- Tori (1/5): Refused to stay there and had to look elsewhere for a place to stay for the duration of my stay in Coventry. - Nothing. Bed not at all big enough for two grown adults.
Bathroom the size of an outhouse WC no leg or head room.
Other residents of the other apartments walking around the shared kitchen in just underwear.
Dry paint coming off railings on stairs.
Rooms way too hot with only tiny fan to cool it down.
- Parthasarathi (8/5): Very good -
- Marsel (7/5): Good - Cleanliness Felt intruding
- Ikenna (1/5): Do not go,except if you want to stay awake of the noise from the house and live among gypsies! - Nothing to like about The area it is a council estate with gypsies, you will hear them fighting at night, cars speeding up and down the road. While we stayed someone upstairs stayed until 5am stepping, jumping around, the floor was horrible loud, apparently he was making TikToks because could hear the sounds all night long. No consideration at all for other guests.
- Mcbride (4/5): Restless nights sleep bad back due to the bed been uneven and lumpy - Bed was a 3 quarter bed not a double it's was lumpy had the worst night sleep ever noisy upstairs room kept pacing the floor till 6 in the morning was that had quietened down next door neighbour decided to play music and started to sing Noisy rooms wafer thin walls

- Rayner (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable stay, our second time there. Very clean and accommodating. A TV in the room would be perfect!
- Femi (8/5): Very good -
- Imrul (3/5): Poor - I stayed for 2 nights, the place was clean, the room was nice. En suite in the room was nice. On my first night, I got back from work around 1am. The room was freezing cold, I messaged them but didn’t get a reply till after 5 hours.
I slept in the freezing cold room.
The next morning, I was feeling poorly with a cough, runny nose. Something needs to be done about the heating control, it’s winter now. Can’t be sleeping in a freezing cold room.
And now I’m suffering with a bad cold. Everything was good but the heating was a BIG let down for me.
Instead there was a air cooler in the room. Which is good for the summer.
- Srinivasan (10/5): It was a very peaceful stay, and I would come here again. Highly recommend - Very clean, and this was the 2nd time and in fact have booked for the 3rd time, as the host is very kind and helpful and made a very comfortable stay. I couldn’t say anything I don’t like.

- Chan (8/5): Good price for staying 1 evening - The room is clean The Wi-Fi signal is weak
- Emmanuel (7/5): Good -
- Kieran (2/5): Not good - Nothing Its just a bed sit , bad showers, no room in the rooms, key code entry, never works on first go , not allowed to use kitchen, unless you pay more , put kitchen not fit for purpose, just overall , but my fault for not looking in to it properly 🤦♂️
- Badibanga (9/5): Superb - Room was clean and tidy. Laura was great in making sure we were comfortable. There was no TV in the room
- Anjaly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vernon (2/5): One of my top 5 worst nights - Bright and clean Sloping roof, nearly knocked myself unconscious, thin bed covering, no fridge or microwave which was a requirement to booking. No tv. Very cold at night, motion light stays on for too short a period.
- Ola (7/5): Good -
- Sue (9/5): Superb -
- Jordan (9/5): An excellent place to stay. Room was modern and clean, and it was a comfortable nights stay. Would definitely reccomend -
- Pius (9/5): Superb -
- Kiawana (9/5): Comfortable and clean, will stay again! - The room was comfortable and very clean, supplied with good amenities and met our needs for the duration of our overnight stay. I can't think of anything to complain about as it met our needs.
- Tickouai (7/5): Reliable - Bed too high No TV in room
- Amaka (5/5): Good but could have been much better - Overall a good, well maintained and clean property with easy access to the city and general amenities. No cooking utensils provided in the kitchen, I could not understand it. No microwave, this I found absolutely ridiculous. This was the main reason I opted for a property as opposed to a hotel. When I spoke to the host over the phone to share my disappointment she was quite dismissive and showed an apparent lack of basic customer service. She even made reference to my perceived nationality in a bid to address my concerns and I honestly found that comment quite offensive and irrelevant to the matters raised by a paying lodger.
It will help if it is boldly written that there is no microwave at the top of the description page to this property. Most people will most definitely miss this important lack of facility if it isn’t boldly written because microwaves are usually expected in these kind of accommodation.
Also, my room was a loft extension, hence I had no proper window with a view, it would have helped if I knew this at the booking stage.
The bed was too soft and not great for me. I was offered a topper by the host which helped but just a little bit.
The shower box door was broken and hence couldn’t close while shower is on use. The toilet was very awkwardly positioned and could not be used comfortably without leaving the toilet door opened.
- Gurch (8/5): Very good -
- Marianne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant -
- Khaled (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arinze (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rheanne (7/5): Good -
- Jamie (9/5): Superb - House was brilliant, I needed to check in earlier than i had booked and that was not a problem, the staff (Sonia ) were fantastic a lovely little touch was giving you a little toothpaste, shower gel and deodorant as part of the welcome would recommend staying here and will definitely book again Nothing
