooms talking/laughing at times.
- Alexandra (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Nevma Suites. The staff were very kind and let us check in early, and the room was very clean. We did however have some issues with our room that put a slight damper on our stay. Most were minor, but the one major issue we had was that we booked the room with the hot tub, but were unable to use it at all because it was apparently broken. We asked the owner of the property if they could do something about it, but the owner stated that the technician doesn’t work on Sundays and therefore, there was nothing they could do. They did not follow up with us after that, so the hot tub was unusable for the two nights we stayed there. I do not blame the staff for this, as I assume they had no idea the hot tub was broken prior to our stay, but I wish they would have communicated with us a bit more or more effort was put in by them to help get it fixed. To be fair to them, they did offer us a nice bottle of wine as an apology but the frustration comes from the fact that we paid extra for a room with a hot tub that we ultimately could not use. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

- Barbara (8/5): - Office manager was very helpful and allowed for us to keep our luggage in a safe place before checking in. The pool is not on the property. We used a neighboring hotel’s pool with a purchase of drinks. The location was perfect to see both sunrise and sunsets. The room air conditioning was a bit difficult since you had to keep turning on. The shower was outdated. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

- Victoria (10/5): - We had such a wonderful time at Nevma suites. What a gorgeous little place to stay and the outdoor hot tub overlooking the caldera was perfect to unwind in on a hot summers day. Antonis & his staff were fabulous, nothing was too much, and all our questions or queries were answered within minutes. Everyone was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was a lovely added extra- especially before a busy day. Shops were not too far away if you wanted to pop out and get something. The suites are also not far away from Fira which is an easy 10-15 minute walk with breathtaking views. The facilities in the suite were good, comfy bed, hot shower. The only thing I would say, is if you are going and intending on eating in the room, it might be beneficial if there was more cooking equipment. However, for us it was perfect as we ate out every day. The only bad point of the suite is that there is a little window above the door which lets the sun in on a morning, which means a potential early start to the day- but none the less, not a huge issue. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend to anyone- thank you again! X

- Maria (8/5): - The place is ok, smaller than expected for a family of 4. View is incredible, worth and breathtaking. The terrace area is shared with another room. The breakfast is served in the room, although is limited in options (for example you can only have boiled egg, not other type). Place close to everything in FIRA, need transportation to Oil. Staff very attentive and rapid response. The property doesn't have a pool, but they can arrange for you to go to the one in the hotel 50mts away (we did not use it). Pictures in the site are mixed between rooms, might be confusing.

The bathroom was not great, shower leaked and the shaving mirror was falling off the wall. The kitchenette did not have pans or sufficient crockery etc…. The bedroom was fine and the balcony was a good size.

The room was spacious as I was travelling with my daughter and preferred each our bed. Breakfast is at 8:30 which was not convenient for us and the coffee was not good. All other hotels had a Nespresso machine in the room.

The cave room is just below the private deck with the loungers and hot tub so you get two patios with amazing views. The hot tub was a bit cool the first time we used it (31 C) but we asked if it could be turned up a few degrees and they did. It was perfect temperature for a sunny 23 C day. Breakfast was brought to the lower patio each day and was so great. Gave us a 2L water at the start which was great. Changed out towels each day. Provided pool towels. Very friendly host and cleaner/breakfast person. Would recommend!

- Jared (10/5): - I can't recommend this place highly enough. Gorgeous, wonderful views, whether you're on the caldera side or the sea side. Big room with a private outside deck, great location a short way from Fira so it should be less crowded and busy even at high time (we were there before tourist season really began, in March). The breakfast - and the service that went along with it - was really wonderful, delicious, and just showed how much care Nevma was willing to put in to make sure guests have a good stay. Pastries still warm from the oven, fresh fruit and greek yogurt - they have a menu card, you check off what you want and at what time, and then they don't just bring it by for you: they came in, set the table, and one day when it was windy even brought the table and chairs inside so we could still eat at it. I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough, we're never going to stay somewhere else when we visit Santorini so long as we have the option. So restful and wonderful.

We booked the cave suite with jacuzzi but didn't realize the jacuzzi was not joined to the suite, it is up some stairs outside of the suite. Our host was very accommodating when we requested that he turn up the heat on the jacuzzi.

- Val (8/5): - The breakfast delivered to the room was nice - the bread is not toasted and there is no jam though. The hot water was divine from the shower but not very hot from the bathroom sink. I recommend upgrading to a room with jacuzzi to ensure you are BELOW the walkway and overlooking the caldera in the nicer rooms. Also I recommend touching base with the hotel using the contact info provided on the morning of check in or else your check in will be confusing- housekeeping seems to be contacting the manager who brings an employee to do the check in. Our room was on the top level and our caldera view doors opened onto the walkway to the office so it was not private but our room was big.
- Mariana (8/5): Lovely hotel with growing pains - This hotel is very new and the location is excellent. Our check in went smoothly and room was lovely. We had a sea view room which didn’t gives us a view to the caldera but the other side.We had large balcony to enjoy our breakfast. Great spots near the hotel to experience the famous Santorini sunset. The breakfast which was good was delivered to our room at a set time. We did have a few issues. When we opened the door to the balcony there was a problem losing the door. The door came off the hinges and the door was not aligned properly. My husband tried to fix it but couldn’t. While he was trying to fix it was very noisy and the owner came down to our room and basically accused us of breaking the door. He told us it was working perfectly before and that it would be very expensive to fix. There was obviously something wrong with the alignment but it was not something we did. He called a repairman and got it fixed. He told us he would not charge us for the repair. Unfortunately it was too late as his accusations earlier ruined our experience and put a damper on the rest of our day. The second issue was that you had to run the water in the shower for a long time to get warm water not hot just warm. I had arranged a transfer on our departure day through email. Owner had no record of it but said he would look into it. There was no further contact so I made my own transfer & send email to hotel. At the port we got a text that taxi was waiting for us.

Staff was helpful in making recommendations and organizing shuttle services from the ferry and then for our departure by plane. Strongly recommended that you organize shuttle prior to arrival and departure as the local alternative are very expensive, twice or more.

- John (8/5): - Views were fabulous. Room had 2 patios - One facing east for sunrise and one facing west for caldera sunset. Room was spacious. Breakfast delivered each morning at time you select. Right on the cliff walkway to Fira/Oia. In close proximity to blue domed church which is a photographers dream. Only place on Santorini that you can capture dome and the sea in the background. Probably as good as Oia but without the crowds!! Staff is excellent

- Elana (10/5): Great hotel at an incredible location - Great hotel at an incredible location. Only a few min walk from the center for Fira, but in a quiet enough area where you're not smothered by other tourists at all hours. It's divided into 2 sections - the jacuzzi rooms in the lower section have an unobstructed view of the caldera. The other "Caldera view" rooms in the "main" building also have caldera view, but you'll have a street with cars/people in front of you as well. That's alright, as you can take a 5 second walk to the other side of the street and view the same incredible sunset. We stayed in the main building without the jacuzzi, and absolutely enjoyed it. The owner is very friendly and easy to reach, and was very responsive via WhatsApp when we had questions.

Breakfast on the balcony was a great idea, but the food itself was pretty average. Hotel is a bit hard to find at first, but is right near restaurants and about a 10-15 min walk to Fira shops and restaurants. About a 20 min walk from the Fira bus station, where you can get around the whole island.

Antonis was very helpful by answering all our questions and helping us book different things to do. 10/10 would recommend!!

- Victor Niharikha (10/5): - This was the perfect spot to explore Santorini. Our host Antonis was very kind, resourceful and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast and sunsets views from the room was simply stunning! Overall, highly recommended stay in Santorini.
- Aya (6/5): - Room was clean n property is great spot. Stuff at reception was really nice and kind however he was barely there. There is no contact solution between guest n hotel stuff unless you are very lucky to see him.
- Garry (10/5): - We visited Nevma Suites in Santorini during the last week of June and had a wonderful stay in the cave suite. We were contacted a few days before our arrival by Antonis who helped to arrange our airport transfers and answered some final questions we had. We arrived to a friendly welcome, were offered a drink and shown to our cave suite. Antonis gave us a great overview of the facilities including the terrace and hot tub and gave us directions around the island as it was our first visit. The accommodation was perfectly located within walking distance of everything we needed, while remaining calm and quiet so we could enjoy our holiday. Everything was clean and tidy and we had a lovely breakfast on the terrace each morning too. Antonis stayed in touch throughout the trip to help with any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. On our final day our bags were looked after and we were helped to arrange a visit to a nearby hotel where we could relax by the pool before leaving for our flight. A great visit and perfect accommodation.

- Michelle (8/5): - Amazing views straight from our front balcony. Approximately 15-20 minutes walk downhill to Fira. Room was a great size and comfortable. Quite expensive for the room and location but we really enjoyed our stay.

- BIQI (8/5): - The location is just perfect, you can see sunset right at the doorstep, the property is very nice, there are restaurants nearby and the staff has given me very good location tour advice. Perhaps there are some photo uploads mistakes from others, I can’t see the swimming pool and subbed in the property, but it was showed in the Expedia hotel photos. That was a little bit disappointed.

- Jan (10/5): - Great location! Very clean and nice. Wonderful hosts! We really enjoyed watching the sunset while in the jacuzzi. The view was exceptional! Breakfast was a nice touch!
- Hsing Gen Alexander (10/5): - The hotel is a bit far, but we got a room that has a balcony in the front and at the back, perfect to see the sunrise and sunset, I love it!

- Sangchul (4/5): - Was a cheapest option for one night stay, but bedding and overall interior is not good. The sewer on bathroom floor backflowed, so we couldn't use the sink. Shower booth was so tight and uncomfortable. Breakfast served was so-so. Overall, a bit disappointing stay.
