Guest Reviews
- Lotfy (2/5): Uncomfortable stay - The owner is decent and cooperative. When we were not satisfied about the level of cleanliness he sent someone to clean again. The view is nice as it’s a rooftop challet. After booking we discovered that there are extra entrance fees the owner said it will be paid once but at the facility they insisted to pay extra 100l.e per day which should have been communicated on booking as parking fees or so. The ground surrounding the building from the parking slot is all destroyed for underground reconstruction work so we had to jump over short fence twice to reach the gate of the challet. The place was not properly cleaned. The owner sent someone to clean the next day, but it was annoying to stay with the cleaner. The water boiler was old and electricity went off the first day because of it, again the owner sent the electrician to fix it, then the boiler didn’t work the other day and the owner was understanding but the staff member who was in charge of check in and out made a bog deal out of it. Generally it wasn’t comfortable to spend only 2 days there wasting time with the cleaner, electrician and arguing with the staff members.
