- Stephen (8/5): Very useful for us. All in walking distance, very happy. -
- kim (9/5): Lovely ideal place more heating we would have liked . - Lovely clean Slightly cold
- Tomas (10/5): -
- Mark (1/5): Bad -
- Susan (1/5): A total disaster from people who don’t care. - I couldn’t get into the place! The code didn’t arrive for me until too late. I was a woman on my own, it was dark, nowhere to park. I tried ringing and no reply as office was closed. I had to go elsewhere and pay another hotel. I have written twice to complain and all that happens is I get a message from “Matthew” asking how I enjoyed my stay!! I asked for a refund which doesn’t appear to be arriving.
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Francis (7/5): Good - Nice quirky apartment No bed.
- Neil (6/5): Please get rid of/change the bed settee! - Great communication from the owner, lovely clean and modern apartment. Good price. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. Nice and warm. That's about it and why the score wasn't less. Too noisy being right on a main road. The bed settee is the hardest, most uncomfortable 'bed' we have ever had the displeasure of trying to sleep on. This has been mentioned to the owner on other sites but seemingly ignored. YOU NEED TO SORT IT! We had two of the most uncomfortable nights of sleep ever. Not sure when my back will recover. It completely ruined the stay. On top of that, we were woken by screeching banging noise at 6 am on the second morning from a bizarre air balloon contraption on string going across living room followed by alarm going off downstairs. Same again at 8 am but up by then, thanks to alarm and noisy children in flat above, we were well awake. Must have banged my head half a dozen times on the ridiculous low lamp in kitchen over the table. Why?? No parking nearby unless you are incredibly lucky, which is not the owners fault.
