• Víctor (10/5): - ¡Totalmente recomendable! Un apartamento impecable, muy acogedor y equipado con todas las comodidades. Las estancias están cuidadas al detalle. Mención especial para los anfitriones, que nos dieron un trato excepcional y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros durante toda la estancia para que no nos faltara de nada. Sin duda, una elección excelente.

Solo había una sartén pequeña y los platos, vasos y cubiertos estaban sucios. El wifi funcionó el primer día y luego hemos tenido que estar poniendo los datos de nuestro teléfono. Tengo que dar un punto positivo a la estancia y el único aparte de la ubicación ha sido el contacto de Noe con nosotros. En todo momento ha estado atenta a todos los problemas que la iba diciendo y hacia lo posible por darme una solución.

El checking lo hice en la misma puerta, esperando a que se abrirla la caja para las llaves, después de un rato, la puerta del apartamento no abre, esperando más de media hora viene un compañero porque se equivocaron de llave. Apartamento el cual insonorización 0, se escucha todo de la calle. Después de entrar, enciendo los aires acondicionados, ya que había 12 grados en el piso, y se va la luz completamente, quedándome a oscuras y sin calefacción, aviso al contacto que tenía, me dice que en 15 min llegará un electricista, el cual no viene en toda la noche, esperando HORAS a que llegara alguien para solucionarlo. Durmiendo a oscuras y sin calefacción. Entiendo que son cosas que puede pasar, que se vaya la luz en algún momento determinado, lo que es surrealista, es la NO solución por parte del dueño del apartamento. No cogía el teléfono, no respondía whatssap, no me daba una solución. ¡¡¡Quiero devolución de mi dinero!!!!

Está todo integrado entre si! Con buena iluminación y separadas por ambientes (salón, cocina y dormitorio). Tiene grandes ventanales que dejan pasar todo la luz del exterior. Sin duda volvería a repetir. Gracias a Tatiana por su rápida comunicación y amabilidad. Escribo este apartado porque creo que es importante, para otros clientes que si tengan en cuenta estás cosas. Los grandes ventanales y sus cortinas, hacen que pase la luz cuando empieza a amanecer...esto puede que sea un pequeño inconveniente, para los que prefieren la oscuridad. En nuestro caso, no ha sido un problema!! 😃 Porque te animaba a empezar el día ❣️. Nosotros hemos ido entre semana y el ruido no ha sido un problema. Pero si es verdad que las ventanas tienen poca insonorización y se escucha el exterior (el apartamento da a dos calles, una calle central y la otra en una callecita con tiendas y bares). Con todo esto, que puede "ser un inconveniente" para algunas personas, tengo que decir que nosotros hemos estado muy agusto!!

• Marina (3/5): No repetiría ni recomendaría a nadie - Lo único bueno que tiene este alojamiento es su ubicación y que el anfitrión contestó rápido. El aire acondicionado y el calefactor funcionan. Falta de limpieza y de cuidados. Es una pena que teniendo una ubicación y precio como tienen esté tan descuidado todo. Poca limpieza y servicios pésimos. Humedad en la pared del aire justo pegada a la cama, eso es impresentable. El wifi y el televisor no funcionan. Las toallas pasadas. Se ve falta de limpieza nada más entrar por el olor y el suelo.
• Jurado Gonzalez (3/5): - Era cómodo y bien localizado El anfitrión es un pasota, no nos dio las llaves hasta pasadas 3 horas de nuestra llegada, sabiendo cuál era nuestra hora de check in, las llaves del piso nos las tuvo que dar el pobre limpiador, que no hablaba ni nuestro idioma y no sabía ni en cuál de los pisos estábamos alojadas. La limpieza nula, mucha basura en el suelo, no nos dejaron toallas limpias y para colmo solo nos dieron un rollo de papel para 4 días y nos dejaron las basura media llena.

Alojamiento no disponible, sin limpiar despues de la anterior visita (todo usado). No cogen el teléfono. Tuve que reservar otro alojamiento para pasar la noche. Un desastre. Atención al cliente de Booking tampoco da solución en el momento.

Lo que no me gustó nada es no recibir instrucciones para el check -in y estar detrás para que nos diesen las claves, y además cuando llegamos estaba lleno de polvo, no había toallas y la tele no tenía señal ni internet.

Tuve que andar insistiendo para que m contestaran. Mi entrada era a las 14:00 y hasta las 14:20 no me indicaron como entrar. Sinceramente llegué a pensar que se trataba de una estafa y no iba a poder entrar. Los aires no funcionaban, había dos aparatos y no funcionaban, finalmente encontré un pequeño calefactor pero pasamos bastante frio.

El apartamento estaba frío,nos pusimos en contacto con el responsable y tras darnos indicaciones lógicas de encendido y apagado no volvió a decirnos nada más a pesar de decirle que no funcionaba.le mandamos un video de la temperatura del apartamento y ni nos contestò,hacía frío y no se preocupò de solucionar el problema. Hicimos check-in como 1 hora después, ya que el propietario no cogía el teléfono, y llamando 40 veces al final conseguimos que nos diera el código de llaves por WhatsApp. Ascensor desinstalado y sin mantenimiento desde septiembre. Luces de escaleras desconectadas. Wifi no funciona. TV no funciona a no ser que le metas el internet de tu móvil. Vamos un auténtico desastre de gestión.

• Rocío (9/5): GENIAL. PARA REPETIR - La ubicación inmejorable. En pleno centro, Justo enfrente de Ganivet, cerca de todo. El estudio genial, cómodo, bien decorado y muy nuevo, una tele gigante, menaje completo, frigorífico grande, vitrocerámica (aunque yo no utilicé nada porque Granada para comer a cualquier hora es perfecta, por lo que haces vida fuera y en los bares). En el baño hay Gel para la ducha. No hacen falta toallas ni ropa de cama. No hubo luz en las zonas comunes, por lo que el ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que utilizar el móvil para subir las escaleras, supongo que sería una avería puntual y ya estarán reparando. La tele con muchos canales, pero no había conexión o no supimos conectarla (no llegamos a llamar al anfitrión para que lo solucionara porque tampoco era importante ver la tele). Aunque el aire acondicionado no lo lo utilizamos, tampoco pasaba de 17º...igual hay que esperar para que suba la temperatura.

Isabel (9/5): Una estancia perfecta si el ascensor funcionara - La ubicación tan céntrica, la decoración muy moderna, acogedora y la cama que era muy cómoda No hay luz en las escaleras, el bajante del cuarto de baño olía mal. El ascensor no funcionaba desde hacía semanas porque no se había pagado el IPO, con mis problemas físicos fue un calvario subir y más con maletas. De momento no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida...por favor arreglen la página o paguen el impuesto. Ésa situación no se puede volver a repetir con nadie más.

• Silvia Cristina (1/5): Insatisfacción - La ubicación era lo único bueno del alojamiento Desde el inicio, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue complicada: no mostró ningún interés en ponerse en contacto conmigo, y solo después de insistir varias veces logré obtener información sobre cómo realizar el check-in. Además, este no se realizó a la hora acordada. Cuando llegué al alojamiento, me encontré con que no había luz en todo el edificio, por lo que el ascensor no funcionaba. Informé de la situación al anfitrión, pero no recibí ninguna respuesta. Al entrar finalmente en el apartamento, me llevé una desagradable sorpresa: había una gotera considerable en la habitación, un fuerte olor a humedad y en general el lugar no estaba en buenas condiciones. Es una lástima, ya que la ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, pero la experiencia en conjunto fue muy decepcionante.

Llegamos una hora antes y tras varias llamadas a teléfonos desconectados, pudimos contactar y nos dejaron entrar antes. Le faltaba limpieza. Detalles como no tener luz en el pasillo, al salir del ascensor. El picaporte para cerrar la puerta desde fuera flojo.. El de dentro el embellecedor descolgado. El soporte de la ducha suelto y despegado de la pared. Los cristales de las ventanas estaban muy pero muy sucios. Manchas de humedad en el techo. El suelo también se notaba sucio, y los calcetines se ensuciaron enseguida.

• Alberto (3/5): Si podéis evitarlo, mejor - La ubicación, en pleno centro Al llegar al apartamento, nuestra habitación estaba con la cama sin hacer… Nos cambiaron de apartamento y nos pusieron otro. Muy bonito y moderno todo pero la utilidad, regular. La cama parecía una montaña rusa con las patas muy endebles. Y la limpieza del apartamento… inexistente. Andamos ni un minuto descalzos y ya tenías los pies como si vinieras del Sáhara. La amabilidad del anfitrión brillaba por su ausencia, eso sin contar que estuvimos como una hora esperando que nos contestara para darnos las indicaciones para entrar al apartamento, cuando ya podíamos entrar en el… En fin, lo recomendaría únicamente por la ubicación.
• Biagi (1/5): Non lo consiglio proprio e io non faccio recensioni negative - La localizzazione Abbiamo avuto problemi a metterci in contatto con il proprietario già da due giorni prima e arrivati lì abbiamo aspettato un' ora prima di riuscire ad accedere,solamente perché io mio fidanzato lo ha chiamato 25 volte, avevamo la lavatrice senza saponi che avevo già chiesto se dovevo procurarmeli, dovevamo alloggiare in due e avevamo solo un telo,il letto era in sospensione ma non era fissato bene e sembrava di essere in una barca volevo asciugarmi i capelli e non avevo nulla per farlo, un palazzo in pieno centro con tutte le potenziali ma messe in mano a degli incompetenti
• Jerome (1/5): do not stay here - host is scary - Nothing I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience for anyone considering staying here. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing from the start. There was no hot water, so I couldn’t shower after returning from the gym and a run — something you'd expect to be a basic necessity. The apartment also lacked essential amenities: only one toilet roll, no floor towel for the shower, no tea towel, and a single small, worn frying pan, which made it impossible to prepare a proper meal as planned. The apartment was also noticeably dirty, which left a poor first impression. Initially, the hosts acknowledged the issues and promised a refund, but have since stopped responding to my messages. I’ve now been told I will only receive a refund if I remove my honest review, which I find completely unprofessional and unethical. To make matters worse, I’ve been going back and forth with them on WhatsApp for over two months, during which I’ve been accused of lying and told that I do not deserve a refund. The way I’ve been treated as a customer has been shocking — and after all this, they offered me just £10 back as a resolution. This was marketed as a "Boutique" apartment, but my experience was far from it. I would strongly advise staying elsewhere. I’m now taking steps to recover my money through the proper channels.
• João (9/5): A pleasant stay in a well-located apartment, with a few areas for improvement. - The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very cozy. It is well located in the city center, close to major tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was very clean, and the bed linen was comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. Having a washing machine was a great advantage. The bedroom windows face a busy avenue, so there was a lot of street noise. The hot water in the shower did not last long, which made showers a bit uncomfortable. Although there was a washing machine, there was no drying rack available. The capsule coffee machine was nice, but we had trouble finding compatible capsules. We also missed having a wardrobe to store clothes and luggage. The nearest metro station is not very close, so we had to rely on buses, which made transportation slightly more difficult.

• Patryk (1/5): Extremely dirty, mold growing in the shower and terrible communication - avoid at all costs! - Located right in the center of Granada. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service we received during our stay. First of all, the host never bothered to send us any information—we had to reach out just to get the code for the keybox. As others have mentioned, there's no front desk, so good luck if you have any issues. The apartment was inexcusable. It was filthy. While I understand a spot or two might be missed, the mold growing in the shower was both shocking and disgusting, not to mention a serious health hazard. My partner is highly allergic to mold, and we specifically requested it to be removed. Instead, they gave it a lazy wipe with a piece of paper! The ceiling was still leaking with nasty, brown water, meaning the mold will just grow back soon enough. To make matters worse, while they wiped the ceiling, they didn’t even bother to clean the thick, revolting layer of mold and grime on top of the shower head. The shower floor was also covered in someone else’s hair. The apartment was simply unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. But it didn’t stop there. The light in the apartment was constantly blinking (at least 3 lamps). The WiFi password wasn’t provided until we asked, and even then, it didn’t work at all. The whole stay we had no internet. Communication with the host was appalling—they never informed us when the supposed "cleaning" was done, leaving us to chase them for basic information at every step. We were forced to interrupt our sightseeing twice because of issues with the keys. They also left another set of keys in our keybox, which belonged to a different apartment! This means anyone could have easily taken our keys and entered our flat. It's a complete security breach and beyond irresponsible. Overall, this experience was far from "hassle-free." Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent it dealing with disgusting conditions, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.

• Orlando (3/5): Not a place to stay - The barhroom had an awful smell coming from the sewage. Apparently, the lid covering the floor sewage was not attached properly. The lights were not working properly, poor lighting. The tv was not working. The location of the building makes it extremely noisy, and it is impossible to rest at night. There were no instructions on how to connect to the wifi. We messaged the property rep and never responded, poor communication. The elevator was not working.
• David (4/5): Exactly like the pictures, but needs some real maintenance - It’s exactly like the pictures and actually the bed was comfortable It had a really intense and impregnated cigarette smell all over, the lights over the bed were not working, the A/C controllers were not working, there was no internet, the stay had no info about the checkin on the booking site and the host was really slow to respond, there was also no reception or front desk so the checkin process was really tedios, though once the host replied they were diligent and we had no real issues besides confusion with checkin process.

Made our Granada vacation a dream! Wifi is slow. Bed is a bit too hard for my liking, my partner liked the bed though. Expect noise from the street during bedtime but that is exactly what you get when you stay in the city centre.

All the windows are facing a busy road. So you will hear cars, motorcycles and buses' loud engine and vibration till late into the night and very early in the morning. You can even hear pedestrians talking loudly. We didn't have good sleep for the nights we stayed here. -- have washer, but no rack to dry -- have coffee machine but no coffee pods -- have bedroom but no place to hang or put clothes -- staff very slow in responding -- bedroom aircon leaking -- lights above dining table not working -- basin in the toilet not bigger than rinsing basin at the dentists. Too small to wash face.

• Noppharat (10/5): Pleasant stay - Spacious apartment with everything you need for holiday. The beautiful deco is exactly the same as in photos. Perfect location with elevator, in the middle of main street. Many good restaurants around, bus stop to bus station is just opposite the building, so convenient. Bathroom has bidet :) the shower water is good. Recommended!! nothing

• Cabanel (8/5): Very good - Hello, First of all, thank you for welcoming us and for this stay. We really liked the localisation of the flat as well as the decoration and it has a lot of potential. It is very well located and the shops and commodities are very close to the flat. Also the flat is very well served by the public means of transportation. It is also a strong point to have access to a big tv and Netflix YouTube Apple TV etc.. we also must say that the bedding is very comfortable. Also the host is very accommodating. However we have some issues to point out : First, when we booked this flat, it was mainly for the “terrace” which was clearly mentioned on booking… however we couldn’t find it since there were no terrace, we tried to go to the highest floor to see if there was a terrace but it is prohibited for the people. This really bothered us because we partly chose and paid for this accommodation for the terrace and there is no. Concerning the set of bed : there is no blanket cover, there are two cushions but just one with a cover cushion and the other has nothing. Another drawback is that there is no blackout curtain which is very uncomfortable when the night comes with the city lights or when the sun rises, to continue on this line, it is very noisy especially after 8 pm, we can hear the people talking, the cars, the buses etc… it is also hard to understand how the windows work some don’t even open up. It was also hard to communicate with the host, I asked for the wifi code, he didn’t answer etc.. he is hard to reach out. Concerning the water, sometimes it is hot sometimes ( Most of the time) it is cold or lukewarm. The bathroom is great but the sink is way to little for a bathroom, we can’t even put something on it. We did not understand the glass industry to separate the living room from the bedroom since it makes it impossible to watch tv from the bed because we can’t see the tv because of the black bar in the middle of it. There is no stock towels… just two. Some things you can do better : - put some storing because we have nothing to put our clothes in, not even hanger or shelves - There is a washing machine which is super great but there is no laundry wash, it could be great to have at least one pod. Also there is a washing machine but no Airer - Same for the first commodities : you could have put some salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. - There is a coffee machine, you could have left something like two coffee pods.

• Javier (7/5): Beautiful, modern but noisy - The apartment in the center of Granada was exceptionally beautiful and modern. The bed was beyond comfortable. I was not fond of the high level of noise, as I could hear everything from the main street, including cars and people singing loudly late into the night.
• Fruzsina (8/5): A beautiful place with a very central location. - It is a beautiful place with a very central location and a responsive host. The insulation wasn’t the greatest, therefore, it was noisy and really had to get the ACs going to keep it warm.
