• paul (9/5): Top verblijf. - Ik had de link voor het openen van de deur via de app niet ontvangen. Een belletje was genoeg en 5 minuten later kwam de beheerder langs om de sleutel af te geven en alsnog de link toe te sturen. Niks.

• Benjamin Maximilian (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einer traumhaft schönen Wohnung - Sehr gute Lage, direkt gegenüber der Kaufmannsfrauen sowie nahe zum Caumasee. Gut angebunden an die Bergbahnen mit Busstation fast vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Nur so als kleine Anmerkung, am Check-Out Morgen etwas mehr Zeit gewähren bis die ganze Reinigungs Equipe auf Platz ist, verständlicherweise sollten die Wohnungen für die neuen Gäste sauber sein aber nicht das Gefühl von Hektik vermitteln?! Die Anspannung war etwas spürbar...

Für den Zugang zur Tür muss eine App aufs Handy heruntergeladen werden

• Liana (10/5): Kann ich weiterempfehlen. - Sehr schöne Wohnung, die für einen Familien-Kurztrip perfekt ist. Das Sofabett war etwas unbequem. Die zwei Einzelmatratzen im Schlafzimmer sehr hart. Ansonsten hat alles unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

The apartment is modern and has everything that you need.we loved it all and definitely highly recommended it. We found it very beneficial to have access to board games, which was unusual, but we had a great time as we were with 12 years old girl who loves playing games. It would have been nice to have some coffee capsules on arrival after a long journey.

Has always been a blast. good communication with the hostes, great location, and very nicely designed. The shower doesn't have the most pressure. But this is really nitpicking on the smallest details.

• Bojana (10/5): Amazing! Apartment fits 5,6 people max, very comfortably, but not 7. - Everything is very well thought through, the apartments are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The reservation was initially for 14 people, but in the end there were 9 of us. If all of us showed up, the space would be too small. And also, 1 bathroom for 7 people is too little, it needs at least another toilet.

• Erica (6/5): Lovely apartment, in great location but needs a few things sorting. - Lovely light, modern and tasteful apartment . Spotlessly clean. Great Location close to bus stop. Unfortunately there was a smell coming from the shower drain that was rather unpleasant on some days, we covered the drain with a towel and that helped. On one day there was no hot water for the second person to have a shower after skiing, which was not very nice.
• Frsco (9/5): Absolutely perfect - The apartment is a gem. Everything is ultra top of the line. Nothing out of place. Absolutely fabulous. And the location is excellent. Only 3 minutes bus ride to the lifts. Busses are super frequent. Perhaps since in the winter guests are skiers, it would be better to have more ways for them to hang their clothes to dry. Not a big deal, but a possible small improvement.

Sometimes the app on the phone was tricky to use on the door of the aparrment. It would have been great to have a couple of more physical key fobs for a family of 4 - but thats easily resolved!:)

• Adam (9/5): Among the Best in Flims - Wonderful apt, spacious and comfortable. Basement parking and easy access via lifts. Bedroom had a love ambience about it; bed was comfortable, lots of dimmable lights and plenty of wardrobe space. Thumbs up for the bathroom and powerful shower too. It was like home from home. Should've stayed longer and will definitely come back here. Also loved the large screen in the lounge - we didn't watch anything but played some calming Eunadi piano tracks in background! Had minor issues with accessing the apt - the app didn't work but on calling the number managed to sort it. Would've also hoped for a few minor amenities like coffee, tea, sugar etc bur wasn't a big issue.
• Maria (10/5): The best apartment for a family in the mountains just an hour away from Zurich. - The apartment was fantastic, well built, the furniture and the decoration very chic and cozy. It was clean, easy to find, we could walk to the village center and the super market. Many nice restaurants around. The apartment has everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner and we really loved it. We will come back for sure!! Thank you Flurina!
• Rucsandra (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is very nice, new and well maintained, decorated with good taste and comfortable, large balcony. We were there for one week and felt at ease (family with parents, grandparents and one young child). The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location close to everything , grocery store, restaurants, postbus stop, cable cars, forest with playground and hiking trails, possibilities for short walks with panoramic views nearby.

Great location, near the bus stop and a short walk to the lake and supermarket. Quiet and peaceful. Deborah was easy to contact and responded quickly. Washing machine and dryer were really useful. The lounge area was very useful for the children to have a little space to play with the toys provided and table football. Nice and clean room and modern shower. It would have been nice to have some small toiletries (shampoo), a coffee pod or two for the machine, a commune bin bag, some sugar sachets.. There were some issues with the digital key but Deborah sorted them out quickly. The signage for the Internet access and Flurina Guide were not easy to notice. The view from the ground floor apartment overlooks a neighbouring apartment veranda, so there is not that wow factor of mountains and nature, instead a view of local life which is homely.

I already booked for next year. - The style of the apartments, the technology, that there is a ski/snowboard room with separate lockers per apartment. The fact that your ski boots are warm the next day and that we have a bus station in front of the door to get to the ski station. I liked everything about this property. The owners are really friendly and available if you need them. Nothing to say here, it was all we needed
