• helen (5/5): Lovely place apartment 1 with a few issues. - Location and owner are great. The place is clean with the basics needed. Great touch with welcome biscuits, milk tea and coffee. Shower has good pressure and keep temperature. The place is very cold even with the 2 small heaters they don’t heat the rooms. The bed is very uncomfortable and the curtains don’t block out light so you can’t sleep. The kitchenette only has a combination microwave and toaster. There is very little space to make any food. So best to eat out.

• Kathleen (9/5): Very good, brilliant location and very comfortable and clean with a friendly host. - The location was fantastic and it was great to have a parking space. The studio was very clean and tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable bed. A lovely, quiet location too but so near the centre. I would have liked to have had a hob in the kitchenette but should have read the details more carefully before booking so my fault for not realizing really. Next time, I will book the bungalow.

• Thomas (10/5): Delightful Apartment, Lytham - The apartment was beautiful - bright, clean, spacious, comfortable, well appointed with lots of little extras to make it extra special. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach or into Lytham with its shops, pubs, restaurants & cafés. It was very quiet and has its own parking space. Phil the owner was lovely, he greeted us on arrival & was around if needed. Would highly recommend this delightful apartment. There was nothing not to like.
• Martin (10/5): Amazing place to have found, and only wish we could have stayed longer. - Lovely, friendly and informative host. Accommodation was beautiful - tastefully decorated and spotless. Fridge stocked with water, milk and biscuits was a lovely touch and very much appreciated after a long drive. Location superb - very close to the town centre and all amenities. Off-road parking was an absolute bonus. Nothing.

• Michelle (10/5): comfortable, welcoming and it was like going from home to home. - The environment was immaculately clean, comfortable and homely. The apartment had everything we needed and more, with lovely ornaments and soft furnishings, decorated well and spacious. The space had been well utilised well and we will definitely be returning. The hosts were accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The apartment is situated in a great area, with local bars and shops and there was no issue with parking. Nothing to report.

• Steven (10/5): A great place to stay in Lytham - Very comfortable, spacious accomodation, in an ideal location for the town centre, with easy off-road parking. The host was very friendly & helpful & was there to check us in. nothing
• Jennifer (10/5): This is a beautiful studio in a central location, but quiet and peaceful. - The location was excellent near to town, beach and parks. Parking was good at the property and Phil was around to ensure we were happy. It was beautifully decorated and furnished and was absolutely fine and spotlessly clean. It was however slightly difficult for us as a wheelchair user although it was accessible. We did manage and enjoyed our stay and thank Sally and Phil for their kindness. The bathroom was very small and it was awkward for door opening and closing and the toilet was extremely low and small. . This was personal to our situation as my husband has very poor mobility. It would also have been more convenient to have a cooking hob although the microwave was a combination microwave oven.

The apartment was perfect,super clean,great design very comfy bed and everything you need for your stay. Just a few minutes walk and you were in the town with all the bars and restaurants. We’ve stayed in Lytham many times and this being the best accommodation by far. Thanks Phil and Sally. Nothing,it was all excellent.

The decor and cleanliness, good quality linens and towels. Friendly and obliging host, Phil Cold on arrival but soon warmed up with the extra electric heaters No hanging facility in the single bedroom

• andwai01 (9/5): A superb Lytham getaway & one we will return to..! - Wonderful property in a perfect location, loads of space to relax and chill out. The great private parking space and brilliant local public transport meant we could park up and not bother driving for the whole weekend we were away. We will be heading back..! Nothing to dislike, but maybe a full length mirror would be great..!
• Laura (7/5): Great spot, minor issue - Beautiful venue in a fantastic location. Extremely clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. My friends were visiting for an event and we had a make up artist booked in the morning. The host noticed this and got quite worked up about it, and came in whilst we were getting ready which I thought was a bit inappropriate as he was concerned we were having a party citing there were loads of people (the make up artist and me were two extra people present on top of the booked 3). There was never an indication of a party eg. Loud music etc and it put us all on edge after that and he said we should have informed him about our intentions. If the property is booked and guests abide by the rules then I think this is a bit of an odd request. It’s a minor incident and great hosts overall.

• lucie (9/5): perfect! - book this lovley bungalow for my parents who have limited mobilty..they loved it..very stylish & spacious..loved the Christmas decorations cosy for this time of year...bonus was the parking outside & very central to everything ..would definitely stay again in the new year :) we didn't dislike anything we was over the moon with the bungalow the only the I would suggest is have a extraction fan for kitchen!
• Louella (10/5): A unique gem of a place. - What a gem of a place! The hosts were so efficient and friendly. Everything in the bungalow and the apartment was of the highest quality. Very comfortable beds and seating. It was great to have Yorkshire teabags and milk and biscuits on arrival too. A great place for a group to stay yet still have your own privacy. Also, an easy stroll into the centre so you can leave your car in the private space. I cannot fault this place.

• Rahila (9/5): - The host Phil met me on arrival and showed me around the apartment which was well presented. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the little touches like tea, coffee, milk, chocolates and toiletries. The location is perfect. A stone's throw from the sea and has a central location so was an easy 5 min walk into the town centre. Lots of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants to choose from. Free car parking at the back of the property. I would definitely recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. Nothing, everything was perfect

Always nice to be able to have a cup of tea on arrival. Short walk to shops, prom, Lowther Gardens and restaurants so a great location. We will definitely return.

• Linda (10/5): A short stay in lovely Lytham - Phil met us at the door and showed us around the apartment. It is stunning and immaculate. They have thought of everything! Phil advised us to call if we needed anything. He also gave us some recommendations for places to eat locally. Too short a stay! We could have made ourself very comfortable for much longer. Maybe next time!

• Anna (6/5): Ok but won’t be staying again because of the bathroom facilities. - Great location, parking and clean. Apartment 2 was a bit small overall and the bed was just a double. The bathroom was absolutely tiny, hard to move round and the electric shower was appalling. The water flow was terrible and the temperature control didn’t work, either boiling hot or freezing cold.

Comfortable beds and lovely little touches. We booked all 3 accommodations, the bungalow and both studios as we were travelling with family. This was our 2nd stay here and we’ll definitely be back for a third stay. Having to leave to come home.

• David (10/5): Excellent apartment in great location. - Stayed in studio 1. Lovely apartment. Really good size and comfortable. Shower excellent with plenty of pressure and hot water. Good quality towels provided. Large lounge area with table for eating, sofa for watching tv and kitchenette with combi micowave and fridge. There is a tv in the bedroom as well. Parking available as one of 4 spaces out the back and road parking is available if required. Lovely touch to have some milk and sweet treats provided for 1st night. Location is perfect. Close to the seafront and only a couple of minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend. Minor issue - fridge could have done with a freezer part for ice but apart from that nothing else is wrong with the apartment.

• William (10/5): Excellent relaxing break in a lovely apartment. - Location was perfect, a couple of minutes to the centre of Town and there was a free parking space, which was a real bonus with us staying on a busy weekend in July. Phil our host was on hand if we required anything, which we didn't. He was very amenable and we had a good couple of chats about restaurants /bars etc. We stayed in the Bungalow which was very spacious and had a nice patio area, where we enjoyed a few drinks in the sun. Will definitely return. Not staying longer than 2 nights!

Their local knowledge of Lytham was very interesting and they suggested some restaurants which was great.We had our own parking area at the rear of the house too. There really wasn't anything to dislike.
