• Ngoc Anh Tran (2/5): The worst accomodation we have ever been and would not recommend - Location was great but there are also near by better accomodation The aircon was noisy and we had to open the window. We were told it caused by the structure of the building. My children could not sleep because the noise from the street and the smell of fried oil from the restaurant next to the building. There was any broom or vacuum to clean the floor. The kitchen area is much smaller than in the picture. The ground floor smelled of vomiting.

Its location is very convenient, only a minute walk from super market opened 24hrs, restaurants, and shops. 6’ walking from Nippombashi station. Owner of the apartment communicated well and responded promptly. Overall we are happy with our 4 nights staying at this apartment. The Air conditions makes weir noise at night and woke us up on the first night but then We get used to and not a big issue

• Doris (4/5): Not a good choice, save time and frustration - Location was good although it does noisy early morning due proximity to the market. Apt was not totally accurate compared to photo. Space was actually tighter. Accessibility at front entry required passport info, photo of renter to stand in front of entry, registration of home residence, etc. The app was not easy to use and required a bit of time, when I hit the submit button, it went no where, at least 3x. Very frustrating and time consuming especially after a long trip to get to the site. Took about 2 hours to gain access into the apt. Lack of cups and paint peeling off the bedroom wall was not pleasant. One bed was lumpy, not comfortable. No staff/personnel - communication by text. The response to get entry was a disaster. I asked about an alternate method in lieu of the app. They responded "you can send us the info via email". I went through the whole process of passport info, photo in front of the building, home address, etc. Staff acknowledged receipt of my info. THEN, staff responded, resubmit the info unto their app! Definitely not customer friendly nor honor my time. I would definitely Not give a recommendation for this place as there are so many accommodations nearby. Save yourself the frustration and time.

Sur l'emplacement, il est très calme surtout de nuit et à proximité immédiate du Kuromon Market avec plein de petits stands. En marchant encore un peu, il y a beaucoup d'animations / magasins pour manger et faire du shopping.

• Amanda (10/5): Loved our stay - After a 14 hour transit from Australia it was such a pleasant room to arrive to at 9pm at night. Shoes are not worn in from the entrance and the rooms and bathroom were so clean. It was about a 30 min taxi from Itami (about 9000 yen at night) and the location is fantastic. Short walk to Namba station which is a transit point for many destinations and also a huge hub for shopping arcades, food and Department stores. It is right at the entrance to Kuromon market and there is food galore everywhere. The space is a bit tight for 4 but still had floor space to open up a medium and small suitcase and the little kitchen table had two chairs and two extra stools we could put out from the cupboard. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and for a family of 4 we had the luxury of a double bed for one person (the apartment can fit 5 people). The sheets are clean and new and the tatami mat is clean. The only thing to consider i think as a family of 4 is that the toilet is where the shower and bathroom sink are - but we made it work. We didn't use the washing machine (on the balcony) as there were not enough hangers to hang clothes to dry on the balcony and there was a coin laundry a few minutes down the road (1000 yen to wash anf dry 8kg in 1 hr). The staff were so easy to communicate with. The check in process is interesting, requiring a selfie in front of the apartment but this can be done after check in - I was able to submit selfies of each family member before arriving. Nothing but it would be helpful to have some wall hooks or hanging space for towels.

• Harold (10/5): Great stay! - Location! The location of this property was fantastic. Tons of restaurants nearby. Close to the subway. We stayed for 10 days. Using Osaka as our base, we split our time between Kyoto and Osaka. Getting to Kyoto was pretty easy. I thought it would be a bother in terms of time but it wasn’t for us. I have really no complaints about the property. We are a family of 5. Myself, my wife abd 3 kids (4, 7 & 10). It would have been nice to have a dryer. But otherwise, the property fit our needs perfectly.

There are convenient stores which you can find coffee in the morning and everything you need 24/7, 10 minutes walk to Namba station. A little tricky to register as you need to have mobile internet to do so. The others were great to me. None

It was perfect for sightseeing in Osaka, going to Universal and day tripping to Kyoto. Host was lovely, check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

• INHONG (10/5): 입지 최고, 건물도 깔끔하고 안전해서 가족단위 여행객에게 최고 - 쿠로몬시장 중간 입구의 바로 앞에 있어서 위치가 최고예요! 난바역에서도 걸어서 딱 10분이고, 니혼바시역도 가까워요. 방이 두개인데 방마다 에어컨(히터)도 있고 창문도 있어서 난방이나 환기나 모두 잘 돼서 좋았습니다. 건물도 깨끗하고, cctv도 있어서 보안도 잘 되는것 같아요. 시장에 인적이 없는 시간대에는 주변이 좀 무섭긴하지만, 시장에서 나오면 바로 숙소라서 오히려 좋았아요~! 체크인 할때 입구 우편함에서 집 열쇠를 찾아야 하는 줄 알고 좀 헤맸어요. 어찌저찌 알게 되어 잘 들어갔는데, 이후 드나들면서 마주친 다른 투숙객들도 같은 이유로 어려워하는걸 봤어요. 호실 우편함이 아니라 배정된 집으로 가셔야 열쇠를 찾으실 수 있습니다!

• Carissa (9/5): Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay with Nearby Family Mart - Great location! Apartment was very spacious for 4 adults. The surrounding area is very quiet throughout the day despite being located at an entrance to the market. Room washing machine does not come with dryer. They might have to replace their hangers. Would've appreciated some cleaning supplies like brooms, even if we were not expected to clean!
• Chia En (10/5): - 位置超好！下樓就是黑門市場～～～從地鐵站走到住宿的位置也不會很遠哦！房型最多可以住五個人，廁所只有一間，我們三個人入住，其實非常舒適，空間很夠用。廁所的部分，有浴缸、淋浴區，跟馬桶、洗手台是分開的。再來也有提供烤箱、瓦斯爐、微波爐、冰箱，真的很讚！

• Suan Gaik (5/5): Would not recommend for family as the living room / kitchen area was just too small. - The location was good as so close to Kuromon market and also accessible to the kintetsu nipponbashi train station via lift which was extremely helpful with luggages. The photos of the living area of the house was very misleading. The was exception small and with 5 adults standing there was hardly any room to move about and plus our luggages it was just so cramp. The check in direction was also not clear but luckily we have people that could reach kanji otherwise would struggle to get access to the unit via the english instruction.

• Ahryang (10/5): - 일본 숙소들 대체로 좁은 걸 생각하면 꽤 양호한 편에 속하는 것 같아요. 4인 가족 투숙했고, 시설 깔끔하고 수건 넉넉하게 구비되어 있어 좋았습니다. 쿠로몬시장 입구 바로 옆이라 시장 구경하기 좋고, 근처에 편의점, 닛폰바시역 가깝습니다. 난방이 온풍 나오는 에어컨 뿐이라, 온돌에 익숙한 한국 사람들에겐 춥게 느껴질 수 있어요. 침대 있는 방은 좀 덜 한데, 다다미방이 좀 더 추웠습니다. 체크인 안내에 키케이스 비번이 공동현관 비번보다 먼저 써 있길래 우편함에서 키를 찾은 다음 공동현관 들어가는 줄 알았어요. 거기서 잠깐 헤맸던 게 꽤 피곤하게 느껴졌습니다.

• Shane (7/5): Good clean stay in a convenient location. - Location of the property was great. Close to the markets and station with a Family Mart a stones throw away. Very little we didn’t like but the check-in process wasn’t the clearest. We had the assistance of a nice man passing by to help us. (The lock box with the key is on the relevant units entrance door handle).

• NUNSILP JANVARIN (10/5): Staying here for 5 nights made returning from our daily sightseeing very comfortable and relaxing. - This was my first time staying in an accommodation in Japan that was not a hotel. We booked two rooms for a group of nine people, and I really liked the room size and the well-designed facilities, including the bathrooms, which were very spacious and well proportioned compared to typical accommodations in Japan. The host was excellent—very helpful, responsive, and clear in communication. All questions were answered quickly, which made the self check-in process very easy and smooth. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the Kuromon Market area. It’s very convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and shopping areas, or to travel to other attractions via Namba Station. For the return trip, it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the Nankai Line, making the journey to Kansai Airport very easy. There is also a FamilyMart just a 2-minute walk away. Overall, we were very impressed with our stay. Nothing

It’s not something I don’t like, just a suggestion: more hooks where clothes can be hung. We’re a family of four, and getting laundry to dry in winter was a challenge, as hangers in the unit ran out.
