Tanya (9/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable stay - Very comfortable, large house well suited to our needs, easy access to the beach and to the main street of Emu Park. Very quiet location. Basics like toilet paper, rubbish bags, and dishwashing tablets were not included, however I believe this was an innocent oversight.

Sharyn (9/5): Can’t wait to come back!! - Fabulous house. Beautifully furnished. So much room for us all. Had everything we needed and more! Absolutely loved it Only one aircon and it did take a while to cool the house down on the really hot day when we arrived. Bedrooms didn’t always benefit from it.

K (8/5): Mostly very good but owners just need to put themselves in the position of a visitor and offer more support/informat - Very comfortable and good quality for a large family group. Location was right for our needs. No welcome guide or basic information and too many high end appliances that needed explanation. Switches not located nearby, you had to work it out from trial and error. Even after finding the manuals still couldn’t get the microwave part of the multi purpose oven to work. Also would be better not to have such good quality crockery etc - too much of a worry when on holiday with teens and kids!

Emma (8/5): A beautiful holiday home in a quiet street - The upstairs part of the house was very spacious and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and even had some basic pantry items to help get you through. The bedrooms were a great size and each had heating/cooling. Big laundry/garage area. Very close to the beach, you can hear the ocean from your bed. The downstairs bedroom did not have any heating or cooling and was quite drab compared to upstairs, a small kitchenette downstairs would have made it much more user friendly. Even just a kettle and microwave. The floors were dirty, lots of dust and dirt behind the doors and the outside patio upstairs was filthy, the tiles were greasy underfoot and the patio table/chairs were sticky. The barbeque was dirty and needed cleaning prior to use. A baby gate would have been extremely helpful to prevent constant anxiety of small children lurking near the steep staircase but understand not everyone has children. The garage remote was very fiddly and didn't work most of the time.
